The service here is always terrible. I try to give them a chance every single time because I love Dunkin' Donuts however, my coffee is never right this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich just to be told it's not ready yet and then to come back in five minutes later to find out, they don't even have the croissant sandwich, I explained to her she could tell that I was frustrated when she offered a refund that I should've been told in the first place that they were out of the breakfast sandwich not over 10 minutes later and over 15 minutes past my mobile order time. This place is a joke and the employees are again nothing but lazy. read more

this place continues to disappoint. had to wait over 10 minutes to take my order on drive-through. The manager said people did not show up to work so was behind. only 1 car in front of me at the window. when i told him i ordered online, he said ok, it should be ready, come to the window. i received my large regular coffee how i wanted it but the cup was only about 2/3 full. instead of wasting more time, i just left. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. obviously its pretty bad service. read more

I've never had Dunkin' Donuts before so not sure if this location just isn't the best or I just really don't like Dunkin' Donuts. We ordered two jelly filled, 1 sprinkle and some donut holes. Honestly they were very mediocre tasting. Nothing special and nothing that stands out from any other regular donut location. We also ordered an iced coffee and iced chai latte. My husband got the iced coffee and said it was just okay. I got the iced chai latte and I was disappointed. Had absolutely no chai flavor at all. It was literally almond milk with a lot of ice. I was excited because I've heard lots of great things about Dunkin but my experience begs to differ. My husband also said the guy taking his order was high off his a**. Definitely won't be a returning customer. Sorry Moval but we should've put a Krispy Kreme location instead. read more

First I would like to say there are about 3 really great employees here, always friendly fast and make my drinks perfectly, I wish I had gotten their names. But everyone else is terrible. Unfriendly, rude, act like you're bothering them by ordering very simple drinks. SO SLOW. And the coffee is often stale and not drinkable. Lattes are too sweet and even with an extra espresso shot can't taste the coffee at all. Inside is always so dirty. Tables are sticky covered in crumbs and old napkins. Floor is littered with trash and old donut pieces, even when the store is not busy. Worst of all they refuse to make drinks bc they don't know how to enter the customization in their system. They don't offer an alternative or try to help you make something you like. They just flat out "we can't do that, whoever did it before wasn't supposed to" no sorry norhing. Really poor customer service that clearly starts with poor management. Going back to Starbucks, I would rather pay extra money for a pleasant experience where I get my drinks made well. read more

I like Dunkin Donut but everytime I went to this location drive through it took me 30 minutes in line. They need better employees to take care the drive through. read more

Donuts are small, long wait times, and it just seems to be really mismanaged. I waited 25 min in the drive-through at 2pm. Just skip this place and go anywhere else. read more

Just start I got to the drive-through and they told me to wait. I need avoiding over 10 minutes. Then I told the lady I couldn't wait I had to go cause I'm on the clock and she said it was sorry but there's a Car front of you and I have been in line for the next 15 minutes. So 30 minutes later I drive off ridiculous read more

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I've been to, they always close early the doors are always locked like a 1.5 hrs before closing time with a paper note on door and they make you go in drive thru and take forever by the time you get your drink it's watered down and whip cream is melted , they always run out of donuts and they get the order wrong , management should look into this place especially being a new establishment they should be on their game read more

Great service from the morning shift how do these guys wake up smiling at 5am Victor and Charles need a raise I'll be coming back every morning now for my coffee EDIT: YOU HAVE TO TRY THE FRESH BAGELS AT 5:45 read more

If you guy's need help training employees please let me know because I can have my 16 year old son show you guy's how to give good customer service I'm not saying all you but 90% of you employees have bad attitude and the guy's have dirty finger nails like if you guy's are working on a car sorry but it's that bad over there. I would not recommend going over to that location and you guy's probably need a inspector of state of California to go over there. I'm guessing some of you guys don't got food handlers training. I hope for the owners to see this and correct the issues I know a lot of them are young, but can't lag on food safety is number one and good customer service is number two read more

Every time I go to this Dunkin they can not get my coffee right and Amarani who works there is so rude.! I got my order and I wanted more creamer and she saw me waiting there. I even honked until I finally knocked on the glass. She didn't even acknowledge the customer that was in the drive-through. She has terrible service and should be working in the front with customers she needs to be in the back. If you need ice coffee on your way to work, go to Starbucks read more

Very Poor customer service! They close at 9pm and I'm in line at 8:55pm about to order and they told me they are closed when there was no cone in the drive thru and the server told me in the intercom "WTF I don't care" Soooooo rude I can't believe the disrespect and the I professionalism they have here Definitely not coming back here read more

Just went here for the first time, got 2 free donuts and a pup cup. Service was fast and reliable, servers were very nice and friendly. Me and my wife got coffee and breakfast sandwiches and were very good ! read more

