I tested basically all the frozen yogurt and I personally disliked every single one besides the basics ones which were obviously Vanilla & Chocolate. That would be .57 cents for an ounce. The discount should have been $2.25. Obviously it was only a small yogurt, but it hasn't been .57cents for an ounce in several years. I met up with my friend and her children there and we were trying to sit together and she told us we weren't allowed to move A CHAIR, yes that's right, 1 chair. Okay, so we didn't move the chair. My kids were talking to my friends kids, and she told them to be quiet with a rude voice tone. First of all it's a dessert place to hang out it, has tables and chairs. Word of advice for the owner. Understand the culture of the clientele that is feeding your business and adapt. I went in and willfully spent $25 only to have the owner use a mini broom to sweep the topping crumbs while I was topping my yogurt. The crumbs she swept landed on my feet (wearing sandals). I don't think the woman was intentionally rude but I do think it's a lack of cultural etiquette. What flies in India will not fly in America and will drive a thriving business to the grave. We come here every Friday with our grand daughter. She is 2 and a half. This place is clean and stocked we have gotten to know the owner my grand daughter loves her and enjoys he little treat. We come here on other days on occasion and sadly seems to be under staffed. The machines have yogurt on the the toppings are low some empty and spilled over and lines are long. I have owned my own business and I would think they should open another register to get the customer taken care of then attend to the counter and machines cleaning them in between rushes. Just my thought. On those days I would only go 3 stars but the owner is a sweet person we enjoy her enthusiasm and she really knows her product we always tell he of our experience on the other days hopefully they will get a better crew that will be as attentive as she is. Went to this location and by far is the worst yet. My recommendation: keep driving to the next nearest location There was a hair hanging out the of the green yogurt shaper when I went to get some yogurt. The pans in the machines were dirty. The floors were a mess and the manager was rude to the customers and was not helping her employees move the customers down the line and to checkout. I came here the other day for the first time since and it was good! Very happy with the worker too. I liked it so much I came back today. I saw last time about the rewards program so I signed up for it and it told me I get 3oz off my next purchase. Well the lady today scanned my phone for the rewards and I asked her if it took my coupon and she said no at first so I tried it again and I asked and she said the price which was exactly the same and I was like did it take it because that's the same amount and she said yes, it just says that price. So when I left I looked on the app and it says I still have the coupon available so she lied to me and told me it took it when it really didn't. If I could give a zero I would have. We stood in line to wait for a customer to take her time with all her toppings/ she gets to the register and her daughter walks in- proceeds to go get ice cream in the back of a line of seven. The mother told the very young cashier that her daughter was with her and she then brought the adult daughter over to get her toppings in from of everyone who was waiting. Then proceeded to take an enormous amount of time counting out every bill to pay. The cashier then apologized to the mother and daughter about the wait! THERE WAD NOT "WAIT" FOR THEM. I told her I did not want my ice cream any longer - she looked at my boyfriend and proceeded to put my dessert on the scale- I told her again I do not want it since she decided to move guests ahead of others. She asked him should I ring it up? Are you kidding me? I then decided to tell her exactly my issue. She didn't appreciate the feed back and asked me to leave. Her co worker then came over to me to ask how they can make it right and apologize. Too late. It is the principal of the issue. The " mother" should have stepped aside for her daughter to stand in line like all of us or wait to get her ice cream until her guest joins her. My daughter and grandkids went into this place on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 after a wonderful day at Lake Perris. They had such a horrible experience that my daughter was practically in tears when she came back to the car. Zeena, who said she was the owner when I went back in to complain, was beyond rude to all of them. She actually yelled at them to hurry up and snapped at them repeatedly to make choices. She had the audacity to lie about it when I went back in to let her know her behavior was unacceptable. I would have accepted a sincere apology, but to lie and pretend she did not behave atrociously was adding insult to injury. We will never go back there again, and I would say others should also avoid this place. I don't know if it was because we were the only AA, but she did not treat the others in the store that way. Had a great experience. The seating area was almost completely full when we arrived and only 1 transaction ahead of us (which was finished by the time we had our goodies ready for payment). The young gentleman that was working the register was very friendly, helpful, and clean. He was tidying up in between customers at the register. I went here on Sunday, around 3, with my little brother! I love this place so much because they have the sorbets :) The reason I am giving it a 1 star is because when I was being rang up by the employee, I asked her if I could use my rewards. She gave me a dirty look and proceeded to take my number. I was telking her my area code was 951 and she said "ZERO five one?" and I corrected her and said no 951 and she said "ZERO?" I corrected her again and she finally put it in right and I gave her the rest of my number. She looked at me and told me the account didn't exist. I always come here since I work right next door and always give the employee behind the counter my number and it ALWAYS comes up. I gave up and just gave her my card which she swiped and gave it back. I asked for the reciept(she didnt ask if I wanted it. Just swiped my card and walked away) because I wanted to know her name but it wasn't on there. I then asked for her name and she said "Julicia". Now, i'm not sure if that's really her name because I have a friend who works here and her name is Juli (and she's super nice by the way) but thats the name the employee behind the counter gave me. Im not so upset about the rewards points. Im more upset at the employee because of the dirty looks she was giving me and the ugly attitude she had. I walked in and I believe the Manger welcomed me in which was nice, but I did not know where the sample cups were. It was clean but those are the only good things. The bad, for one, there was a child at the topping bar messing with some brush and toppings. The child kept coming in and out from behind the counter. Also kept going from in and out from the back. He was a small child so I don't think he was a worker. Also when I ready to pay for my yogurt, the manager left to the back, and I had to wait at the counter, and the child was right there. I had to wait a while until an employee came out, who was very nice, and I think her name started with a V, something like veriana.
