If I could give them zero I would. The vibe was unpleasant and the woman behind the register seemed agitated and that she did not want me or my three babies in the store. They were excited to eat their donuts inside until the woman frantically and aggressively yelled at them to sit down sit down....I am an active mom and am the first to reprimand my kids...but they were not doing anything out of the normal of kids. I won't be back. The color of my money was welcome but not the color of my and my babies. Do better. read more

Visiting Riverside and looking for a quick, cheap donut and coffee on the way back to the airport. Oh my God! The donut I ordered was so airy and fresh, I could cry! My first sip of coffee hit ALL the spots and was piping hot. Best of all, it cost way under $10, unheard of prices in the bougie joints. No. If you're of color (African American) you will be discriminated. My family came in with Goldfish for my 3year great nephew that was an outside purchase. After the kids selected their donuts, my niece was in the motion of customizing a breakfast sandwich. When the woman behind the counter disregard the order and just came to the register. We let her know that all would be paid together. She said all these donuts while looking past us at the baby, saying a those chips? We explained to her those are not chips. Those goldfish were purchased before here. She was so hyper focused on the goldfish she almost forgot my Niece sandwich. Once we pay for our purchase, we wanted some dollar waters where my niece gave a dollar for hers and I pulled out three and she brought me two trying to make me pay for the first purchase water. Then she corrected it and brought me the third water as my family sat down. We noticed how she was interacting with the other customers not giving us the same hospitality. Yuck. Donuts here are terrible. 1 apple fritter, 1 jelly donut, and a water for $6.85. The apple fritter is over fried and not very good. The jelly donut wasn't filled properly and was exploding out the top, plus the jelly tasted really fake and gross. I hate to downvote small businesses, but these are some of the worst donuts I've had. The cake donuts in the case looked smaller and overdone as well. read more

The worst service I have ever had in my life, an Asian woman when she saw us arrive gave us unpleasant and racist treatment, and practically kicked us out of the place, she wanted to hurry us up to order our food and we didn't even have 1 minute there, then she invented that we could knock down a vase that was in the back, just an invention for us to leave, I also saw that the prices were a little high but the truth is I can't say anything about the taste or the size because I didn't have the opportunity to lose anything, practically I don't recommend the place to anyone. read more

I'm only rating the quality of the service and the ham & cheese croissants. Both were excellent! They lady was as nice as could be expected. The real treat was the croissant. It was one of the best I've had in a while. I noticed that they do some with egg in them so that'll be my next order. What was good about the croissant is that it had a fair amount of ham and cheese. I hate when you eat half of the croissant before reaching the delicious center, but that wasn't a problem here. Each bite had both ham and cheese, even along the edges. A+. I had an apple fritter too; it was good, but nothing remarkable. I'll update this review after I've been back a few more times. read more

Although the donuts are quite yummy.... the #1 reason to come here..... BOBA! This place has long been serving up some of the best boba drinks and smoothies in the UCR area. So rich, so decadent, so yummy! Melon is my absolute favorite, though you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Coconut, blueberry, watermelon! Oh geez.... Service is horrible here they sell scratchers even though I purchased over $18 worth and donuts I got attitude from the lady owner after waiting for my turn to buy donuts patiently and while she still assisting me refused to cash cash my scratchers and demanded that I wait because it took too long I will never buy donuts here again or scratchers from them ever! They do not deserve to be merchandise to sell scratchers there. read more
