Yay! I finally got to visit one of their stores. It's been a while since I last had a sample at one of the Yelp events I attended back in 2024 for World Mental Health Day. At first glance, the store is very bright, and the menu is pretty self-explanatory. A staff member greeted us right away, was eager to assist, and explained how everything worked. I ordered the salted caramel crunch and one of the mint specialties. When we arrived, there was only one couple ahead of us they ordered through the kiosk, while we placed our order with the associate. The ice cream-making process is so cool. it's a show all on its own. If you have kids, this is definitely a fun treat. The business looked well-kept and clean. I would recommend having another team member assisting with orders, though. During our visit, there was only one employee helping more than 15 people while we enjoyed our ice cream not to mention the mobile orders coming in and since it does take a minute to craft each order i think this would help customer satisfaction. they could us the help! parking is a breeze! read more

Holt cow--WOW! I am NOT a fan of ice cream but this place has me converted! We came here by happy accident when the Krispy Kreme in the same shopping center wasn't open! Like closed for a few days?? So we tried Creamistry for the churros but once we got inside my daughter decided to get the Nutella flavored ice cream with gummy worms. Should've added some crushed oreos and called it a Cup of Dirt. But my daughter didn't want the rest. She ate about half. I am trying to be good because I am on a diet but she handed it to me so it wouldn't drip in the car. I couldn't help it. And. Took. One. Bite. That's all it took to have a life-changing experience with ice cream. I ate almost all of the rest of it. Called my husband who was at our house when we were about a mile away. Told him to come meet me downstairs because he had to try this ice cream. He was like really? Just got changed over and showered. I'm upstairs relaxing. I said yes. Do it. He balks when l give him the ice cream because there are only maybe 2 bites left. I said be grateful I left you ANY!! He sulked away while I went back outside to get the kids out of the car. Don't worry. It was running and they had the ac. We also live in a super safe neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Lol. But he actually came back outside while I was still getting the kids out JUST to tell me how amazingly delicious the ice cream was!! I don't even like Nutella! Or ice cream for that matter. But this is sinfully other-worldly. I cannot even begin to explain how creamy and dreamy the texture is. I also thought there was a location in San Diego or south OC. There isn't! Idk how l got so lucky to be able to accidentally happen upon this place but the food gods were smiling down on me that day. We will be making sure to bring all our out of town guests here to try it! But if you're interested in a unique experience to make your kids be in awe of science then DO go ! First time here and I asked for the matcha ice cream. It took 10-15 minutes for them to make it and it didn't taste like matcha. It didn't have much of a flavor. The person behind the register let me choose a different flavor so I went with Milk Coffee. It tasted better but not worth $7 and definitely not worth waiting another 10 minutes for some ice cream. I've been to other nitrogen ice cream shops and those didn't take as long and had better quality ingredients. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a few years now and finally went today-- what a mistake. We had some questions and the owner was extremely rude to us and treated us as though we were the most stupid humans to exist. When my wife asked what the difference was between the Large size and the Shake he said " the large is large and the shake is a shake". When asked to substitute one of the toppings he said no it wasn't possible because it was already mixed in, to then watch him sprinkle the sprinkles on top (not mixed in). The icecream itself did look good and appetizing, but the flavor of toppings were all stale. The marshmallows in mine could have cracked a tooth with how old they were. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never be back and I honestly hope this place closes so we can get something better. read more

No greeting, no acknowledgment - I should have known right then and there to walk right out the door. Figured I would give it a try. Thought it was weird they were selling boba there, too. Ambiance is of misery and people who clearly hate their job and people. Similar to a cold hospital waiting room. There was no rating displayed on the window (noticed on the way out) Lady was coughing into her arm while she was making my ice cream. Hand written signs everywhere. TVs not in use, I'm assuming because they're too cheap to use the extra electricity. A giant nitrogen tank blocking the restrooms for their customers. Daughter hated her ice cream. She was visibly upset, no offer to replace it. My ice cream (coffee) was a 2/5. No flavor, crap consistency and super dense. Probably the worst ice cream I've had. Cookie Monster was mediocre. Overall experience was so inspiring just had to awake from the dead on Yelp just to tell people - DO NOT DO IT. for the love of God, go anywhere else. I am so salty right now, as I feel like I got ripped off. It was so expensive. I don't see this establishment being open for much longer. read more

I see where people can say they were not overly excited with their custom service, however, I came here for ice cream and not hellos. With that being said, the service is fine but the ice cream is delicious! It is made to order so expect a little wait but no one needs to smile at me for my order to be correct, well priced and delicious! So smooth and fresh you can taste and feel the difference. We will go back and we did love this ice cream. Inside is a small waiting area to keep cool, but it's more of an order and take situation. read more

If you want some liquid nitrogen ice cream that takes forever to make and it tough as heck to scoop out but tastes delicious with terrible service, this is the place for you. Making the ice cream takes a long time, forewarned whenever you head in. It was tasty, but the ice cream is so cold that it's very difficult to scoop out. And because it is so cold it won't ease up anytime soon .....Maybe try the shakes. But that might be worse trying to drink anything out of a super cold shake overall. Also the owner is stone cold response wise, when you enter and hear him say we'll be with you whenever we can. Sets a great tone for this place. I would avoid this place unless you are willing to wait for it, between them being slow at processing and the ice cream taking a while to make. read more

Creamistry is located off Haun Road in Menifee in a shopping center. There is plenty of free parking and they offer indoor seating only. The decor inside is really fun and it's interesting to see the process! I went with a s'mores ice cream and unfortunately I did not find it to be appealing. The graham cracker and fudge was placed on top rather than mixed in and I found the cracker pieces to be extremely hard, making it not too fun to eat. This hardly felt like s'mores ice cream , it was basically just chocolate ice cream. read more
