I don't give reviews but the young lady that attended to me today was so kindly patient with me as my son selected all he wanted via facetime, and he likes what he likes and can be selective. I think I may have taken 15 minutes just to pick out 12 donuts, I jested about wanting to rind his neck because I felt bad for taking so long and she was kind to say she didn't mind. Is this place under new ownership?! I've been a patron for a few years and have always had a great experience with the staff. I visited on March 7th around 8am and the woman who helped me was extremely rude and impatient. Hopefully this was a fluke but if not I can see this woman draining the clientele. This place charges for their product so at best give some basic respect to your easy to please customers. read more

Very rude. Called to ask the price on a dozen donuts. I needed to order 3 dozen for work. I told her I will call back in 5 minutes and she said no you either place order now or I won't have donuts for you. Was craving donuts different from your typical donut shop. Was out and about in Perris and found this place on yelp. We arrived around 12 and they were running pretty low on donuts, which to me is a good sign. We got half a dozen and each one was soft and tasty. The delightfully freindly staff took great care to select a complex variety (come on man, these are donuts after all) and even added a couple extra's for an Uber baker's dozen? So as far as the donuts they're great and fresh, as for customer service it was terrible. I went in wasn't even greeted then when the lady came up to me she didn't even ask what I wanted she just stared at me until I said what I wanted to order, and was rude the entire time after that. I really enjoy this donut shop. I work in the area and I'm always running late and can never have time for breakfast. This shop has amazing melt in your mouth donuts. But my favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bacon is crispy. Eggs perfectly cooked. It's very well priced too. And the service is fast! After moving to this area two years ago, I searched and searched and searched for a really good donut shop and it's taken this long to find one worthy of a yelp review. I used to live a couple of blocks from the famous Randy's Donuts and very few of their competitors could come close but this place does. Their donuts are fresh, soft and literally will melt in your mouth. The best part is I love cinnamon rolls and they're usually too big for me to eat in one sitting but this place has cute mini cinnamon rolls that are soooo yummy. Stopped into this donut shop while at gas station next door. Decided to try out a couple donuts. Picked up a couple heart shaped donuts with sprinkles for the kids. Decided to place a special order for donuts for Game 6 of the 2020 MLB world Series. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and said they would give it a good try since they haven't done that before. She gave it a good try and even gave me addt'l donuts at pickup becuz she didn't perfectly duplicate my pic provided. Prepaid & only charged for a regular dozen price. They were not perfect but still cute and made our night celebrating a Dodger win! And they were so yummy, soft and just the right amount of glazed icing. I ordered them without cream in the middle. I may try that next time tho. Still yummy and a hit with my donut loving boys at home! The closer shop Better Be donuts turned me down on this special order. read more
