Came here on 8/9/22 to get some ice cream with my grandma and the girl who helped us was kind and attentive and tried not to leave air pockets in the ice cream tub we ordered. Ice cream and cone tasted great! Had to come back in for more cones and a cup and the girl who had just helped us, Selena, continued to give me good customer service! I think she was probably tempted to overlook washing her hands to get me my stuff (it was a small order of cones and cups) since I saw her hesitate, but she preferred a good conscience and politely asked me if I'd wait while she washed her hands. While this location is a normally a clean place, they let their store go today with a mad rush of people. There was ice cream all over the floor and foot prints from the spilled ice cream. This location also suffers from having the smallest scoops of ice cream. The Baskin Robbins locations in Moreno Valley and Hemet have Way bigger scoops for the same amount of money. At those locations their kids scoop is the same size as a regular sized scoop here. Not the best Baskin Robbins, but it is the best place to get ice cream in the area. read more

There's great choices for ice cream flavors. Cons: One of the lady that was on duty that night had very long nails and it just threw me off for sanitary purposes that serves food. I come here with my family all the time , the ice cream is decent .. I love their cookies n cream , but their strawberry cheesecake taste different every time but no big deal I still eat it . Although the service is horrible... we get no welcome coming in and I felt like every time we would ask for something the girl kept rolling her eyes. Horrible horrible service!! Went in to buy an ice cream cake and the girl was soooo rude and didn't make an effort to provide good service. To start they only had Father's Day cakes which it was over, then I get 'well what do you want?' Then after selecting one she went straight to charge me. Didn't ask if I wanted to write HB or anything. Once I asked if she could do so she didn't say a word and pushes a marker n tiny piece of paper to me. Mind you she wrote it so small it looked horrible. If it wasn't because my sister wanted an ice cream cake I would've just walked out. This was not the first time they have bad service either.
