On the way to work ! Not the best area but fresh donuts !!! I would recommend and plan to stop by again.

Fresh ,and fluffy donuts at 2pm on a Sunday. What else can I say. Donuts were delicious.

I simple donut order through Door Dash. and they counts get that right. I order the cake donuts with sprinkles they sent chocolate. I don't mind chocolate, but that is not what I ordered. They had one job. read more

Well, i have three times tried to order just a few of these doughnuts to see what they taste like and if I want to buy a dozen or so, but these have been my results ...the first time they didn't have either of the ones I wanted and gave me something else I didn't order. The second time they apparently didn't didn't like being the second store I went to, and would not sell me anything, and the third time was the same. So i really wonder what they do sell. read more

Favorite donut place in hemet so far not the best attitudes here but better than some around. Donuts are fresh but need more selection crullers would be nice... read more

My fiancé and I stopped by for a sweet treat on a Tuesday afternoon (5pm). We were the only ones there at the time, so the lady was very kind and patient. She threw in an extra donut as well! Three more groups came in after us, so it started getting busy. We ordered a Thai iced tea and hot chocolate before they came in, so I think she may have forgotten about the exact orders as she helped them. It took a while for the drinks to get made after everyone else was helped, and instead of a hot chocolate, he ended up with an iced coffee with boba. It was still tasty, so that's a positive! Otherwise, donut prices were fair for a dozen, so we'll be back for those! read more

Jennie's Donuts - A Dozen donuts - Donuts Near Me - Hemet, California

Donuts are fire, the lady already knows my order. Ham cheese jalapeno croissant. Fresh donuts daily

My daughter and I stood at the counter several minutes while the employee up front was making a drink. She could clearly see us, but gave no acknowledgement whatsoever. Right when I was about to leave, a man comes out from the back and gets our donuts. No "hello," "Sorry for the wait," or even a smile. Zero personality. Then he rings me up and charges $5 for 3 sprinkle cake donuts that are priced $1.40 each on the board. I'm guessing he inflated the charge because I paid with my card, but there is no sign stating that there is a fee for card purchases. He may have just been shady. Not a good experience, so I will not be coming back. We usually go to another donut shop in town, but figured we'd give this one a try since came to this shopping center for a pizza. Never again! read more

This is a good donut shop,my go-to always fresh. They are very nice to me and my family. The apple fritters are very tasty. I asked for powder cake donuts, and they got them. read more

I ordered donuts this morning via door dash and on the site it states it comes with a variety of donuts to include bars for 18.50 and they sent round donuts all the same no variety when I called to talk to someone they said they didn't have those donuts and hung up on me. So rude and disappointed won't be ordering from here again read more

Super friendly service. Lots of donuts to choose from. Hopefully the average rating will go up as more people visit and rate appropriately as this place should be at least 4 stars! Came in for the apple fritter but unfortunately they were out. Got a cronut and it was super tasty. The lady threw in some glazed donut holes and they were legit! read more

Horrible service. I spilled my drink and didn't want to give another one . It was an accident lost my service . Any other spot would have replaced it . read more

This is my go to place for doughnuts. Best apple fritters around. The staff is always friendly. Always a good selection and fresh. I don't go there as much as I would like to but always a treat. read more

Before Covid $7 dozen donuts after Covid 100% price increase $15 dozen. I use to like going to this donut shop now they are very rude. They should appreciate people keeping them in business. read more

Showed up around 5am and the doors were locked. No one behind the counter cared to acknowledge us until we were leaving. They were keeping the doors locked because of the homeless man siting outside. I get it, but come on it's cold and you don't need to lock the door in fear of him. Def won't go here for my cravings. read more

Great Apple Fritters at a reasonable price. Great selection of donuts, sandwiches and drinks. Friendly and helpful.

Finally tried this donut shop...have to say the donuts are pretty fresh. You gotta try the Cronut (Donut mixed with a Croissant) the best donut ever!!! My new favorite donut shop now read more

I am new to Hemet, just moved here yesterday. We were on the way to Home Depot and saw the shop. Deciding the toddler could use a snack before shopping, we popped in. A man was at the counter and very patient taking my three year old daughter's order. Later on a woman came out from the back to help the next customer. After we settled into our seat, the woman came out from behind the counter to bring us a surprise. A few free donut holes for our daughter because she was struggling with the monster sprinkle donut that she had chosen. The creamers for the coffees were clearly cool and refrigerated. There was a ton of options for everything! The store had a good 20 customers in and out while we ate breakfast. I was really shocked to see so much hate on yelp for such an awesome place. I definitely will be back. read more

