Great service from the girls. Attitude has a lot to do with the places you go in from and they're great. No matter how long the line is they get us in and out. Love coming here for any sweet treat!

The cleanliness and the service is great. The antojitos are amazing and the ice cream is top notch. I love this place! The photo prop is cute too

Gross tostielote !! It was only mayonnaise!!! And the staff so rude I ask with little mayonnaise and cream And they literally put juts mayonnaise all over !!

WHY HAVEN'T I DISCOVERED THIS PLACE SOONER !? This place is literally a hole in the wall and I just wish I had a place like this back home. There is a huge selection of ice cream you can choose from literally all lined up from the back to the front of the store. I got the medium Mangonada (3 scoops) with Lime, Mango, and and watermelon. Soo good. Service was great too! The ladies that helped our group out were so nice and patient with all of our orders. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in the area. You won't regret it.

This place is a total joke! I ordered tostillocos and why would they put rotten cucumber and jicama this is absurd I threw the whole thing away yuck! they should be selling everything fresh when they want to be overpriced for their quality. First and last time I visit this location I rather spend my money elsewhere read more

I went there today and ordered the spicy ramen with esquite and tostilocos. Everything was fresh and taste delicious!! I was skeptical because of the reviews but I still wanted my own opinion and I'm sooo glad I went. This place is the best hands down!! They freshly make their ice cream in shop! We cannot get enough! Sometimes their service is a little slow but it's more than worth the wait! My son and I were craving Bionicos and Fresas con crema since we live near this establishment we decided to give it a try. The place is pretty small but clean. The prices are a little elevated, especially for the amount of food that you get. They advertise their crema as delicious and homemade. Well, it may have been homemade but it was not delicious. In fact, it had no taste. The Bionicos was substandard as well. We have eaten at other la michoacana locations and have been very pleased with the items that we ordered. This establishment was a disappointment to say the least. On a more positive note, they do provide good customer service. read more

The customer service is horrible every time we go in it's the same girl giving us a nasty attitude, blonde hair always wearing crocs. They had a happy hour deal going on for aguas frescas and I ordered one and she didn't even bother to give us the free agua fresca until I mentioned it to her, and I asked for the fresa de leche and she said they were all out when the tub was completely full she just didn't want to go to the back to get the second one! Newer place in Perris but definitely a place to stop! No matter if you're craving milk or water based ice cream they can fulfill that craving. They have other snacks. The service was great, the inside was very clean and inviting making you want to order everything. My hope is that it stays that way because the locations seems to be out of place but that's why I'm giving it 5 stars so that it pops up when Yelpers are looking for great ice cream and service. read more

The only downside was that there weren't a lot of tables, so seating can be a little difficult when it's crowded. Customer service was okay--not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Prices: Frozen yogurt is priced by the ounce (currently listed around $0.53/oz), with other treats generally around $2-$8 depending on what you get. Hours: Generally 12 PM-9 PM daily, though hours can vary, so it's worth checking before going. Parking: There is parking available in the shopping center, which is convenient, although it can get busier during peak times. Overall, I'd come back! This place is amazing! I've been to other La Michoacana's before but this one tops them all. It has a nice upbeat atmosphere and the staff here are excellent, they attend you right away and offer you endless samples of their varieties of delicious ice cream. My favorite would have to be a scoop of pepino(cucumber) and the pińa(pineapple) paletas(: Not only do they have ice cream but they have many other items on their menu as well. I've been there twice since their grand opening and both times I must say, were a tummy filling and satisfying experience! read more

I will say that the girl said that Nutella comes in the crepe but as you can see there was no Nutella so not sure why she said it has it. I also wish the crepe was a little bit crispier. I felt like it was raw or something. Other than that everything was delicious. Definitely will be back.

I rate this place a 3.5/5 We were the only ones there but their process on making raspados takes forever ! They have to take to the back and blend the flavors with ice one by one . Usually I go to places where is ice is already pre made . I didn't like that they don't have prices displayed so they can changes prices per customers if they like. I paid a lot ! For what I got so who knows if I got higher prices or their reg prices . I got 5 scoops of ice cream for my kids to share and it was $15 ! Still a lot cheaper than getting them one scoop in their own cups which the said was $4.99 Their flavors in the ice cream were goo like any other Mexican shop but their raspados flavors were okay I got two larger different flavors . But again it will prob be different every time depending on who makes the since they just put the ingredients in blender without measurements. The place is newer and clean , the lady was nice but seemed a little hesitant to give me little cups so I can split up the ice cream for my kids .

It's ok. Not great. It's ice cream. Staff was very nice - young man - he was cleaning in the back.read more
