Unfortunately my wife lost the lid to her metal coffee tumbler and did not realize it until she made it back to camp. After calling the store, they originally did not see it but took her number down. Luckily after an hour, they called back and found her lid next to the door water dispenser. Very thankful for their diligence and great customer service.
