Hands down this is the absolute slowest drive-thru Starbucks I've ever been to. I've given it the benefit of the doubt 3-4 times that maybe it was busy or peak times, but every single time, no matter what time of the day it is, the drive thru is snail slow. I don't care if people are nice that work here, I care that they are efficient, which they are not. Made an online order that was supposed to be ready in five minutes and it took them twenty minutes to even find my order because apparently it went to the other machine that they don't think to check and instead just give me this raging attitude as if I was lying about even placing an order. Meanwhile people who placed an order ten minutes after mine were getting their drinks and mine weren't even started. None of the workers cared and did not even apologize a single time for making me wait 30 minutes for my mobile order. When I did finally receive my drinks one was made incorrectly and half filled. I'm usually not someone who leaves negative reviews, and I come here pretty regularly. I have a dairy allergy and asked for oat milk - they put milk in my drink and I it was listed as milk on the label. I came back and politely asked if they could please remake it. They were super rude and tried charging me for it. I explained it was a remake, not a new purchase. They just handed me the remake, didn't say anything and put milk in it again, and literally just used the same sticker as last time. Wouldn't suggest this place. This Starbucks is unfortunately very bad. They consistently mess up orders as if they don't even read what you want or don't want in the coffee. Their hours seem random and if you order online before 7 or after a random hour, they close the lobby and you have to wait in the drive thru even though the app will tell you to go to the counter to pick up your order. Very poorly run location. Ive lived in the almost 6 years, so have come many times ... just so you know this isn't just one random bad experience. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and let me tell you they cannot make a single drink correctly. I've tried for years at this point and it's never right but they're usually overall kind. Today the lady at the window wasn't and that's why I've decided to leave a review. I go to go pay with my card and she has her scanner ready so she rolls her eyes puts the scanner down and gets the keypad. I still tip her $1 I stick my card in and she's like " next time just tap it" and proceeds to hand me the wrong drink and a cold buttered croissant that I asked to be warmed up... This is the only starbucks within 10min of me! That's why I keep going to it but honestly all the managers me to be fired. I ordered mobile, went to pick up inside and manager slammed the door in my face, stating that indoor pickup was closed... but gave the man in front of me his indoor pickup because "he didn't have a car ". I frequent Starbucks more than I should, and this location is the closest to me. This year, my experience here has been hit or miss. If a drink is wrong, sometimes I'll have it fixed without any issues at all and other times, even the third attempt at fixing is pointless. For the most part, my drinks have been made properly. I think the biggest issue at this location is timing. I'm completely aware that this Starbucks is in a busy center and near the freeway entrance/exit, but it is still incredibly slow. These past months, there were a handful of times where I waited 30 minutes extra, and that's without counting the 10 minutes before when I submitted the mobile order. I'm not too sure about the timing coming into the lobby or through drive-thru. I definitely do notice that their drive-thru is always packed, so if you're in a rush it might be best to avoid it. Other than that, the staff is great and I would hope to have a more personable interaction with them sometime. Especially after seeing some of them for about a year now. As for the newer staff, I'm hoping that they can get into the groove of things. I have received some attitude from one of them several times before. All in all, this is the better location, especially over Menifee. I won't frequent here as much anymore though. If I give it a good break, maybe I'll come back to better experiences. read more

I never have a good experience here, sad to say this is my last visit. They're the only ones in my route that opens café late so the drive-thru is always long. Today, I got my order and waited until the lobby was open to buy a special mug as a gift (20mins), one left, only to be told they couldn't sell it to me without a barcode and didn't even try to figure something out. We ordered 9 drinks from here excited to get them home only to find out that some other drinks were missing flavor basically made incorrectly. We called the store and explained the situation to the manager and he was more than happy to assist us in resolving the issue. He invited us to return and have four of the nine drinks remade for us. The whole process was handled very professionally and without issue. This is the first time something like this has happened when ordering drinks from this location and the staff made everything possible to correct it. That is great customer service. read more

I used to go to this location every Tuesday, and now I would rather drive the extra 7 miles to the next one. I love Starbucks as a company, but this store is drowning and needs help. There are a few great baristas here like Star and Michelle, but lately when I go through the drive-thru I feel so disrespected and definitely has not lived up to the Starbucks standards of customer service. Today I went through the drive-thru and the partner working the window was short with me and not good at communicating. In addition, I asked for my mark-outs at the window, and she only applied one. I tried to confirm with her that both were applied and she gave me attitude so I asked for a receipt and pointed out that I wasn't given my drink mark-out like I asked. Then a supervisor came to help her with the refund, but she wasn't very communicative either, so my sister and I sat there for a long time waiting to be told if my refund had gone through or not before she finally opened the window back up and asked if we needed something. We weren't being rude and did not deserve that type of treatment for an error made on the barista's account. I love this Starbucks, but I hope they get their baristas some help learning how to create best moments for their customers. read more
