I like that they have a variety of flavors. I love that they have a vegan option and it's delicious.

No issues...... fast service and good ice cream . Staff was nice and overall the price was not too bad.

1 star because every time I call to place an order, no one answers. You can't order cakes online so I try to call it in and never get a response. Choose a location that'll answer read more

Was turned down service stating closed we walked In at 9pm hours show 9:30pm online They said sorry we're closed left out questioning As we sat and watched a lady walk in and get taken care of. So hours need to be adjusted online or they wanted to close early. read more

I think this may be the best ice cream on the market today. Just pricey. Service was very good. Friendly and helpful. Park in the large lot and walk in if you can. Parking is a little tight in front but not a problem if you're patient. read more

I was looking for an icecream store nearby and came across coldstone! workers were nice, love the cheesecake fantasty!

I went in today, March 16, 2024 and I was asking a lady if there was any like limited edition specials clearly already knew that there was one because it is the St. Patrick's Day one with the Lucky charms ice cream and she said to me that they don't have any limited addition type of things Such as that so then I asked for a strawberry blonde small and then I noticed that she does have such things (green cones) but I was just curious you see after we went to the register I tipped her $10 out of 10.00 dollars and then I think she said something disrespectful to me (possibly swearing under breath; usually I get offended when someone doesn't doesn't like my tip even though I do 100% or even 200% at times) after I leftbut overall the ice cream was good .. -- Another note I observed she failed to give napkins; not a big deal since I grabbed some as I assume it's an option - I will say this however in their defense, I came in "overly" excited and super energized for ice cream. I was too friendly. -- I reconsidered what I said above: I realize that it matters when you show up at this place. Some employees are nice and actually friendly; things are always gonna be different. Interesting enough to give better points to this place, Subway is next door; Subway has a 5 dollar foot long color you can meld together with some ice cream. Makes this a strategic place for making sandwiches. Now mine melted because I traveled far .. but it still worked nonetheless. (The ice cream is still good regardless the distance) read more

My husband and I come to this location once a week. Part of our cheat meal. Every time we come, Jasmine (I think that is her name as I heard one of her co workers call her) is always working. She keeps the place clean and organized. Her service is always great. read more

Gotta love Cold Stone! If you're like me and suffer from a sweet tooth, then you might just love Cold Stone as much as I do! If you have never tried Cold Stone before, then you're in for a treat! They are not your normal ice cream parlor. They mix ice cream with different items of your choice to make a frozen gooey treat. You can either pick your own toppings to mix, or they have their signature choices. read more

The last three times I've come to this cold stone the employees Are always moody and they prepare your order lousy just to get home and to be able to enjoy your ice cream cause of the lack of ingredients. I'm not returning there anymore I prefer to go to the one in Temecula the employees are more pleasant there. read more

We went to cold stone. It says it closes at 9:30 and we walked in at 9:00.They told us they closed a couple of minutes ago and refused to serve us.When we left we got in our car and a lady walked in and they served her, right after we walked out. read more

I came to cold stone probably about 10 minutes before closing and they were very nice and welcoming. I have been to cold stone before but this time, the ice cream was something else.... It was too good!!! If I remember correctly, I got one of the signature creations but I changed the ice cream to a different flavor!!! man that was toooooo good. I had the banana Carmel crunch but I changed the vanilla ice cream to cake batter, I am not a huge fan of vanilla and the employee recommended something less sweet which was th cake batter!! it was such a good ice cream.. You must check it out even though I am not a big fan of chain places... I liked this place. will come back. read more

I would not recommend coming to this cold stone. Service was subpar, and management is clearly lacking. They also do not honor any cold stone coupons even though they are technically a cold stone themselves. I would suggest the temecula cold stone as l've never had issues there and the service is great. read more

I go to cold stone when my family and I are craving sweets! The past couple times, I've noticed that the workers there save the scraps of ice cream for themselves if they make too much. This time, I was welcomed by some new faces by an older man and lady. I think the lady was new as I noticed she was asking the guy questions when I asked for a substitution on my cheesecake fantasy. While she was making an order, the older gentleman jumped right in and finished the rest of my order. I did not even notice until I got home that they gave me the extra ice cream! Very impressed and happy. This is the first time it has happened to me!! Although its not intentional, I wish they did this everytime they accidentally made too much! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - First time they let me keep the extra ice cream!!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Winchester, California

The owner, Micheal is extremely rude. Not just to his guests but to his staff. My young daughter worked there for a very short time and he raised his voice to her and was demeaning. I see other people have written poor reviews as well over poor service. This sort of behavior trickles down and is a direct result of poor management. I will never visit this cold stone again just on principle. I would not treat anyone this way let alone an employee of mine or patrons of my ice cream parlor. BAD FORM Micheal. read more

