I been living in perris since i was born and this was always the starbucks to go to. We mostly go drive thru and the employees at the speaker are always nice some even are very enthusiastic. My brother loves to tip the employees when he can it honestly makes our day better. I been inside the store a few times and those times the employees were nice and they smiled. It took me a while to decide to leave a bad review here. This Starbucks used to be my absolute favorite with the nicest, most efficient people. The past 3-4 months this place has been a bit of a mess. The drive thru takes forever even when there are 3 cars only. There seems to be a lag on the speaker system also. It's difficult to order through it. If you order inside, it also takes at least 15-20 min to get a drink. Even if there are few people inside and no drive-thru line outside. It is such a shame because I used to love it here, and it's so close to me. Now I rather drive out to a further Starbucks. Not sure what happened, but I really hope they are able to work through the kinks. read more

Been to this location several times for drive-thru only and my only reason for not giving five stars is it is pricey, but there is a good selection for vegetarian folk such as myself. One way to keep your coffee beverage price lower is ordering something basic and then add some almond milk and sweetener; stay away from all the fancy stuff (which is loaded with sugar and fat anyhow) cuz those are expensivo drinks! With all the tempting add-ons for beverages, I could see coffee getting close to $10 a cup, believe me! They have basic tea drinks too that can be customized; I plan on trying the White Iced Tea this week. I enjoy the convenience of doing my order on the cell phone and going through the drive-thru shortly after they open early in the morning. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch too when I have hectic days. The Bistro Boxes are very nice (I've had all three vegetarian ones). Also like the egg/cheese breakfast sandwich, spinach/feta wrap. The Power Lunch is also nice (combo of a Bistro Box, water, and other extras). This item is especially useful if you have several folks together. Everything is in its own individual bag (when they do it correctly). Tried the vegetarian salad with rice and tahini dressing for the first time today and REALLY enjoyed it, but $6.95 is a little steep for a salad; what can I say? As far as dietary needs, it is more flexible than most fast-food places and the fact it can all be done from the mobile phone is very appealing. I'm a customer from they time they first opened. I'd give them another star if they stopped forgetting to make my breakfast sandwich when I order it already!!! LOL , I got a bunch of vouchers for a free drink for this inconvenience, other times a simple "oops, I'm sorry, my bad". Very slow; expect to wait 10-15 minutes @ the drive through. They will usually comp something due to the wait time (depending on who's at the registrar) so that is a bonus. They know their iced coffees sweetened with syrup & make one of the best around town. read more

The store was 100% empty, I was in the drive through line for 40 minutes not even an exaggeration. When I pulled up. No one was on the speaker system, waited a few min, nothing. I roll up to the window. Empty all lights on no body home. Drove upfront nothing. I have pictures if you would like to see an empty store. Well before closing time, might i add. No signs of closure at all. I never ever leave messages online but this was a complete waste of time, and ive not been this ticked iff by a business ever. I could not even leave the drive through lane after 20 mim of waiting, joking to my self i bet somethingis wrong. Idk if the people left mid way of me waiting in line or a lot of people got their time wasted. This is aggravating. I understand long lines but at least you are rewarded with what you have been waiting for. This is just infuriating. I will make sure people hear about this. The worst starbucks store. read more

The person paid for my order because the person ahead of her paid for her's. I specifically told the male barista that I would pay for the next person, at HIS SUGGESTION , if he rang it up as a refresher since I needed my last purchase to get 150 points. So he said he understood and rang up the more expensive drink. I did not mind paying a higher price if it was rang up as a refresher. Of course, he lied and I did not get my points. I have put in a complaint to Starbucks so they will give it to me but he outright lied...makes it bad for other wonderful baristas... :( read more

This is a pretty busy Starbucks all the time. The wait is average. They get the drinks right and rarely run out of anything. I went inside this morning and was beside muddling to see the lack of handwashing. They rinsed dishes but didn't wash their own hands. The cashiers were helping make drinks and didn't wash when changing tasks. It's flu season, people are dying. I hope they see this and use best practices going forward. read more

Having worked at one of the busier Starbucks (Westwood, LA area) this Starbucks leaves a lot to be desired. Although its rarely busy its not the most organized and although they have ample staff they do make you wait unnecessarily. On one visit they had no pastries whatsoever, of course on a day I was actually considering getting one. The atmosphere is hit or miss, usually not crowded but the music is almost always too loud for reading and even discreet conversations. The one positive is the coffee. Pretty spot on everytime and never lukewarm. Number 1 drive thru location. Best location in Perris. read more

I used to live about 1/3 mile from this shopping center and would go to this Starbucks A LOT- The baristas make really good macchiatos here! I find that a lot of starbucks tend to have a burnt taste to their expresso based drinks but this place doesn't- I love their caramel macchiato! However- their drive thru is often over populated, meaning you'll wait a long time! I've spent literally over a half hour waiting for a drink in this drive thru; that being said if you end up having to wait too long they usually award with your drink being free (if you happen to be one or two cars behind the hold up). And yes they are often out of certain mixes. Don't try getting a hibiscus refresher here in the summer- they're almost always out. I would give 3/5 stars- their service is always friendly, so that's a plus. The other complaints may stem from them being so popular, and the only drive thru in the area (great in the evenings when no crowd!) I recommend, park in winco parking and walk in- and don't order something too popular and you'll be satisfied. :) read more

Slowest Starbucks ever! Don't come here. If I could put 0 stars I would. There were 5 staff inside with just 3 customers in I was third. Took them 15 mins to make my coffee... not to mention what looks like the supervisor was just standing there asking the staff about personal stuff while 2 staff were the only one working.
