I have been to this location multiple times. It is clean and the staff is really friendly. The service is fast and the ice cream flavors are always great! The reason for the 4 stars is due to some if the high school employees often touching their head and then continue serving ice cream. While waiting to order our ice cream we noticed the scrolling screen stated "Treat Yourself Tuesday's!" Buy one 2 scoop Sundae get one for $.99 (see photos). When we started to check out, the Sundaes rang up for full price and we asked for the discount that was shown on their screen. The kids behind the counter said they knew nothing about that and told us they couldn't give us that discount. We asked to speak to a manager, so they called one on the phone who told them to turn off the TV screen. The kids told us they had no way to give us a discount; they said they wished they could help us. This was a crowded shop and many people were upset because they did not honor their advertised special. The kids behind the counter handled the situation as well as they could. The management did not support their staff or appreciate their customers. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We came back to B&R for an evening treat. I chose the strawberry flavored ice cream in a cup with a cone on top. This location apparently do not take the t-mobile tuesday $2 off voucher/coupons. There is also a signage as you enter that says to present all coupons prior to ordering. So can't say you haven't been warned I guess. We don't visit this location often, but I recalled they had a few tables and chairs set up inside, but it is no longer there. They replaced it with a bar table against the wall and high bar chairs. So seating inside is very limited, even more so that before. No worries though, as the plaza is accommodating and has plenty of benches, chairs and tables just a few stroll away from the B&R location. read more

I came in last night and it was the most horrible service I have ever experienced. It was two young girls closing on 8/15/2025 and from the second I walked in they were rushing us out. The icecream was good but after this experience I would never return to this location. They were asking us every five seconds what flavor we wanted and they were throwing the waffle cone aside because we changed our mind. You can tell by their attitude and service that getting annoyed because we were deciding on what we wanted. We didn't even have a second to look at the menu or the different options. At the time they had a Valentine's Day special so I wanted to confirm they can create a heart shaped ice cream cake. I initially requested an all black frosting cake with writing, but the associate informed me that although they can do it, the food coloring would make it taste bitter. Great heads up! When we cut the cake, there was barely any ice cream. The owner Sehresh Shkir has horrible customer service and she's rude.