Apple Fritter & two Long John's (Maple Bar). Apple Fritter was lacking apple. Taste was bland. Long John, once again bland. Seems like Dunkin is going more for look vs. quality. Why so many employees? Could you crank that music up even louder? Very Corporate looking on the inside. The only thing going for it is that drive-thru. I gave it a shot and three people tried Dunkin's products, all with negative feedback. I miss Jitters. read more

They not even paying attention they handed our order and when we check it... it's missing a lot and we try to have knock on the window and the lady from the drive thru didn't pay attention then when she finally see us we told her that we are missing the snacking bacon then she ask to give back our order and she said with attitude "you only order 1 everything bagels" but we told her snacking bacon it's 6 order smh. read more

Worse service in moreno valley. The drive thru lady slammed the window in my face. Second time even though I only needed to pay. They never get the oatmilk correct , can't count change and don't know how to scan for your points. read more

I love dunkin but this location needs to figure things out. I've been there 4 times already and every time there's an issue. I've tried drive thru that took forever and they didn't get the order right. Walked in and ordered and the got the order wrong and mobile order and they got my order really wrong. There's no communication between employees and customers. Most employees act like they don't want to be there or helping you is a burden. If there's a manager working there they need to be retrained as there is no leadership and everyone is running around with no direction. I'll revisit in a few months to see if they figure things out. read more

Horrible place of service. Rude and unethical employees, especially drive thru. Immediately asked for a refund and decided to take my money to Starbucks. Dunkin may be cheap but so is their customer service. The poor reviews definitely speak volume for this place of business. This is most certainly not like any other Dunkin I've been to and in no way is that positive, by far the worse and most trashy. Save your time and go elsewhere! -took several minutes to take my order at drive thru -guy working the drive thru sounded lazy and as if he didn't want to be there -when I did finally pull up you could see he was rolling his eyes as he was speaking thru his headset -slamming things around intimidating his female co workers -saw him make my coffee with pure milk and hardly anything else to it - experience was ghetto and unpleasant in every way Do better at hiring employees and if you're short staffed it's for a reason! Either better pay or better management/environment plays a factor but don't settle for the first dweeb that walks through your establishment. read more

First time here , and first thing I noticed is the outside area had trash everywhere around the sitting area . And it just ruined the vibe right away , walk inside and def looks over staffed with a bunch of kids running the show . All on their phones , nobody greets you and the tables were dirty , horrible experience. With all the people working there standing around , not one person could of cleaned the trash outside or even inside ?!! Def won't be coming back , but just sad to see people that don't care about their job . And ruin the experience for other people . read more

Came in this morning All workers talking among eachother and don't know how to greet anyone that came in the door, and especially cashiers have no personality at all. Poor customer service. I would give zero stars If I could . It doesn't hurt to smile at customers that come in thru out the day ! read more

Anissa was a great and friendly. She had great drink recommendations. I definitely think she makes the ambiance really great.

The night shift on 7/15 didn't know how to change out the cold brew. I placed an online order and my first coffee was ready and they ran out. Three people and 10 minutes later and still they couldn't change it. At one point they gave up and started ignoring me. Now I'm standing there late for my class waiting while your staff is Judy's tanning there talking and not concerned that I haven't finished being helped and that they still can't get me my drink. So I ask for a refund the the Mexican girl who is playing manager can't even issue a refund. For five MORE minutes this chick proceeds to give ME and attitude because she doesn't know how to use a cash register and pour some coffee. I got here twice a day and every time it's great. I guess your night staff has no training and doesn't seem to care how rude they are to customers who drove out of there way just Dm to get some Dunkin. PS I NEVER got my refund and y'all owe me $10 read more

Never had Dunkin' Donuts before. I was kind of excited to try it for the first time.I ordered a Matcha iced latte and it was actually pretty good. I went back two other times and the service was bad. We waited a long time, the counters were dirty the tables were dirty, the floors were not cleaned or mopped. And the most important thing, the drinks that I order were just OK, like barely OK. I don't think I'll be back. It's too bad. I was kind of excited for Dunkin' Donuts in Moreno Valley. read more

I've never had Dunkin' Donuts and we were craving donuts so I place a Mobile order and once we get there they told us they ran out of doughnuts....... At 7pm and they wouldn't be making anymore. You're a donut shop how do you run out. Plus they couldn't give my refund because a manger wasn't there and I would have to call the app number. Idk it's pretty annoying and they also didn't have much other ingredients. I don't think I'll be going there in a while read more

Dunkin it's self is great but the employees at this location are extremely rude and slow. Every single time I visit I end up be asked to wait 5 minutes or so before they're ready to take my order. Specifically today they were extra rude and unfriendly. Hopefully they get it together. read more
