Fresh ,and fluffy donuts at 2pm on a Sunday. What else can I say. Donuts were delicious.

Well, i have three times tried to order just a few of these doughnuts to see what they taste like and if I want to buy a dozen or so, but these have been my results ...the first time they didn't have either of the ones I wanted and gave me something else I didn't order. The second time they apparently didn't didn't like being the second store I went to, and would not sell me anything, and the third time was the same. So i really wonder what they do sell. read more

My fiancé and I stopped by for a sweet treat on a Tuesday afternoon (5pm). We were the only ones there at the time, so the lady was very kind and patient. She threw in an extra donut as well! Three more groups came in after us, so it started getting busy. We ordered a Thai iced tea and hot chocolate before they came in, so I think she may have forgotten about the exact orders as she helped them. It took a while for the drinks to get made after everyone else was helped, and instead of a hot chocolate, he ended up with an iced coffee with boba. It was still tasty, so that's a positive! Otherwise, donut prices were fair for a dozen, so we'll be back for those! read more

I ordered donuts this morning via door dash and on the site it states it comes with a variety of donuts to include bars for 18.50 and they sent round donuts all the same no variety when I called to talk to someone they said they didn't have those donuts and hung up on me. My daughter and I stood at the counter several minutes while the employee up front was making a drink. She could clearly see us, but gave no acknowledgement whatsoever. Right when I was about to leave, a man comes out from the back and gets our donuts. No "hello," "Sorry for the wait," or even a smile. Zero personality. Then he rings me up and charges $5 for 3 sprinkle cake donuts that are priced $1.40 each on the board. I'm guessing he inflated the charge because I paid with my card, but there is no sign stating that there is a fee for card purchases. He may have just been shady. Not a good experience, so I will not be coming back. We usually go to another donut shop in town, but figured we'd give this one a try since came to this shopping center for a pizza. BEAWARE OF THIS PLACE RUDE AND OVERCHARGE.....Been a customer off/on just recently started coming back I get the same 3 or 4 donuts after a few visits I noticed the price keeps changing $5.90, $6.30 or $6.40 one day I got something different board listed one price he charged a different price so I decided to question why the price diffrence his reply price going up with the nastiest of an attitude so ok I let that ride...... Today was my last and final time coming here today I decided to get a dozen board list $13.50 my total $15.40 charged extra for a buttermilk which is not listed on the board only extra if you get the bigger size donuts......... Showed up around 5am and the doors were locked. No one behind the counter cared to acknowledge us until we were leaving. They were keeping the doors locked because of the homeless man siting outside. I am new to Hemet, just moved here yesterday. We were on the way to Home Depot and saw the shop. Deciding the toddler could use a snack before shopping, we popped in. A man was at the counter and very patient taking my three year old daughter's order. Later on a woman came out from the back to help the next customer. After we settled into our seat, the woman came out from behind the counter to bring us a surprise. A few free donut holes for our daughter because she was struggling with the monster sprinkle donut that she had chosen. The creamers for the coffees were clearly cool and refrigerated. There was a ton of options for everything! The store had a good 20 customers in and out while we ate breakfast. I was really shocked to see so much hate on yelp for such an awesome place. Donuts from here are seriously addicting. I get the sugar donut ... I know pretty basic but the quality of the donut is so good ! Thai tea is pretty good ! Caffeine not to strong in the Thai tea which is perfect , tried some other donut shops and their Thai tea was on crack ! Hah not a good thing . Even though they did give us a whole bag of donut holes (probably because it was late), I ordered boba tea. When I saw him taking out the blender I asked that it was milk tea to make sure. He confirmed it would be milk tea. We got all 4 orders back as smoothied bobas. Shame. When i got it back there was a bad odor on them. I tried the boba and it taste like sink water, bad breathe, and had no sweetness to it. Did they even use brown sugar to boil it. It was also soggy boba. I was going to go based off the reviews, but as I was reading more and more of them, all the bad reviews seemed to be about the language barrier and not the donuts themselves. I would give this less than one star if I could. I couldn't even make it in the door before the owner came out and yelled at me and my partner for parking slightly into the cross hatched lines and taking a nap before the shop opened.... she said quote "you just park here and nap you dont work." We are an ambulance crew working a 48 hour shift just trying to get a coffee. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I will never go here again. read more

I agree with everyone I noticed she was sitting and laughing with other customers and was nice to them because they were older when I arrived she looked me down I was ordering and I was looking around she said you have 4, I said I know she said cause you have 4 again I said I know. The customer service is awful. The Lady was rude and the doughnuts are not good. They leave a waxy film in your mouth. Yuck!!! PLUS there was a huge fly enjoying the doughnuts and after I told her she did little to get rid of it. A hand swipe and if for away but it returned after she moved to the next section. Discussing! Not the best place for donuts. Customer service could be much better. I went in at 8 am and the donut options were very limited, only some old fashioned and some filled donuts were available. For that time of the day you would expect a fully stock donut shop. read more
