    They sell moldy tobacco products to customers. Manager on site is absolutely terrible and not professional at all.

    Car wash scam. I am…read morefiling a formal complaint regarding a car wash service associated with 7-Eleven located at 28854 McCall Blvd, Menifee, CA 92585. I was charged twice for a single car wash service, despite requesting a refund after the first charge. The payment is processed through the same terminal system used by the location. On my first visit, I paid at the automated terminal before entering the car wash. There were no visible warning signs or indications that the system was not functioning properly or that customers should not proceed. I entered the wash in normal operating conditions. During the wash, my vehicle was sprayed and brushed without proper guidance or indication of correct positioning or procedure. The process resulted in visible damage to the vehicle's exterior (micro-scratches / paint damage) and the vehicle was not properly dried at the end of the cycle. After the service, I immediately approached staff (Aniket and Guri) and clearly requested a refund due to improper service delivery. Instead of issuing a refund, I was charged again for another wash. At the time, I believed this was a refund transaction, however I later confirmed through my receipt and bank record that I had been charged a second time. This resulted in a total charge of approximately $30 for two wash transactions, while the service was not properly provided. I returned again to request a refund for both charges. At that time, I was informed by staff that a refund could not be processed because a manager was not available. I was told I would need to wait, despite the fact that other car wash businesses typically process refunds immediately at the point of service. Based on this experience, I believe there was a failure in proper service delivery, lack of adequate operational communication to customers, and improper handling of refund requests. I am requesting a full refund of all charges and review of their billing and refund practices to ensure customers are not charged multiple times without proper service resolution.

On 6-15-23, I stopped in after work to pick up something for an after service dinner for a family member who passed away. I want to start off with the clerk who was named Jeronimo or Jeremey. I'm pretty sure he was not telling me his correct name. So I proceed to the counter and wait while J I will call him, attends the a gentleman ahead of me but tells the guy in front of me to please wait.....so while he fiddles with the safe I presume under the counter, he finishes up helps the gentleman with his transaction, then its my turn, J doesn't make eye contact then proceeds to say just give me a second... awkward silence..... Really???ok, so I wait as he continues to what ,ever he was doing earlier with the safe and money .OK! now it is my turn......the conversation went like this. Me: Hi J: What can I do for you? J: With a smirk on his face, he proceeds to say well that would have been at 5 a.m. this morning with a giggle ?(I found no humor in that comment), but no, I'm kidding he goes on to say. I simply looked at and said, "Never mind, I don't want it after all." I was not impressed by his lack of customer service. Before I left the store, I did say you should not work here if customer service is not your thing! all you had to do was say Mam You will need to order on the other side or whatever it is you have to do to place a order. We…read moreare Hispanic descent and she was rolling her eyes at us and laughed at my husband wearing his poncho like we were a bother after being super friendly to the people before us. Called on the phone to talk to management after composing an email and she was very SNEAKY at hiding who she was and asked us a bunch of irrelevant run around questions while laughing sarcastically on the phone. Turns out she was the assistant manager/cashier that was aggravated and aggressive we were handed service with the other day. We went to the register to pay I asked for $20 dolllars on pump 9 and my daughter's snacks. Lady (white ethnicity so who ever sees this knows who she is) saw me with the $100 dollar bill and gave me attitude (I don't have change for that) she said this with a very rude tone. I proceeded to answer said you know being sarcastic "no one takes 100's anymore I surprised a billion dollar company would be scared to lose a couple $100" she answered even more pissed off with a "well I've been robbed before and i would like to go home to my kids I put every $20 in the machine" I said I understood what she meant. "I worked at a gas station it was actually my first job." ( I know for a fact there's a machine to get some change for the customers some just are too lazy to do the process.) Regardless you don't give a customer attitude over them pulling out a $100 dollar bill. Anyways I was about to respond but I had my daughter so I restrained my self. As I was walking out she said "maybe you should take care of my kids". Completely unprofessional, seems as we walked in that door she was mad at life. Talking to her self clicking stuff clearly in a bad mood. Not a good representative of a business if you ask me. I run 2 businesses and there is no way this attitude should be acceptable from any of your workers or even my self.
