Walked into BevMo! with zero plan, zero knowledge, and the confidence of someone who just googled "what is a cabernet" in the parking lot. I'm staring at the shelves like it's a final exam I didn't study for, and this employee with the vibe of a sunshine named Cindy, clocks it immediately. No weird energy, no upsell script, just calm, slightly concerned "I've seen this before" energy. I give the most useless description possible--like "I want something smooth but not too smooth... but also not scary"--and somehow she translates that into an actual, solid recommendation. Whole interaction felt like I got assigned a retail guardian angel for 5 minutes. Drink was actually good too, which is rare because I usually pick bottles based on vibes and font. Anyway, Cindy, YOU are carrying this location on your back. Promote her before another store tries to recruit her like it's free agency. 10/10, would absolutely trust her judgment again. read more

Love this store normally and my mom, sister and I always shop here. My sister and I came in to look around and as we're looking at the mini shots a man in all black, not in a normal BevMo shirt which makes me assume he was a manager, came close to my sister and then proceeded to try to drill us on what we were buying and if we were both over 21 staring at me. If I wasn't 21 why would I be actively looking around and trying to buy something in the first place? After we both replied yes in a very confused tone he just smirked and said "You both will be carded at checkout" in a tone as if he caught us trying to get away with something. Not only that but when I went to go get my ID from the car he came back to my sister waiting for me and asked if I was ACTUALLY was getting my ID! It was unnecessary, if he had any doubts he could've asked us at the register or just told the cashier to card both of us. Whoever was the manager on 5/06/2026 needs to learn how to handle that situation professionally instead of right away acting like the person is trying to get away with something malicious. This is now the second instance at this store in which I have felt like I was being interviewed despite having my ID on me or being able to simply go get/provide it. Wouldn't recommend this store if you look young, they apparently feel comfortable enough to try and question you close up. read more

Super disappointed arrived today at 7:40pm and they closed the doors early. I called in and they said they had an issue. They closed the doors early half way and locked up. But I drove from the other side of town to get here and the doors were closed. I seen people inside customers walking around and thought it was suspicious. I've been to BevMo many times to get my party kegs. Their selection is massive and the different spirits are unique. The overall feel of the store is bigger and brighter than your average liquor store. If you're in the need for a large selection of different alcohol or even cigars, stop by and let the staff know what you're looking for so they can fulfill your need. read more

I went in to buy alcohol Frangelico. The two at the checkstand didn't know anything or what it was even. So I saw two Manager standing in the back and asked them. Do you have anyone in the store that knows the product as the two upfront? Don't even know what it is. She takes me over and shows it to me and then says don't talk about my staff that way. Well, maybe you should hire staff that know what they're doing and what they're selling instead of getting down on your customer who said nothing wrong but I decided after that to get my two bottle bottles and put everything back so you lost a sale by not putting the customer first I had a cuss or something I'd understand, but I said nothing wrong except asking for service of what I come in your store for. The Bev-Mo in Moval looks like a giant pharmacy with an abnormally large wine and spirits section. One third of the space has household goods and food items, which seems odd but then again, so is the general area so maybe it fits? So far I've only seen people buying alcohol but hey, if you need milk, oj, diapers, or dish soap it's mighty convenient. Again, as I review the various locations of this national chain, each has its unique look and personality, this location being one of the neatest and orderly looking. It's also the largest of the four I've visited the past few months. Bathrooms are closed to customers, so that's a drag, but that is probably my only complaint. Selection is broad, like other places it's wine selection varies in depth and breadth. In this case it's actually a well-stocked shop, sure, some older vintages line the shelves but some are built to last, when in doubt, drink within a week in case you have to return it. I opted for this strategy when I discovered two Italian wines, a 2012 Brunello and 2014 Vino Nobile de Montepulciano, both of which were moderately well to moderately highly reviewed. In both cases the wines were still excellent despite not being laid down on their sides or kept in climate controlled conditions. I returned and bought the rest of each! Prices fluctuate up and down, sometimes up $5, suspiciously close to holidays, and down below the baseline $2-4 off-season. Keep that in mind when shopping. Staff are friendly here and that's a plus. Pro tip: Download the free Vivino app, its camera function allows quick identification and reviews on a given wine from capturing a good shot of the label. read more

I love the variety of beers all the juices the liquor that you can find here they also have a lot of regular stuff sodas food stuff now Mixology stuff. It's here one place all in one. Very rude to customers. I asked to use the restroom. They sent me to the back where I stood for 5 minutes. Then someone comes out and says oh they don't work go to TJ maxx. Funny thing was two people were in the restroom before me. It's not like I'm sketchy or anything. I'm a kindergarten teacher who was buying wine for my teams back to school gift. Always a great variety to choose from. Craft beer craze is in full effect. They have a lot of options and constantly bringing in the newest brews! They have pretty much as type of drink you could ask for. But they also have a fresh section with some beer and drink munchies. Cheese and meats, chips, olives, chasers and mixes, cards and gift stuff They also offer a 5 cent tasting on Friday's from 5-7 I think and it's free if you buy a drink. The tasting is well worth it! Walking in the store I was looking for the beer I want but no one ask me for help bad customer service

