I've never had this happen with a coffee shop cup before. The cup was clearly not secure enough to prevent leaking, and it made a huge mess. Please consider using better-quality cups and lids because this is a pretty frustrating experience, especially when you're taking coffee to go. I hope the shop addresses this because a simple cup should at least be able to make a 30min drive without leaking everywhere.

They should have pulled the old product and should not have sold them. Better to say you're out of stock than sell a bad product. I threw the cupcakes away so I only have a photo of the almond croissant. I decided to write this review after the 3rd item was inedible too. $15 thrown in the trash. This was a very disappointing experience and I will never give them my business again.
