I have no time to waste and write a detailed review for them. I just had bad experience with this store and I need to make sure the corporate is aware. The manager just denied my birthday $10 off coupon. Then I told him I also have 5% coupon ( which is good until February 28) he didn't want to use any of my coupons because I already had to sign for my purchase. Basically he was to lazy to cancel the transaction and use my coupons. He start coming up with excuses that he can not do anything. A customer service like this is sucks and I will never come back here. To the Bevmo Corporate: you need to train your staff better this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Placed a special order for 3 items and was told I would be contacted Thursday or Friday when it came in. By Sunday still no phone call, so just went in. My 3 items were not on the cabinet by the managers booth (where they set aside special orders) so I looked out on the store shelves, and there were 2 of my special order items - they had sold the 3rd item already. Spoke to a manager - she apologized for the mix up and I re-placed my order for the same 3 items. Very next week, still no phone call, so I went in on Saturday ...just to see. Still nothing on the cabinet - so checked the shelves - there they were...all 3 special ordered items, on the shelf for anyone to purchase. So the good news is that even if this Bevmo doesn't have what you're looking for you can special order it. The bad news is they will then put it on a shelf and sell it to anybody. read more

First and last time shopping at this location. No customer service at all! The heavy set girl with the rainbow colored bottle job hair color had no personality! She seemed annoyed to have to actually ring people up! She should be working in the back! Menifee store and Temecula stores are 100% better! I love this bevmo! So glad that I don't need to drive to Redlands from riverside anymore. The employees here are so helpful and they know their alcohols. This branch is nice and clean and spacious! What I also love about this branch and it makes it unique and more pleasant to come to is that on the weekends they have wine and beer tasting. It's extremely cheap to do the tasting and I've never been to a bevmo that has this! Awesome! read more

Placed an order for 2 bottles on 11/13. Scheduled it for pick up at 11:00 AM on 11/14 only to get there and find out they had given someone else my order!!! And this was told to me AFTER they spent 20 mins "looking" for it. Got my refund but ruined my plans. Smh read more

I was driving past the area & decided to stop grab a champagne bottle for a friend so I google mapped the closest location. Worst bevmo location ever! If i could rate this zero stars I would!!!! I would never recommend anyone who lives near this bevmo location to come here to buy any alcohol beverage ever because their customer service is disgusting and horrible. While I was waiting in line 2pm on wed 11-25-15 I was not greeted by the cashier (Tammy I think her name as she has dark brown hair in a low ponytail the other cashier with purple hair was working behind her) she seem like she hated her life as she rang me up she told me the amount which came out to $54.09 so then I gave her $60 and I said hold on I have the nine cents but she wasn't paying attention so she entered only the $60 and I tried giving her the nine cents and her response to me was "too late I entered the $60 already" and my response to her was "so you don't know the math if I give you nine cents?" Her response to me was so rude she said no, I don't know the math but if someone wants to do it for me then they would. She should have known to give me an extra dollar so I would let have 91 cents in change. It's like trying to teach a first Grader how to brush their teeth lol My point is this girl is rude & they don't need to pay her for having bad customer service & she didn't even give me a receipt. Another store opening at Towngate Center and this one is a great addition. Good selection of various beverages and 5 cent specials are great. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Some Bevmo stores are a little larger in terms of space but this store still has plenty to offer and really glad they opened a store in MoVal. read more

I have the bevmo alert for a particular bourbon that is difficult to find. Yesterday I was alerted it was available. My husband called the store in Moreno Valley, spoke with the manager about holding the bottle and it would be picked up the next day. First thing in the morning, my husband arrives and they had sold the bottle they had promised to hold for us until the afternoon. Such sorry service. The manager is a complete moron. read more

i dont drink but my sister's family was in town for new years and she requested a few drinks for me to buy, so i came here, i felt a little dumb coming here trying to act like i know where they are, but i had to ask someone for help. the asian guy was really helpful but unfortunately most of the drinks i wanted to get actually ran out. but he helped me out every step of the way, he seems very knowledgeable on alternatives if i couldnt find any of the drinks. overall, the place is clean, very organized, they even have sparkling apple cider :P read more

Typically I go to the BevMo in Chino Hills because that's where I live but I was out in MoVal on Sunday and decided to stop in to check out the 5¢ wines and try something new. Byron was SO helpful. I told him what I was looking for in a red blend and he steered me over to one that he promised I would come back in and thank him for. He was right--awesome pick! I love when store employees are knowledgable and friendly. Definitely ask for help here if you're looking for something new--the staff is on point! read more

Wine tasting has changed and is stupid! It used to be $2 Fridays and Saturdays. Now it's Fridays only and it's $6 to taste 3 wines and a few beers. That's Wine tasting?? And... You now have to spend $20 to get your $6 back. Don't waste your time coming here for wine tasting. BevMo you blew it when you went and got greedy. Their loyalty program sucks as well. Doesn't matter how much you spend there... their coupons are always $10 if you spend $75 or more!! They definitely do not know how to take care of their customers!! Fail! read more

They are well versed in the various blends and labels that they carry and if they are not sure they take the next step to ensure that they look it up. I love that you can place an order if they do not have enough of your item and they will call you to pick it up when the order is in the store.
