As I was about to question my order, I literally watched my meal be delivered to a couple a few tables away. I saw Cass walk away thinking nothing of it. She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. Very wide variety of options for drinks, so there's always something new to try. Do be aware though; the default sweetness is usually on the higher side, especially for the milk teas and lemonades. I have always preferred my drinks sweeter, but these can be a bit strong even for me. This can be adjusted of course, and certain other drinks (such as the tea-pressos) have a much more reasonable sweetness by default. There's a certain level of trial and error that goes into finding the perfect drink for you.

Surprisingly, the sweetness here was really well balanced. My only issue was that the drink tasted a little too milky and watered down for my preference since I like a stronger coffee flavor. If I ordered it again, I'd probably pay for an extra espresso shot. The coffee itself isn't necessarily a standout for me, but between the service and the drink surprising me, I'd consider Joyful Noise one of the better coffee options I've tried in the South Riverside County area. I have stopped coming here less and less which is unfortunate because I've also noticed it isn't as busy when I have came to visit, which is also not a good sign. I used to look forward to coming here every weekend and brought my family here when they came to visit but I have stopped recommending it. Any positive reviews from me would have been based on the previous La Taza, but not the current one.