Workers not only handle your ice cream without gloves, but they openly touch the cones with their naked raw hands. Napkins are not used at all. Highly unsanitary for cold, flu, and COVID-19 season. Will go elsewhere for ice cream. read more

Cake was good but so expensive for how little it was. Not overly impressed with design or flavor. $30 for a small 6" or so cake.

if i could give 0 stars i would, customer service is terrible. they don't welcome you in and barley say a word to you because that all have headphones in. it was ridiculous and last time i'm going in there. read more

But really, ZERO stars. This was the worst experience ever. You walked in and the store just felt depressing. Not to mention, Taylor was so disrespectful and had such an unpleasant attitude. We were greeted by her blank stare and a 'what do you want'. I was so thrown off by her depressed vibes she was giving off. I get if you are unhappy but don't bring it to work with you and kill your customers spirits. They were out of the Barbie Shake but Taylor was so "kind" (not) to offer an alternative or anything else Barbie related (we had just seen two customers ahead of us who had ordered and received a pink shake). We give our order and as we stood there, she is making us feel uncomfortable while she's degrading her coworker for having long hair which apparently is why he can not hear her. She then yells at him to make our 2nd order as if that solved the not hearing problem. It was just an unpleasant experience and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Poor Christian was just trying to finish our 2nd order but it was very sloppily made that it started melting everywhere and made a huge mess. We paid and left the store and threw our ice cream out. I did not notice a manager overseeing the place but I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered and they would have not made anything any better. Avoid this location if are in a good mood at all costs. Cold Stone is already overpriced ice cream so I would assume they would do a better job selecting who works there. Please hire people with good energy and who are charismatic and get rid of the 'Taylor's' who are rude and condescending to coworkers. Those people are killing your store morale and will not lead your store to any type of success. read more

I love their cake batter batter batter. It had chocolate chip cookie dough, brownies, and vanilla ice cream. It was creamy and tasty. I didn't like the coffee lovers ice cream as much. Eleeza is absolutely amazing! We come to this location not only for the amazing ice cream but because of the personalized customer service and kindness of those who work there. Everyone is so great and I've never ever had a less than excellent experience at this Coldstone. Honestly, I have 2 locations that are closer to me in distance but I make this drive all because of the care and thoughtfulness that is put into our experience and our ice cream. Eleeza is always exceptional, above and beyond, and now we are even calling her part of the family! I'm the "red velvet mix in lover" and she always takes great care of me and my family. I appreciate Eleeza so much and everyone in there as well. You all are exceptional! Keep up the great work! And please keep that red velvet mix in handy for our next visit. ;-) Eleeza, you are the best!! Thank you so much! read more

Tasty cold ice creamy creations. This location is next to a Starbucks in the Stater Bros shopping center on Winchester Rd in French Valley. Great service and friendly staff makes this location stand out from the rest. A personal favorite of mine has to be the Mud Pie Mojo. Do it Like it. read more

We've been to this cold stone several times now, and are always pleased with the service and the quality of the ice cream, the shakes, and the cakes. The bummer at this location is that it's just so small. If it's a busy night, there's no way to stay and enjoy your ice cream treat, so you better be willing to bag it up and take it home. They have some seating along the back wall, but that's the same place that the line has to form. If you are lucky enough to get a seat, you're sharing your conversation with everyone in line. A bigger location would be a good call. read more

Friendly staff and clean facility. If you like Cold Stone then this is a great location.

Made a spontaneous trip into Cold Stone today. The ice cream was tasty but I wanted to take a minute to compliment Eleeza. Too often you find yourself being helped by an unfriendly and sometimes rude teen. Not Eleeza - she was refreshingly friendly and engaging! She is definitely an asset to your organization!! read more

Ordered a custom cake for my sons birthday that was supposed to have cookie dough in it, but was vanilla. I paid extra to change the flavor of the ice cream, but didn't notice it was not correct until we cut the cake later that night. Called the following day and was told that the owner had to be contacted and I would get a call back. After 2 days I still didn't get a call back and I called again but this time the owner was there. He claimed that my cake was cookie dough and basically called me a liar. I wasn't asking for a new cake or a refund just simply the amount I paid to change the flavor. Unbelievable that the owner would yell at a customer! read more

Came here with my nieces and sister, yummy as always! My favorite is always chocolate ice cream with gummy bears haha

The employees are very kind and personable!!! Plus you can never go wrong with Coldstone. I love coming here!!!

Great ice cream every time. The prices are a bit high. It's cool how they mix in the ingredients of your choice.

I have gone here twice and both times I didn't get good service. It was the same girl both times, but I didn't catch her name. She seemed bored and uninterested. The ice cream tastes great, but I can't get the service out of my head and that's why I haven't returned. read more

I love Coldstone ice cream! But this location is amazing! Not only are the staff bubbly and friendly but you will find the owner, Micheal, working the front counter!
