First time coming in until this Walgreens. There was a bit of a wait because of the high volume of customers. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my booster shot. There's about 10 people in total that I saw that they were helping. Out of the 10 people one lady was the rudest one of all of them. It amazes me how people are so rude entitled and lack compassion. All the girls at the pharmacy were super nice and really polite. This ladies seriously got upset because they asked for the name twice and how the last name was spelled. After that the pharmacist asked her for the date of birth.This lady really got upset because of that lol ma'am have you ever been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription? She started questioning the pharmacist why did they need so much information. Well I need the information so they can double check it's you and they give you the correct medication. She aggressively responded with " i'm picking this medication up for my client!" I just sat there and kept laughing at this shit show. The pharmacist handled herself very well. She politely asked her for the information and explain to her that it's to make sure that she had the correct medication for the correct patient. The lady literally got upset because she didn't all the birthday of her "client". I used to pick up my grandfather's prescription when he was still here with us. I knew his full name his date of birth and obviously our address. Do you don't need to be a rocket scientist to go pick up some medication. Also the mask and plexiglass doesn't help. You have to speak up a little in order for the person to hear you because you sound muffled. I honestly felt sorry for the girl because this lady was this so complicated and rude. I got my booster and was treated nicely. Overall they were really nice super professional and I will definitely be coming back to this Walgreens. People need need to be more considerate and have patience. read more

I wish there were a half-star option because this pharmacy used to provide much better service than it does today. Over the past several years, the level of customer service has declined significantly. Many of the pharmacists and staff who were consistently kind and helpful are no longer there, and the experience has changed. My biggest concern is my elderly mother's prescriptions. I use the pharmacy app, receive notifications that her medications are ready, and confirm that I will pick them up. Too often, when I arrive, I'm told a medication is out of stock, not actually ready, or that I need to come back later that day or even another day. This has resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy, sometimes four or more in a single weekend. What concerns me most is that my mother is 84 years old and depends on these medications. Delays in filling or releasing prescriptions can leave older patients without medications they rely on. Even when there is a legitimate reason for a delay, the communication has often been poor, and the interactions have felt dismissive rather than compassionate. I understand that pharmacies face staffing shortages, insurance requirements, inventory issues, and many challenges that customers don't always see. However, elderly patients deserve timely communication, respectful treatment, and every reasonable effort to avoid unnecessary interruptions in their medication. I sincerely hope this location can improve its customer service and communication because it was once a pharmacy I trusted. I would like to see it become that pharmacy again. read more

Why bother making an appointment? I made an appointment, showed up and checked in 30 minutes early, AS RECOMMENDED. It's now 35 minutes past my appointment and I have not been seen. They are not busy, just inept. Can't fault the girls behind the counter, it cones from the pharmacist. I would leave but Dr wants this test. Never again. read more

It's SERVICEABLE, some of the staff is extra slow at the pharmacy and it seems like things are always out of stock, whether it's for an over-the-counter items or basic needs. I mainly come here for snacks or Funko exclusives once in a while. Overall, the staff is okay, the girl in the front is kind but everyone else is kind of meh. There's better Walgreens in the valley tbh. This Walgreens has all the works such as photos, beauty products, candy and of course the soft pharmacy. If you need a 24-hr. Horrible incompetent pharmacy. This pharmacy handed me medication without telling me it needed to be refrigerated. I'm glad I didn't take it because I could have gotten very sick since it was left out. I had to go through my doctor to request a refill after I got an attitude from the pharmacy. They did not process my medication on time after my doctor called it in because it was urgent due to the timing My insurance no longer wants to cover it because of new rules which instead of making me wait they could have sent it to another pharmacy that had it in stock. They need to be a held accountable for their actions by putting a customer's health in jeopardy and my loss of access to medication due to their failure to process it correctly and right away! read more

This Walgreens sucks DO NOT PLACE A PRESCRIPTION HERE. They don't answer or will receive prescriptions and not fill them this is the 3rd time where they've had prescriptions for days on end and are not available it's been two weeks this time and still nothing they will answer and keep putting you on hold over and over again read more

