Was planning on leaving a 2 star review but I noticed the ratings on this location was already subpar. The cashier girl although was friendly, she messed up on 2 out of 3 drinks. Instead of being diligent on her work, I believe she had family or people she knew walk in and was talking to them and being distracted. All 3 drinks were extremely sweet and we not drinkable. She offered to remake the drinks once we notify her that they were wrong but since we were already waiting for a while we decided to bite the bullet and just take the wrong drinks hoping they tasted decent. The place was nice and clean which seemed like it was the only positive aspect of this experience. Will not come back again surely read more

I came with my family the other day I ordered a refresher and some donuts and it took 45 mins to call out my name and the worker , manager kept talking without noticing the customers in line . I've used the bathroom it was stinky wasn't cleaned at all smelled fishy and I saw some roaches I got disgusted by it. afterall my order came through the drink was not good enough tasted like someone didn't clean up the machines and tasted like dirty water and lastly the donuts were very hard overall this place is not recommend and not good for your health and money read more

frustrating waiting in a 5-10 minute drive-thru line only to be told at the window that the item isn't available. There's no clear sign visible before you enter the drive-thru, so you waste your time for nothing. It would make a big difference if the store had a visible sign before the drive-thru entrance listing what's sold out, and if inventory planning was better handled so morning customers actually have access to the full menu. LONG WAIT... There were so many employees working and no one in the drive-thru, so I expected to be helped in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, we waited about 20 minutes just to get our food. They even swapped the cheese for a completely different kind without telling us. To top it all off, it honestly seemed like no one knew what they were doing. I love Dunkin', and I'm usually very patient with customer service workers because we've all been there before, but this experience was ridiculous. I ordered for the Valentines Day special edition. The line inside was super long so I jumped in my car to go through drive thru but it was wrapped around the building as well. This location takes way too long to get orders out and get them out accurately I ordered the donut holes and they weren't fresh at all. The Valentine's Day donuts were just OK but they could've been fresher as well. Overall Customer Service here is horrible. Their drive thru sign has been broken for a year. They don't apologize to customers for being slow and they need to improve. read more

This location has always been on time with my orders that I ordered on the app. Orders were always 100% correct and the attitude of the workers is always friendly. I don't understand the two stars for this location... I have been coming here since it opened. The staff is always kind and respectful. My order has never been wrong, yes it gets busy and packed like any coffee shop or location but the customer service is always 10/10. The food is hot and fresh, they also go above and beyond when I order x3 count munchkins for my son and they add a x2 extra. read more

New Dunkin' Donuts in Moreno Valley! The location is really nice as it was remodeled for the new store. There is ample parking in the front and this location also has a drive through. I used the drive through to order and the process was really fast. I liked that it had an order screen so you can see what is being ordered and it tells you the price as well. The cashier was really nice and gave me an overview of the donuts as I haven't been to the store often. Overall the service was good and I received really quick service. I ordered a few donuts which were all very good, very airy and soft, if you like more dense or cake-like donuts, I would look somewhere else. All in all, it was a good experience and what I would expect from a Dunkin'. read more

One of the newest businesses in Moval! I'm not too much of a Dunkin' person, but I decided to stop by since they just opened up. I love that they have a drive through. If you decide to stop in, there is enough parking so it shouldn't be a problem. I got a regular maple bar and a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Maple bar: The maple bar was good. It was the perfect amount of sweet, but I do wish it was a little more fluffy. Cold brew with sweet cold foam: I decided to get this because I usually gravitate towards the vanilla cold brew from Starbucks. The first sip was pretty good with the foam, but after that it was blah. I probably wouldn't get this next time since I prefer the one from Starbucks over this. The drive through took about five minutes to get through. The service was nothing special, just an in and out type of thing. Overall, I would probably visit mostly for the donuts. I do like how they have bakery items since that's not something you'd see at Krispy Kreme. I'll be back to try the Matcha latte though. read more

The service here used to be so fast & the workers were always very sweet. Recently there's been such a huge difference. It took 35 minutes to get one refresher in the drive thru and made me late to my appointment. It's been 2 times where I pay for my drink online and get to the store 20 minutes later and my order is still not ready making me leave and head to work without my drink. I have paid for 2 drinks and never have picked them up or gotten them. Maybe they need more workers because it's unbelievable how long they take for my order. So disappointing read more

The coffee is not good. I tried different drinks and each time they were not good. I've tried non coffee drinks and they also were not great. Either the flavors have a weird aftertaste or the coffee tastes watery. The donuts are hit and miss. I'm fairly sure that they don't make them fresh because I've had a a couple that tasted like freezer. The staff is always pleasant but the coffee is not at all good. 10/10 visit. Fast service. Had everything (which I cannot say for the Dunkin in riverside) they had the bagel bites I can never get my hands on. Drinks were yummy. The worker was super kind and helped us pretty quickly even with the long line. Better and cheaper than st**bucks. read more

I went this morning. And the guy Charles was extremely rude it is about 4:58 and he told me they open at 5:30 am walked away and never came back, and online it shows that they open at 5:00am. I called and talked the manager she stated that she is having problems with her employees coming in late. Honestly that is not an excuse to be rude to your costumers. If your employer is Not coming in on time that is an issue that needs to be fixed because they will be loosing costumer and that attitude was so unnecessary. read more

The service here is always terrible. I try to give them a chance every single time because I love Dunkin' Donuts however, my coffee is never right this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich just to be told it's not ready yet and then to come back in five minutes later to find out, they don't even have the croissant sandwich, I explained to her she could tell that I was frustrated when she offered a refund that I should've been told in the first place that they were out of the breakfast sandwich not over 10 minutes later and over 15 minutes past my mobile order time. Food and drinks are good. The mango refresher is so good and I am a sucker for maple. I have also tried their Iced signature latte and there is a reason why it is a signature drink ! I will say though costumers are very entitled here. Some people never worked in costumer service/ food industry and it shows! This is the ONLY dunkin I know in MOVAL. The closest one I know would be riverside which is 30-ish minutes from where this one is located. So when people complain about their wait times make no sense to me. They are overwhelmed with costumers since they opened! I've seen customers be super rude to the employees while waiting in line. Ambience is very chill; however, I only stay there till they call my order. So I really cannot comment much on that aspect. NOTE: I do not work here, nor do I personally know the employees, nor is this some sort of paid advertisement. I saw someone being an ass to an employee without a legitimate reason and as a former customer service employee, it irked me. So I looked at the reviews and honestly they deserve more credit. I came here 3 days after it launched, like around easter.. and i came for the chocolate munchkins, but they seem to be sold out all the time, so 4 months later, i finally came back today and im so glad chocolate munchkins are available now, i dont have to come early in the morning to buy it. the staff doesnt smile, i mean today i ordered 3 donuts and 25 chocolate munchkins, the staff who was taking care of my order, he didnt really give me an attitude but he looks like he didnt really wanna work there lol. but keep in mind, the staff are probably high school or college students, so thats why im being polite, i read that customers are very entitled due to long lines, i havent encountered a jerk customer yet. but if you do give them an attitude, just give them a break, they are trying their best, this place is still brand new and it will get better eventually. i ordered 2 boston creme, but i wish the staff would put them in the bag properly where 2 chocolate glaze doesnt face each other. i use to work in a bakery and everytime people order donuts, we make sure we have transparent napkins on each donut so they dont touch each other. please manager, if you read this, put this in consideration, your customers will appreciate that. the parking lot has a lot of space so i have no problem with that. read more
