I always stop by before work and there is always a big line for drive thru. If your running late don't stop by but if you don't mind waiting 25 min in drive thru for a drink than give it a shot. read more

I'd give them 5 stars, but there's one employee who is rather rude to me. But other than that guy, the service is great! They're located in a good spot, (easy to locate), right off the interstate. And they let me get free hot water all the time without complaining about it, because even they understand that Starbucks is expensive!! This location should be only open for drive thru. Second time they mess up my mobile order. This store needs to re-evaluate their service process. This is one of the best starbucks i have been to, they always make my coffees just right and they shake my tea just right*passion fruit tea with raspberry syrup* instead of just pouring it into ice. This is my favorite Starbucks. I'm not sure if it's because everyone knows me to some extent by now or the awesome service. I'll go with both! Regardless of how my coffee might come out. [Admit it, sometimes businesses and it's employees have their off days, but they compensate for it.] This is the best location in my opinion and experience thus far. This is the worst Starbucks ever. It's the closest one and is almost always out of anything I ask for (food wise). The people that staff the place are uninformed and screw your order up a lot. They have to be the worst managed Starbucks in existence and cap their sales by being out of muffins and sandwiches daily. Not kidding they have screwed up/been out of/slow as hell most times I've been there. Yesterday was the last straw and I wont be returning. This Starbucks is terrible! I got in the drive thru line at 7:40am with the line all the way to the dumpsters. It was 8:00am by the time I entered the actual drive thru. It took twenty minutes to get through approximately 4 cars. At this point the line started moving super fast. I ordered my grande PSL that I had been craving (I'm 32 weeks pregnant) and picked it up at the window at 8:09am. That's 29 minutes in a coffee line. I paid with my app and pulled off. When I tasted my much desired drink it didn't taste anything like a PSL. Mind you I also have a toddler in the back seat so can't really get back in line or drag him out of the car to get my drink fixed so I went home. I understand that it takes time to make the drinks but to take that long then rush ten cars through only to get the order wrong is worse than waiting a little longer for it to be right. Needless to say I'm super disappointed and with there was another drive thru closer. read more

Wow lack of customer service especially by a "manager" I don't know if Marlene is a manager or not. My husband took me to Starbucks drive thru and as usual I order myself an Venti Iced Coffee with 10 pumps of classic and extra Breva and my son wanted a Grande Caramel Frap. When we got our drinks my husband handed it to me and it had no classic sweetener in it whatsoever. I was over it and ready go home. My husband is the one was like no let me take it inside and have them fix it for you. I had to stay in the car with our boys because our youngest is 10 month old. It's 8:30 at night and 50 degrees. My husband explain to the girl it didn't have any classic sweetener in it. The girl Marlene just add a couple of pumps and my husband told her I don't think that's going to make a difference because my wife order 10 pumps of classic. She grab the cup and the classic pump and slammed it on the counter and said dude! What do you want me to do?! My husband was taken back and said excuse me let me speak with your manager and I want my wife drink fix the way she had ordered it. She said manager not in and I'll just redo the drink. My husband was walk toward the car and said she just ruin my night, I will never go in that store again and called me I'm shocked she called me dude because she obviously having a bad day and didn't want to remake your drink. I called the store and asked to get the name of the girl who had to remake my drink and it was the girl on the phone and I ask for her name and ask to speak or leave a message with the manager. She said she is the manager when she told my husband the manager wasn't in! Mmmm that's interesting well I report to the 800 number with Starbucks company and hope they will look into this. It's Christmas holidays and she shouldn't have this kind of attitude! Where her professionalism? Especially if she is a manager or not?! I hope no one gets treated this way! Let me start by saying I am a very frequent Starbucks customer, a rewards member, and worked for Starbucks for 3 years in my early 20's. With that said, this specific Starbucks has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In just the matter of a week, they have disappointed me greatly. First, I went through the drive-thru and they COMPLETELY messed up my order, when I called them to complain, the man who answered was a complete smart-ass to me, and was not empathetic at all. Second I am on the pony baseball board, and we have asked to use them for major events multiple times, and they have 0 interest in helping their community (we now use the Starbucks off haun rd, and they are amazing). And lastly I went in yesterday to receive my 30% off for being a rewards member, I stood in line for 15 min, when I got to the register and ordered, I was told it was 5:02, and the promotion ended at 5:00. Even after I explained that I had been in line prior to 5:00, they made no attempt to care or show any sort of good customer service. I will NEVER return to this Starbucks again. Horrible customer service, and a shameful sense of community. Please if you must get coffee, go to the Starbucks on haun, they really are amazing, and friendly. read more