First off let me start off by saying I love the fact that they finally opened up a Bevmo's in Moreno Valley so I don't have to drive 15+ miles just to get to a Bevmo's which I've totally done on more then one occasion but it's so worth it. Anywho onto my review. I love coming here it's my one stop shop as they have everything I'm looking for. A wide variety of alcohol, beers, wine. The last time I came in to get some wine I asked one of the employee's where I can find some Stella Rosa she then asked me if she can graduate me from the kiddie kool-aid to a much better wine. Lol. I'm like sure why not. She brought me over to this bottle of Gina it was on sell not to mention you buy one get the second one for 5 cents. So I grabbed two bottles to try it out and I told myself if I didn't like it I'll give the 2nd bottle as a gift to one of my friends. Much to my surprise I really liked it and now it's the only wine I'll drink.. The employee knew exactly what I'll like. The next time I see her I'll ask her for another selection. My trip yesterday was really good. I go in to get what I need to make a drink called (The Fish Bowl) as I've been seeing it all over Facebook and wanted try it. Well I was having trouble finding certain ones and an employee noticed I was having a hard time finding what I needed and she took it upon herself to come help me and ask me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she went and got it for me and she even carried some of the bottles for me as she noticed my basket was getting full and heavy to carry. I arrived at BevMo yesterday 3-26-22 to pick up some liquor for my weekend party. I needed to use the mens room and asked the manager (Demitry) to open the mens room for me and he did. When I entered the room I could immediately tell it was dirty. Since I was desperate I entered the stall and notice no toilet paper. I left the restroom and spoke with another employee (Daniel) and he quickly apologized and offered to clean the restroom and gave me a roll of toilet paper. Daniel also offered to clean the restroom prior to me using it but it was an emergency for me. After using the toilet I tried to wash my hands but no soap in the dispenser and no paper towels. When I exited the restroom I approached the manger and updated him on the condition of the restroom. He indicated that it's not for public use. I said I'm a customer and not a public person randomly coming in to use the restroom. He smirked and shrug his shoulders and said " honestly I don't give a fuck". When I asked for his name he indicated his name is (Kevin). At the register when paying for my liquor I had (Daniel) at the cash register and I asked him if the manger is named Kevin. Daniel indicated that Kevin was a previous employee and that the manager real name is (Demitry). I did not appreciate the lack of customer service and the reckless response I received from a manager of BevMo. I was also disappointed when the manager refused to give his name and used a previous employee name. I hope that corporate reads this and quickly remedies this problem at the store. read more

I have no time to waste and write a detailed review for them. I just had bad experience with this store and I need to make sure the corporate is aware. The manager just denied my birthday $10 off coupon. Then I told him I also have 5% coupon ( which is good until February 28) he didn't want to use any of my coupons because I already had to sign for my purchase. Basically he was to lazy to cancel the transaction and use my coupons. He start coming up with excuses that he can not do anything. A customer service like this is sucks and I will never come back here. To the Bevmo Corporate: you need to train your staff better this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Placed a special order for 3 items and was told I would be contacted Thursday or Friday when it came in. By Sunday still no phone call, so just went in. My 3 items were not on the cabinet by the managers booth (where they set aside special orders) so I looked out on the store shelves, and there were 2 of my special order items - they had sold the 3rd item already. Spoke to a manager - she apologized for the mix up and I re-placed my order for the same 3 items. Very next week, still no phone call, so I went in on Saturday ...just to see. Still nothing on the cabinet - so checked the shelves - there they were...all 3 special ordered items, on the shelf for anyone to purchase. So the good news is that even if this Bevmo doesn't have what you're looking for you can special order it. The bad news is they will then put it on a shelf and sell it to anybody. read more

She seemed annoyed to have to actually ring people up! She should be working in the back! Menifee store and Temecula stores are 100% better! I love this bevmo! So glad that I don't need to drive to Redlands from riverside anymore. The employees here are so helpful and they know their alcohols. This branch is nice and clean and spacious! What I also love about this branch and it makes it unique and more pleasant to come to is that on the weekends they have wine and beer tasting. It's extremely cheap to do the tasting and I've never been to a bevmo that has this! Awesome! read more

I have the bevmo alert for a particular bourbon that is difficult to find. Yesterday I was alerted it was available. My husband called the store in Moreno Valley, spoke with the manager about holding the bottle and it would be picked up the next day. First thing in the morning, my husband arrives and they had sold the bottle they had promised to hold for us until the afternoon. Such sorry service. The manager is a complete moron. read more
