I've been here a few times hoping that it would get better - it never has. This place is tiny and feels dingy. There is little to no seating available and what is there is either broken or wobbly. The tables are filthy and have always had crumbs, dirty napkins, coffee drippings, or all three. The service here is awful. I once witnessed the counter woman yell at a customer when the customer complained about serving other people before serving people in line. That same service woman has been rude to me personally as well. If you're thinking of going here, please keep these points in mind: 1. Witnessed service person using hands (with no gloves) to get donuts. 2. Witnessed service person drop a donut on the floor and put it back in the case. 3. They leave the liquid creamer out when it clearly says "Refrigerate after opening". 4. Their donut holes taste like old grease. 5. Expect RUDE and slow service. I will not be going back here again. 9:45pm quick late night craving run to the shop understandably they were low on donuts but they had a few hot fresh out of the oven donuts that I usually don't like because they are too sweet but these were awesome while warm! Hands down worst place to get your donuts I know the owners personally and work with them. But like I've told them the have Rudd works in there shop that's can't seem to know how to keep a small shop clean. Stop going because there workers are rude and the place is always dirty. If you live around perris and want grate service and good donuts I recommend there 2nd shop on HWY 74, called HWY 74 Dounts always the best. Price of donuts aren't bad. Only $3.99 for 7 donuts or $6.50 for 13 donuts. Quality of donuts are nothing spectacular but they do have a good selection. I came around 7pm and there were some bums right outside the door asking for drug money. This shopping center is pretty rundown so be careful at night. I walked in and only 2 employees were tending to a line of at least 5 parties. The service was extremely slow and the employees (who seem to be related) couldn't stop fighting. They were yelling at one another over the orders and didn't have a good system of communication. I waited at least 30mins for a box of whatever donuts. Probably won't be back here since the kids behind the counter will run this place out of business. read more

Deleted my old review which gave them a FIVE star rating because this place seems to have gone down hill. I went in to buy donuts in the evening, when I walked in the teenage worker (I'm guessing she's a teenager?) is sitting on a crate in the back texting or on facebook or whatever on her phone. She looks up at us like she's so annoyed to see customers come in. There were NO donuts, NONE. There was only one tray in the whole case and they were all plain except two glazed donuts. She didn't say anything to us and just stood there staring at us like we were an inconvenience. Who knows maybe we interrupted her while she was having a facebook argument with her boyfriend? Anyway, I said never mind and got out of there. Now, I don't know who makes the donuts daily but if it's supposed to be her she ain't doing her job at all. Went in at 10am on a Saturday and they had maybe 4 trays half full of donuts. Mainly glazed. When I asked if there were more coming out she replied very nicely "no I'm sorry. This is all." Usually this is my donut go to spot. After living here for over 20 years I've never experienced a real problem. But along with the couple of flies behind the display case and their limited selection on a weekend morning I decided to leave. I'm giving them two stars, only because of how polite the lady behind the counter was and because of the past history I have from going there. read more
