She replied "you really should, it will help with your skin texture. You had acne, right?" I was so insulted! How rude! I did have acne when I was younger. I was self conscious about it for years, and I have gone to great lengths to get my skin to where it is today. Yes, my skin texture still shows my acne scarring, but I wouldn't consider it a major concern for me anymore. I actually really liked how my skin looked yesterday!!! She said "it's 15% off today, do you want me to show you?" I said no and walked away. I felt horrible about myself after this exchange. Please let customers tell you what they want help with. This was honestly one of the most chaotic pharmacy experiences I've ever had…read more I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped in. The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
