My beautiful Chi hair straightener broke on me unexpectedly. After 8 years I had to finally say goodbye due to my negligence. (It literally took a beating, falling from my counter to the tile floor in my bathroom). I was desperate to replace but I knew I wanted the exact same one. After looking online I saw a good deal on Sally's website. I was about to order online but ended up finding a Sally's near my worksite. I walked in and saw it almost immediately, but it was not on sale at the store. I asked the associate if they price matched their website and she said yes! I purchased my straightener with no hassle and a friendly smile. I got an amazing deal on it, and I hope I can take care of this one so I can have it for many years to come! read more

I love this location! They are so helpful because I normally have no clue what I need, I just tell them stuff like" I need something to put in my hair so that if i bleach it it doesn't feel damaged" they will then tell me what they think works best at different price points, never feel like they are trying to upsell me. Everyone is friendly it just a great vibe from everyone who works there! read more

I've been there twice and both times the was a worker there that made me feel uncomfortable. She kept following me around the store and watching me like I was stealing. There were other people in the store she could've helped, but all of her attention was on my daughter and I. I'll never shop there again. read more

I visited Sally's because I was in search of some things needed for sew-in hair extensions. I needed some c- shaped needles, ( very common), some bead clamps, and some yarn. They had nothing! First, the store was very hard to find. It's tucked away in this huge shopping center in Menifee. I literally drove around for 10 minutes, using my navigation and finally just asked someone in a different store nearby if they knew where it was. The store was neatly kept, but had a lot of empty shelves. I was disappointed because they didn't have one thing I needed. Also nothing is priced. I had to ask the pricing on everything I picked up. That is extremely aggravating. Just a thought! Please put prices on your items, or at least signs on the shelves. That would be very helpful for the next time. read more

I go to Sally's pretty often and am usually greeted by the same girls. They are always nice and welcoming. I went on Sunday to get some things to dye my daughters hair and when we needed additional assistance Marissa found her way to us. Well, the first attempt didn't work out how expected so we had to return Monday and Marissa immediately recognized us and guided us on how to achieve what my daughter wanted. Marissa was so informative and so personable she really helped ease both of our concerns. Her ability to go above and beyond customer service was really appreciated. I hope to see her every time I go in. Thank you read more

I love my Sally beauty supply! Any location I've been too I've always had superb service. The Menifee location has a spot in my heart because the manager Toni. She's been so helpful all these years I've been coming to this location and she treats her customers so well. Can't say enough good things about this store and all the associates here as well! read more

I went in yesterday to get some hair color so that I could cover up all my grey hairs (at only 25) lol. This was the best time I've ever went. I completely forgot the employees name but she had a pastel violet hair color. I normally end up with my hair turning way darker then I like. She matched me literally perfectly it feels like I didn't even dye my hair but all my greys are gone now!! This is the happiest I've ever been at dying my own hair. She recommended the nature by ion and my ends feel softer than before I did it. Thank you(: read more

Wish I could give no stars..place was empty, with 3 employees..none of them greeted us, I had to say hello and ask for help to which I got with excruciating effort..never giving a business like that my money..go to the Salon Centric down the street instead.. read more

Love this store. Been going here for years. Yes sometimes they do have less knowledgeable people but the manager ( forget her name, black hair.) she is amazing!! Most the staff is always very nice and helpful. I'm fact I'll be there tomorrow getting my hair stuff read more

Bad customer service , 3 of the staff where working and and heavy set talk one and tiny short one was just giving dirty looks the other worker was fretful and helpful and rang us up , don't appreciate there little attitude read more

Pathetic selection of products; desperately needs a restock. The product that they do have runs a good risk of being defective. I bought this Gelish Top It Off Mini and it was broken to the point of not being usable at all (pictured). I couldn't even use a different brush because I couldn't fit it into the bottle. When i returned it, none of the employees cared in the slightest that it was defective and did not even offer to exchange it for a non-defective one (not that they had any in stock on the shelves). I thought it would be convenient to have a Sally's so close to my house but it's apparently a waste of time ‍ read more

I usually don't go to Sally's because I like to shop small business, but I was in a pinch today and needed some supplies so I headed into this location in menifee. The workers were SO helpful, they answered my 5,000 questions and gave me advice for what would work best for the look I was going for. Customer service was 10/10. Not only were they answering all of my questions, but they were greeting every customer who came in the store and helping them find the products they needed. Big thanks to Levi and Jeriah for helping my hair look fabulous! read more

I have been coming to this location for years only because it's close. That's the only reason. I've seen numerous staff and never ever have I encountered a staff member who actually gave good customer service. They usually ask"Can I help you?" then if you say yes, they either point you in a direction or they spend a few seconds with you then go back to the cash register and get on their cell phone. About a year ago there was a clerk who would consistently over charge me! I began to notice it when I got home there would be items on my receipt I never purchased, I recall thinking the bill was high but nothing too alarming like $10 or $20 more than I thought it would be. After several times of this happening, I returned to the store and demanded to speak to a supervisor. It seemed to always be the same girl who over charged me or added items I never bought. I found out this is common for cashiers to do so when it's closing time they can pocket that money! I don't know if that was the case here or not but I can say that Sally made at least $200 off me before I figured it out. Because of this, I rarely go here. I only go when I need something I can't get somewhere else. Customer service stinks, questionable business practices. Beware!! Check your receipts! read more

