I had a very disappointing experience at this drive-through. The employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I understand that customer service can be challenging, but every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I have been coming to this Starbucks for 6 months now and not once have I received any rude treatment or negative attitude from any of the Baristas or the manager here. Be it drive thru or walk up. Quite the opposite, these baristas and manager have been so incredible to me. They have been incredibly patient with my app problems. They have served me my coffee with so much kindness. I am nobody special but they have made me feel seen and heard. Something that is very hard to find in any company these days because hard working employees are usually undervalued. These guys work hard with smiles on their faces and I love it. This location is small but they work hard and it shows because it's always been clean and I've seen the daily hustle. I hope they also get to have a little fun while working so they can continue to love their jobs. I have never received a wrong drink or a poorly made drink at this location and I come here a lot, but it really wouldn't matter because we all make mistakes and we learn. OK, another bad review for this location! If it's not the barista's bad attitude, it's the bad drink drinks! I should have learned my lesson with this place because every single time I go I have a horrible experience I go to this location all the time and my cup is always filled all the way this was just plain ridiculous and why am I being charged for a Venti when it's literally not even half a cup. I took my drink back in and the little white girl with curly hair wanted to argue with me and say that if I wanted my cup all the way filled up, I have to have more ice OK so you're telling me that you're basically scamming people with a cup full of ice I like my drink a certain way and it is never made correctly. They swear like it's coming out of their pocket or something and it's gonna affect their paycheck by making the drinks how people ask for them she said in order for me to have more liquid in my cup. I go to this starbucks often, as it is close to my house and it's conveniently right by the freeway when i'm in a rush. Unfortunately, it seems to be an issue every time that i order an unblended drink. The cup is always almost full of ice. Now although this may not seem like a critical issue, it becomes quite irritating when i'm paying almost 9 dollars for my coffee just to find out the cup is 90% full of ice, and within 4 sips my 9 dollars are gone. This may not bother many people but after a while it has really become an inconvenience. I hope this review can help those who may find this as much as an inconvenience as me. Apart from that, I have no complaints about the service. I haven't had many issues with employee attitude, infact they're quite friendly and patient. At times they may be evidently stressed which is normal as it gets quite busy, but what's good service without customer satisfaction? I hate coming here they are not kind people. And they ALWAYS get my drink wrong. And instead of swirling in the sauces at the bottom of my drink they send a supervisor out to argue with me about it and make me pull around and wait even longer just for them to not remake the drinks but to dump it in another cup. Went through the drive thru after mass on July 4th weeks ago. There weren't any other cars in line at about 7:30 am. We ordered at the speaker instead of through the mobile app like we normally do. Literally the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And I travel every week for work. Prepare to wait 30 minutes for your drink.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast on my way back to the Bay Area. I had the lemon pound cake, a chocolate brownie and a ice caramel macchiato with two expresso shots in it. Not much to say about the lemon pound cake, but the brownie was delicious! They heat it up, making it melting, and I liked the fact that it was not too sugary. The macchiato was great too and the expresso shots accomplished their purpose of waking me up after an early rise! read more
