Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Perris, California

On our way out of Palm Springs, we stopped here to get our morning crac...I mean coffee. We used the feature on the app where we could send our order in before we got there. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a coffee, and a water. Everything was ready and it took no more than 60 seconds for us to get our stuff once we arrived. The staff was very friendly also. My only complaint was that the middle of my sandwich was a tad on the lukewarm side versus nice and hot. Other than that though, everything came out fine. read more

Today is the second time ordering a drink from this location. I waited a very long time, which I don't mind, but my drink turned out to be a disappointment. It was not made correctly and due to the ratios being off I wasn't happy with my purchase. I am not an everyday Starbucks customer so it is annoying when I decide to get one and it doesn't taste good. This location needs better baristas. 1st time I got the purple drink, tea was very watery and the flavor was weak for the whole drink. 2nd time (today) I got the Blue drink, same issues. read more

I have been starting to come to this Starbucks even more because the workers here are so nice. I always go through the drive thru and I never have an issue. My drinks and food are always perfect!!! Never messed up and always so flavorful. The cream cheese danishes are so delicious and I always get them warmed up :) love this Starbucks and will continue coming here. We ordered a salted caramel frappuccino via drive thru. When we get it, it has no visible topping of "salt." We ask if we could get "more" of the salt and the employee at the window says "there is no salt." Oh, so then it's not a salted caramel frappuccino? The lady says, "did you want a refund?" So she takes back the non-salted caramel frappuccino and gives us a mango iced tea. My rant: The employee could have saved me the bad experience by letting us know they had no more of the "salt" to make the salted caramel, clearly I would have ordered something else. *sigh* Some people seriously lack customer service skills. But then again, it's common sense to let you know before you order that an important ingredient to make a specialty featured drink is missing. I have tried to give this starbucks multiple chances but the coffee just always tastes terrible. The coffee is watered down with an awful taste every single time I go. So I usually go to drive through but I decided to go inside this time. I was waiting to order for a while even though there were many employees focusing on drive thru. Finally I ordered and 10 mins pass. I only ordered an iced coffee and there were only 2 people waiting for drinks and got theirs before they ordered after me. My drink was the wrong way size so I told the barista and she said to herself rudely "wow well I thought it was a grande I'm pretty sure it was", and proceeded to switch the cup and only add milk to my coffee. The drink was pure white and didn't taste like coffee at all I couldn't even drink it. Wasn't a very good experience. read more

Drive thru location is always a plus. Friendly staff. Very personable & remember you fairly soon. Only time there's ever an issue is frapp happy hour, as they only have one blender so the wait gets long. Corporate needs to better equip them to deal with the rush... it's not their fault and I've felt bad the times I've seen customers bitch at them :( read more

I love Starbucks coffee this one is the close to my house so I usually go here. The coffee is great I usually go with a frappuccino or iced latte sometime the frap doesn't have enough Ice blended in or it seems rushed and other times it's perfect and delicious. read more

Horrible!!! Took 20 minutes just to get to the ordering menu!! Of course when it's our turn to order there is a small hand written sign stating they were out of the unicorn drink my daughter was super excited about trying. We go to order another item -pb & j bistro box and hey are out of that as well. I go to Starbucks almost every day and I am a friendly customer. All I ask is somebody looks at me and acknowledges that I am in the store. I came in for a mobile order and sat there for over five minutes and no one would even look me in the eye. I understand when stores are busy, but just a smile or a "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. I just Hope management teaches their employees a little common courtesy. read more

Ordered an express shot by itself and another drink, expression shot was cold when I went to go drink it while leaving the drive thru. Didn't have time to turn around so I went in the next day and asked the lady if they could fix it/give me a fresh HOT one as it should be and the girl told me sorry and that they couldn't do anything about it. Her explanation was that "it might have been sitting for a while". On the other hand, my iced chai was very delicious. Drive thru service is so-so, very polite people (most of the time). Normally staffed by over-educated social justice warrior types struggling to pay off their student loan debt while waiting to land a "real job", this place is worse. Most of their employees are somewhat on the slow side, often confused by the voices coming through the headphones tied to the drive thru window and the cars that mysteriously appear at a window, they have a difficult time understanding the concept of Ice in "Ice Tea" and instead revery back to "room temperature tea". I have mixed feelings about leaving a bad review. On one hand, I'd hope the manager would sit them down and explain to them that people order cold drinks on hot days because it's hot. This Starbucks needs to get it together. They are always out of something, make a drink wrong, or don't even acknowledge your existence so you can place an order. Don't bother doing a mobile order because they will either be out of something or fail to make it. I stopped coming to this location for all these reasons and decided to go yesterday and sure enough they were out of something and took forever to make the mobile order when I said it was okay without the caramel drizzle. Worst Starbucks around. They are consistently out of product. Frappacino base, breakfast sandwiches, even syrup. On top of that, never have I been offered a make up free drink like other Starbucks.