OK 10 stars********** for a wonderful woman behind the counter named ((( Toni ))) She did not only just show up for work and do her job she actually showed up for work and cared about each and every customer who walked through that door. When I couldn't find what I was looking for she went above and beyond to make sure that she found exactly what I needed before I left. We all know you can order online but online you can't get the great customer service I've got yesterday from this amazing woman. I will always be a loyal customer .. I value good customer service so much so thank you again Toni for all the extra time you gave me yesterday I am a very very happy customer Sallys is very lucky to have you. read more

Awful customer service. I went in to use a 20% off coupon that they had emailed me. They did not have cell service in the store and I couldn't pull up my email. Someone saw me struggling and offered to let me use her coupon, but the store wouldn't allow that. I feel like since I couldn't get mine from my email, they could have made an exception even if it was out of their usual policy. I won't be going back. read more

To all Sally's beauty shop!! I've been shopping here for over 25 years now everything has changed even the Palladio makeup is also different and not good anymore!! I went in today to Sally's, it was very busy but I am so grateful that Tony was there! Even with all the people, Tony greeted me with a smile, she was so helpful and she was just so happy to be at work during these crazy holidays! I heard the way she was talking to other customers and she was so sweet to everyone, so helpful and was going above and beyond to help everyone around her! Thank you Tony for making my shopping experience that much better!!! read more

Taylor was super helpful! I walked in with my entourage of kids, she didn't mind the craziness that follows us, and she pointed me right to what I needed for an at-Home color correction. When I paid, she saw my Navy Federal CU Card, asked if I was military (my spouse is) and gave me a rewards card for military discount. Great, knowledgeable, fast service! read more

Extremely rude customer service today. I asked a question and the employees acted like I was bothering them. I asked if they carry a certain hair color product and they were extremely unhelpful! Rude! Will never shop here again!!! read more

I was sold hair dye that had already been used and I was very extremely upset about that. It was old and gross. I was in the middle of mixing the chemicals when I opened the box and it was used I had to go back to a different beauty supply to get another color. I was not pleased at all. read more

Went to Sally's yesterday and my daughter got a consultation by a so called beauty advisor by the name of Taylor (she's extremely small) and she ruined my daughters hair. She had honey blonde highlights and wanted to make them brighter and Taylor told her to use a pale blonde toner with 20 vol, well... it came out darker and took away her honey blondeness. My daughter spent a lot of money on her hair as it's down to her butt, hair is ruined, thanks a lot Taylor. You said you went to beauty school, well you should go back and stop advising people on hair color or if you know there might be a chance that it will make the hair darker than say it, let the customer make the choice. Will not be getting advice anymore!! read more

I am constantly at this Sally's and the staff has always been helpful! This is my go to supply store for my general beauty needs.

Very friendly and helpful service. Went in trying to find a hair straightener and really had no clue what was best, I got a lot of help from the girls there and left with an amazing straightener, new shampoo and conditioner and oil to protect my hair when I straighten it. I walked out only paying 75 dollars because of the discount that was offered on all items if I signed up for their membership card. All in all it was an extremely pleasant first experience. read more

I don't know why this location has bad reviews. I've been here plenty of times and the girls who work here are always so nice and helpful!!!

Best Sally's in the area, best beauty store too! I hate overspending on makeup, its too expensive these days but Sallys always has coupons and good deals and let you coupon stack. Also better than Target since they have a Love it Or return it guarantee. Better than Ulta that lies about their coupons and is overpriced like Sephora. Plus the girls inside are super helpful. Don't listen the the few bad reviews! read more

I recently went into the Sally Beauty Supply in Menifee. There was a transaction error between my payment method and the stores POS system. The manager, Toni was awesome. She handled the situation with composure and professionalism. I was angry and not happy with the situation and my words were starting to get aggressive. Toni's demeanor did not change. She continued to diffuse the situation in a calm professional manner. I was truly impressed with her and her ability to remain calm. In the end, the incident resulted in a successful transaction and a hug goodbye. A+++ customer service to Toni and Sally Beauty Supply in Menifee, CA!! read more

Do not shop at Sally At Menifee. The girls were not helpful at all and they were rude! I was asking for a product that now I know they don't carry, instead of helping, they would look at each other, like if I was asking them for a miracle and with attitude, they just said, we don't carry that and plain ignore me. You would think, they would suggest other products, but no , They need customer service training. read more

I was just here a couple days ago shopping for a couple things. I seriously was very disappointed with their customer service. I asked one of the girls if they can help me find a specific item and as she was helping me she just had this terrible attitude rolling her eyes at me as if I didn't matter and she did not want to help me. They acted like if " They" we're going to be paying for my items? Lol. They need more customer service training and while they are at it also learn how to do their make up! You work at a beauty supply store you have to be on top of it as well. This is the last time i would be coming to this store!! read more
