My family has been a Nothing Bundt Cakes customer for several years. We love their products and place orders a few times a year for special occasions. About 7 months ago we moved to Menifee, and this was our third order from this location since moving here. As always, the cakes we received were delicious. However, at our birthday party that evening, when I opened the custom box of buntinis we ordered, I discovered that there had been a mix-up and they had given me the wrong order. The party was already underway and it was late evening, so we consumed what we received. The next day I returned to the shop and told the young lady that came out to help me that I needed to speak to a manager. And that was how I met Carrie T, the store manager. I showed her a copy of my order and a list of what I actually received (with photos). She looked the order up, and confirmed it had been properly entered. We concluded that there had been an error in the packing process, and my order number had been affixed to the wrong box. Mistakes happen in even the most proficient operations. It is how you DEAL with these errors that distinguishes the best places to shop. Carrie gave me a complementary pumpkin spice Bundlet, placed a credit (good for 12 months) on my account, and thanked me for taking the time to return and let her know. That information, along with my documentation, was something she could share with her employees as a learning exercise to help prevent similar errors in the future. Incredibly rude and unprofessional service! So I walked into this Nothing Bundt Cakes just now, and the cashier lady said, "Hello, how can I help you?" I told her I'd like to order one of the cakes below. She asked, "What flavor would you like?" while peeking around the glass at me, and I said, "Well, let me see... oh, you have peach cobbler, that sounds interesting." Around this moment within seconds, another lady walks up behind me while I was choosing my other flavors and tells the cashier she wants to order two peach cobblers. Instead of telling her to wait, the cashier just starts to service her! Meanwhile, I'm left standing there as they continue to talk at the register. At first, I was going to wait, but then I realized I just got cut in line because neither of them wanted to wait five seconds for me to choose my flavors. How rude. There was also already another client in there ahead of me, probably waiting for her pre-order cake. As I took a step back and looked around, even she gave me a look like she completely understood what just happened. That was what made me officially decide to leave. That entire process was seamless and our employee interactions were terrific. Perfect cakes every time! :) I actually don't like cake, but these bundt cakes are an exception. Not only do they offer tasty flavors but the frosting is definitely the icing on the cake -- literally. I highly recommend their pop-up flavors that are only available for a limited time! They're always delicious and have us constantly coming back. My favorites are the Oreo and Churro Dulce De Leche! The shop always smells sweet and my favorite part is looking at the cakes in the display case! It is also one of the larger locations that we've been to. I went into this location with my baggie & they didn't honor the deal. They are selling the baggie but aren't honoring the deal which I think is wrong! Every location that sells the bag are making a profit off of it so they should also be honoring the deal. Sad to say - one star because of how your employee just treated me. One of your employees just made me feel as if I was trying to steal something from you. This location store is clean and staff is friendly. I've order several buntlets and the flavors are always consistent and fresh. Store does get busy at times but the staff handles it well. Quick Sweet Treat! Came in here after stopping at Aldi. There was a small line and everyone was complying with the pandemic regulations. There were markings on the floor so you knew where to stand, everyone was wearing masks. The employees helped us right away, and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes. Amazing cakes always driest and great flavor selection. Service always quick and friendly

I was in for my free bundlet for my birthday and I wanted the Biscoff cake. Madison who worked the register tonight 10/2 stated that I could not get the Biscoff cake and only one of the cakes in the display. I decided to get the pumpkin spice cake and still bought the Biscoff cake because I wanted to try it. I had walked out and went on the app and realized that I can get the Biscoff cake for free on the app. I walked back in and told Madison that I was able to get the Biscoff cake for free on the app and that I would like to refund and only get my free Biscoff cake. She went to get the manager on duty that night and she came in with an attitude right away. I told her what had happened and just wanted a refund and my free birthday bundlet. She said that this would only be a one time thing and then proceeded to charge me for the pumpkin spice cake I stated I didnt want. She then refunded me for the pumpkin spice cake and handed me my receipt without my Biscoff cake. I let her know that she should talk with the owner/corporate and make sure that policies they are trying to enforce line up with the same on the app. If you are not giving free pop-up bundlets for individuals birthday, I should not be able to redeem it on the app. When I told her I want my free birthday bundlet she then proceeded to continue to have an attitude and aggressively put my bundlet back in the bag. Products and store are really cute. Aesthetic of the space is very pleasant....BUT staff are absolutely awful. Visited yesterday to grab some treats and were so excited. As soon as we step in we notice no one in the front but began to admire the store and look and the cooler case for flavor choices. Finally someone came in and she didn't greet us at all she was slamming things throughout the store. Slamming very loudly and even her cash register with the money slapping around and she seemed very ANGRY. I tried asking questions about flavors and before I finished my sentences she would answer bluntly and annoyed at my simple questions. We almost left because we felt so disgusted by her behavior but my husband urged me to try something and not let her terrible service let it stop me from enjoying a new flavor. Ambiance was shattered by her behavior and it took a lot for us to be pleasant and not ask to speak to a manager. The slamming of cash register, cooler doors, and boxes was just enough for me to never go back again. I rather drive to palos verdes, Los Angeles then drive 5 minutes to receive treatment like that.