My review is regarding the Walgreens pharmacy. I came in to pick up prescription medication, which is covered under the insurance. Sanvy the pharmacy technician was trying to charge me, when I was trying to explain to her that there had been no changes in the insurance nor the medication she cut me off and told me I needed to contact my insurance. I was just trying to understand the reason for meaning to pay a co-pay or having insurance, I'm not too sure if she was agitated, overwhelmed, or upset. I knew I didn't need to contact my insurance because nothing had to change, we went back for and forth for a minute after she finally decided to rerun the medication through the insurance again. At that point, the medication was covered and I didn't need to pay a co-pay, we've been coming here for years and I never knew I had to reiterate the medication is covered to insurance and for it to be ran multiple times . The only resolution I would like is for Sanvy to be a little bit more understanding/ patient when it comes to customer service I hope she has a better day tomorrow . read more

A few notes on this Walgreens location. The store manager helped us out on a coupon discount issue and was very helpful, kind and courteous. The cashiers and photo staff are very efficient. Daniel the pharmacy technician was fantastic. Now the bad....I have had poor service and rude treatment from multiple individuals in the pharmacy. They are HORRIBLE1. You stand in line, get to the front, they answer phones, go to other computers and leave you standing. no attention to detail, horrible customer service and when you try to ask for some clarifications just blow you off. read more

This is worst cluster fuck pharmacy ever! Every girl and I mean every single one including pharmacist was a real snotty bitch. I waited the 2 hr to pick up my script. I live in AZ but go to Walgreens always in CA abs AZ and have never been treated like shit. I just had neck surgery in brace I need refill I brought it from my appointment. Sat in the drive thru pharmacy for 35 minutes before they took care of the car in front me. Slow as hell and crappy etc. Unfortunately I was stuck in between cars or I would have left. It took 35 minutes per car just to get meds. They seriously need better customer service. The walk up counter is just as bad. I sat in this line for over 1.5 hrs stuck between cars. The WORST customer service from the pharmacy. I tried to have my prescription refilled spoke with pharmacist he was trying to GUESS what my insurance would cover. WRONG i delt with Walgreens Pharmacy in ANOTHER city for 2 decades and I KNEW what the cost was and how many items i would be eligible for. His GUESS was WRONG finally i chose another place to refill with the CORRECT DOSAGE and LESS cost. unless i MUST go there i DO NOT. I made an appointment with the pharmacy to see the doctor, and selected a time that was available for this location. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment to check in and the pharmacy receptionist told me the doctor was going to lunch at my scheduled time for my appointment. I get that it's only a half hour, but what is the point of making an appointment or having the option to select the time if the doctor is going out to lunch during these hours. There is no one here surprisingly for the pharmacy, but it also a Monday afternoon. Why is lunch not scheduled around appointments or why are there appointment times available during lunch hours.... It's just frustrating... ended up waiting for over an hour after my appointment time to be seen and someone who checked in after me got seen first will not be coming to this location again... let alone recommending it to anyone read more

The staff is always excellent! Thats what's keeping this from being a 2 star rating! The store management never seems to order extra items when they are going to be on sale. I will go in the day that they stock the store to purchase some items that I have coupons for, and they will already be out, which means they didn't order more to have for their couponing customers like myself! The other two locations in Hemet seem to do a better job of stocking the store with the items that they are going to sell a lot of that week! read more

You would think they would verify the person's identity before filling a prescription for them. Absolutely slowest WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If they tell you it'll be an hour until your prescription is ready to pick up, add at least 2 hours to that. And if you call them to try and talk to the pharmacy, expect to never get your call answered. And if they do, be prepared to get shuffled around to employees until finally they put you on hold for and just forget about you. I went in and grabbed my prescription and took it to a pharmacy that was actually capable of doing their job. read more

I come here all the time for photos! The quality is good and if there are any faults in the photo they are quick to help. Arely is there practically every time i go in and is always quick to get my pictures back to me. Sometimes i have to track someone down in photo, but not her. Horrible pharmacy they are get at holding you scrips hostage. They said they have been filling my script for 2.5 hours now. Does it really take that long to fill the script. If I call from my cell they keep me on hold forever but if I call from my house phone a number they don't have on my file they answer and are ready to help. So far everyone I have had to deal with in this pharmacy is horrible to me except the manager himself. There is one Mexican girl in there shorter with brown mid length hair that I have threatened to call corporate on but it doesn't seem to make a difference. read more