The only reason i go to this starbucks is because it is right next to my house. I have been pretty consistently mobile ordering every morning before work and every time it says my order will be ready in 2-5 minutes. Well i learned pretty fast that if i want to make it to work on time i need to order at least 15 minutes ahead of time because something is amiss with their online ordering system with the employees. Even when i give them an extra 10 minutes, a lot of the time i am still waiting on my drink or foo to be made when i get there. Honestly its ridiculous, i shouldn't ever be waiting 20 minutes for a latte. On top of this, the employees are ALWAYS rude. No one is in a good mood and it always a terrible experience in customer service. I started "testing" it the last couple days because i always say thank you when picking up my mobile order (i work in food service with online orders as well and i know how annoying it is when people dont say thank you), but i have NEVER recieved a single response. Not even so much as a "youre welcome." I thought maybe im not loud enough or theyre busy, but every time ive come in the last week, theyve had a seemingly full staff with very few cars in the drive thru if any and no one in line. No matter which employee is there, no matter how loud i am; no response, they literally just ignore me and the other guests that ive seen do the same. Again i get it, i not only work in food service, but i manage and normally i wouldnt post a yelp review because i know how they affect businesses, but this starbucks management needs help with their customer service and mobile ordering. This was my go to starbucks, staff was nice and quick. That's only reason why I gave 2 stars. Today was awful. AM rush and only 1 register open. All the baristas were going super slow pace I don't know what was going on, they were moving like it was 3 in the afternoon and not a morning rush. I placed my order, I waited patiently, I ordered 2 Frappucinos. Mind you I only had 1 guy ahead of me which the barista spent her time flirting with, looked at his phone, asked what his plans for the weekend was. After he left I received my first frappucino. Then I saw the barista start a hot drink and no Frappucinos being made, so I said "Excuse me I'm still waiting for my other drink" which I started to say specifically, but she cut me off and said "It's going to be a minute" all snappy. She finishes the hot drink, then dumps it in the sink, remakes it. At this point I couldn't do it anymore I'm now late when I left early specifically to get coffee, I asked another barista and thats when she goes "The caramel flan? I just finished it" She handed me the drink and it wasn't the drink I ordered. TF. I don't know where the original staff was from before but the ones working today sucked. So inefficient, slow, and they waste your time. Don't come here if you have anywhere to be. read more

I'm a gold member of Starbucks and it really upsets me that this location always has over a 20min wait and they never hAve what you want. I've tried to buy bottled syrup from them on six different occasions and they never have it. Really?!? I'm trying to give you money and you don't have it? And what's worse is no one cares. Well I headed on over excited to get my caramel macchiato only to find out they were out of both caramel and butterscotch. Disappointed, I declined anything for myself and ordered for the rest of my family. I ended up with just a vanilla frappuccino for my daughter since she couldn't get her caramel frappuccino. Little did I realize until I reached my destination with my daughters drink that they had made a coffee frappuccino and added vanilla to it. Grr. This Starbucks is the worst one I've been to. They make the drinks terribly. I try every time I go there to order it slightly differently hoping they will get it to the right taste and they fail every time. I mostly order a chai and it never fails to taste like straight coffee creamer even when I ask for extra pumps of chai. This Starbucks and the target Starbucks in Menifee are the only ones that can't get it right, granted the target Starbucks employees work target and Starbucks(not full time baristas). Ethanac has no excuse. I've even specifically told them it comes out too sweet some days it's almost undrinkable. A friend of mine has also had drinks from there when we go together and hers are always bad as well. Please train your employees. Drinks need to be consistent when going to different locations. When I pay $6-7 for a drink I expect it to be made correctly. Another thing, they take forever to make such terrible drinks. I've been here 25 minutes waiting for ONE caramel iced coffee!!!! Sitting here watching them make drinks and they are sooooo...slow!

Their drive thru live is always ridiculously long. But of course it's worth the drink right.... Well recently they seemed to have hired new people and most of the drinks seem to have had more ice than coffee. I decided to go again the following day and I had ordered a simple caramel frapp due to the hot weather. Well it seemed like they gave me blended ice with a caramel drizzle. They really need to train their people better in their coffee making skills, especially if we are spending as much money as we are for the drinks. read more
