The prices are outrageous and they charge a 50 cent fee to pay with your debit card, which is illegal... only on credit cards. They are allowed to charge a fee, not on debit cards. Will never go there again! read more

This place has been in Moreno Valley since I was a kid and yet I've never stopped by until today. I came in about 2 hours before closing so I wasn't expecting a wide variety. Was looking for donuts during quarantine to run in and out and take some home. First of all the donuts here are amazing, best in Moreno Valley. Second of all the customer service is great, the sweetest lady helped us and was really nice, even threw in some extra donuts because she said they were getting ready to close. Pretty quick prices are fair the younger Asian lady is fast and fluent in English the other older Asian lady was not and had very broken English but tried her best to help me out. The order got a little confused but the younger lady helped her out to get it right. The shop looks a little dingy and beat up but everything was great. read more

The wife that works here seems to be struggling with the simplest orders, today I asked for one jalapeño croissant and one turkey cheese for my daughter, she goes to the back and grabs 2 and charges me, as soon as I get home to prepare the croissant for my kids I notice that both of them are jalapeño.... I come back to tell her the mishap and she laughs without an apology and hands me a frozen to the touch turkey and cheese, then she has the audacity to ask me what's my problem, I drove all the way back to be insulted. This isn't the first time that she's messed up my order, this was just the final straw. Also when you order a bunch of items they never NEVER NEVER offer you a bag to carry out. You should treat all customer with respect and apologize when you're in the wrong. The dad, daughter and son usually on point. Maybe it's time to retire mom. read more
