Mike never even came over to help me--someone working the cash register eventually had to step away and assist me. Unfortunately, the entire team came across as cold and rude. When I was finally helped, there was no apology for the wait. Instead, I was greeted with a curt, "What can I get you?" in a tone that made it seem like they were annoyed to take my order. I asked for Mike's name because his attitude was especially unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction. Not once did anyone thank me for my business. To top it off, my receipt encouraged me to complete a customer feedback survey while also asking for a gratuity. After the level of service I received, that was incredibly disappointing. This is my local Bruegger's, and I've always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so surprising. I sincerely hope management addresses it, because this location is capable of much better.