Jennie's Donuts - So good! So fresh! - Donuts Near Me - Hemet, California

Croissants as big as TEXAS! Try the Thai Boba Tea omg so delicious! Highly recommended

Donuts from here are seriously addicting. I get the sugar donut ... I know pretty basic but the quality of the donut is so good ! Thai tea is pretty good ! Caffeine not to strong in the Thai tea which is perfect , tried some other donut shops and their Thai tea was on crack ! Hah not a good thing . But the ham cheese jalapeño croissant was sad , everything was rolled up in the middle of the croissant and the jalapeños were only at the bottom ... read more

The donuts were amazing! Do not go based off of the reviews as they only state their inability to speak proper English. That had nothing to do with how delicious the chocolate donuts with chocolate chips were read more

Great donuts and boba drinks. Recommend the Honeydew and Watermelon Boba. The service was friendly. read more

I have been to all the donut shops in hemet and this one is by far the best & the freshest made donuts.

I've never had a problem with them at all. Before 11 am the donuts melt in your mouth. It's clean and I've never noticed any rudeness. All good. read more

I love this place. Donuts are my favorite and they know exactly how to make the freshest tasting donuts I ever had. In addition, their specialty items are bomb too. read more

I know it's hard to mess up donuts BUT these are some pretty amazing donuts! Love this place!

There donuts are amazing so delicious and I definitely recommend there boba green tea very tasty!!!

Even though they did give us a whole bag of donut holes (probably because it was late), I ordered boba tea. When I saw him taking out the blender I asked that it was milk tea to make sure. He confirmed it would be milk tea. We got all 4 orders back as smoothied bobas. Shame. When i got it back there was a bad odor on them. I tried the boba and it taste like sink water, bad breathe, and had no sweetness to it. Did they even use brown sugar to boil it. It was also soggy boba. I guess im just upset because i have been looking for a good boba place since i moved here to hemet... and in the front it said best boba in town. Lies read more

Old school croissants with the melty cheese for the ham and cheese. However, there is a language barrier with the older lady. Place could be more organized, cleaner. Definitely has a regular following though read more

These donuts are best I have tasted in town. The owners are very nice and customer friendly. Most importantly the donuts are very fresh and great tasting. Hours of operation are nice as well . read more

The donuts were great, and the employees were very kind. I was going to go based off the reviews, but as I was reading more and more of them, all the bad reviews seemed to be about the language barrier and not the donuts themselves. However, this was not an issue as they were all polite. I would definitely recommend. read more

I would give this less than one star if I could. I couldn't even make it in the door before the owner came out and yelled at me and my partner for parking slightly into the cross hatched lines and taking a nap before the shop opened.... she said quote "you just park here and nap you dont work." We are an ambulance crew working a 48 hour shift just trying to get a coffee. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I will never go here again. read more

I agree with everyone I noticed she was sitting and laughing with other customers and was nice to them because they were older when I arrived she looked me down I was ordering and I was looking around she said you have 4, I said I know she said cause you have 4 again I said I know. I ordered 1/2 dozen she stuffed them all in a big even my filled ones and squashed them charged me never said thank you or bye nothing!... Worst customer service EVER! And she is a bitch read more

The customer service is awful. The Lady was rude and the doughnuts are not good. They leave a waxy film in your mouth. Yuck!!! PLUS there was a huge fly enjoying the doughnuts and after I told her she did little to get rid of it. A hand swipe and if for away but it returned after she moved to the next section. Discussing! They don't give cups of water even if you purchase! We won't be back. read more

Jennie is the worst ever..I don't care if I spent 1.00 or 20.00,she's rude ass he'll and I want to call the health department on her.I went In a few weeks ago to buy a dozen donuts there were flies on the donuts ,I told her and she literally told me "I dont have to buy thr donuts.Im like are u serious?.Shes super rude and I believe this place should be closed down soon or New owner.Shes such a rude woman. She only caters to the elderly and it's very sad she treats everyone poor... read more

I agree the lady was rude and I bought 4 donuts and 3 coffees and the total was $12? Seriously lol the donuts weren't even good. That's what I get for betraying my Yankee Doodle donut shop . Never going here again , I'll stick to my usual donut shop. read more

Other reviews of the place are on target stopped going there because of the same complaints others had about the overall service

Not the best place for donuts. Customer service could be much better. I went in at 8 am and the donut options were very limited, only some old fashioned and some filled donuts were available. For that time of the day you would expect a fully stock donut shop. read more