I really like this walgreens. It's clean. Friendly staff. I always find what I need. However there's a woman named Keya who is consistently rude to her customers. She made us feel like crap over a misunderstanding and then wouldn't let it go but keep speaking badly on us while we were in another line. This is a first she has done this to us but we have seen other instances of her doing this to other customers. Her alone makes this a 3 star. The pharmacy staff person I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and had a lousy attitude. I was prescribed an Rx ointment that needed to be ordered. They told me they would call me when it came in. I received no calls and eventually I called them a few days later. I was told it had been out for pickup and as I didn't do that within the required time, it had been put on the shelf. I asked why no one called me as promised. I was told to "listen to her and come in and pick it up within 20 mins". I'm not going to use this Walgreens again! Looking at other reviews my experience falls in line with what others have found. The Corporate office needs to get rid of some of these employees at this store. Of all the Pharmacies I've been to, this is without a doubt the worst one. Their telephone service is a "why bother". After 12 minutes on hold to speak with a representative, I gave up. And that was my 3rd attempt to reach someone. They have the typical message response that "You are the NEXT caller"... what a joke. They have been consistently late, by several days, in the refilling of prescriptions, without any apology or even a lame excuse. There are too many other convenient and certainly more efficient Pharmacies to choose from. Don't bother with this one. read more

I was going to transfer my prescriptions over to Walgreens as it would be more convenient. For 4 days I requested they call my previous pharmacy to get all my prescriptions but was told each time I had no more refills and they would not call my Dr. I made 2 calls to my Dr's office requesting they fax them to Walgreens, but Walgreens kept telling me they had not received any fax. I later found that Walgreens fax machine was not working. I went into the pharmacy and asked them to please call my Dr.'s office as it was Friday afternoon and I was now out of my meds. The pharmacy tech said, "Its not our job to get our patients prescriptions." I have never had such poor customer service. I turned around and walked out. I decided to have my prescriptions transferred to CVS. They had them ready by the time I got there. read more

This pharmacy is seriously so un professional. The only reason i came to this walgreens was because there was a mistake at my doctors office and my prescription was faxed over. I recived the text message that my medication was ready. As soon as i arrived the pharmacy tech "BRENDA" was extremely rude giving me an additude because i was still missing a medication and brenda said i had to contact my doctor because "its not her job to do so" i was extremely upset that how un professional she was and was talking to me like i didnt matter. She needs to get her heavy weight back to school and educate herself more and get training for customer sevice!! If she dislikes her job then why work at a pharmacy where they deal with patients on everyday basis? Just sad that people like her give walgreens a bad name. Any store that demands a customer pay twice as much for a product because they demand use of 'their' card for the advertised discount is really just discriminating its customers. This practice instills such contempt for it that shopping there becomes a discomfort for all. Fernando now tells me a manager can be called to 'override' this ruling, which really just means that a squeeky wheel is promoted while a customer behind them in line must wait for the complaint to be satisfied causing arguments and frustrations. Is it any wonder there is so much identity theft when every store demands more and more exchange of personal identification for these discounts? My wallet has over 10 cards and its never enough! It's impossible to see a price tag hiding behind obnoxious yellow tags announcing half price offers with cards....hundreds of them up every aisle! I think some of the decision makers in corporate offices should eat their degrees and shop like a customer in their own stores to discover why at least this store has such poor ratings...stock market shareholders...take notice! Is it any wonder that the discount stores like the dollar stores are seeing such increases in success since they don't demand such stupidity. Why are they happy to treat each customer equally? Because they have the money it takes to be a consumer! Its a good thing I decided to let walgreens keep their product after discriminating against me for not having 'their' card because I found it for half price at the dollar general store. This is the most frustrating pharmacy to deal with. Their customer service is terrible. The only reason I continue to use them is because their drive thru is convenient when you have a baby to put in and take out of a car seat. Almost every single time my husband and I refill a prescription that needs doctor authorization days will go by and their response is always "sorry we haven't heard back from your doctor." However, upon calling the doctor's office we find out they've faxed it over multiple times. This happens almost every single time with Walgreens yet it never happens to the prescriptions I have at Costco or when I used to fill them at Walmart. They are so slow, not very friendly at all, and it's frustrating to sit in the drive thru watching them through the window chit chatting without even bothering to say "we'll be with you in a moment". I would not recommend using this location. read more
