All 7-11 are the same in what they sell. We like their branded chips and their rollers (taquitos). 2 for $3.50 is a good deal. They always have deals. We got a bag of chips and got a free drink. Car wash scam. I am filing a formal complaint regarding a car wash service associated with 7-Eleven located at 28854 McCall Blvd, Menifee, CA 92585. I was charged twice for a single car wash service, despite requesting a refund after the first charge. The payment is processed through the same terminal system used by the location. On my first visit, I paid at the automated terminal before entering the car wash. There were no visible warning signs or indications that the system was not functioning properly or that customers should not proceed. I entered the wash in normal operating conditions. During the wash, my vehicle was sprayed and brushed without proper guidance or indication of correct positioning or procedure. The process resulted in visible damage to the vehicle's exterior (micro-scratches / paint damage) and the vehicle was not properly dried at the end of the cycle. After the service, I immediately approached staff (Aniket and Guri) and clearly requested a refund due to improper service delivery. Instead of issuing a refund, I was charged again for another wash. At the time, I believed this was a refund transaction, however I later confirmed through my receipt and bank record that I had been charged a second time. This resulted in a total charge of approximately $30 for two wash transactions, while the service was not properly provided. I returned again to request a refund for both charges. At that time, I was informed by staff that a refund could not be processed because a manager was not available. I was told I would need to wait, despite the fact that other car wash businesses typically process refunds immediately at the point of service. Based on this experience, I believe there was a failure in proper service delivery, lack of adequate operational communication to customers, and improper handling of refund requests. I am requesting a full refund of all charges and review of their billing and refund practices to ensure customers are not charged multiple times without proper service resolution. read more

Just Opened on McCall Blvd! It's always nice to see a place like this at its absolute best! The 7 Eleven corporate staff and marketing crew were out in full force, and I can't imagine the place will ever look better. I took lots of Photos of the many great options at this store including a great beer and wine selection, plenty of self-serve beverage choices including 8 different Slurpee flavors, and Lots of Hot food including the usual roller selections, hot dogs with premium toppings, whole Cheese and Peperoni pizza as well as by the slice, and some hot and cold sandwiches. Some kinks to work out is lines- there is no place for lines so if busy expect confusion as I saw 3 lines formed for two cash registers each line being difficult to navigate with narrow aisles. The second is the smiles, as the cashiers came across as unfriendly and perhaps undertrained. ok ok I get it they are new, but I'm sharing the bad with the good here, and promise to return with an update. read more

This is my go-to gas station for snacks, especially before movie nights with my family! The employees are always super nice, and I never feel rushed when I'm there. Honestly, the customer service is great. As a woman, feeling safe at a gas station--especially at night, is a big deal. I can't speak for everyone, but I've never felt safer at a gas station than I do here. Anyway, I'm rambling now--but seriously, best gas station in Menifee! read more

Attended the Grand Opening of this store. The owners/crew were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store is well-stocked with many choices for all kinds of cravings. If you're stopping by to grab a quick bite, there are cold items like sandwiches, hot items like pizza and hot dogs, and bakery items like donuts and pastries. The drink customization area was replete with a huge variety of syrups, creamers, sugars, and toppings...you can definitely make your drink just as you like. There's also the quintessential 7-ELEVEN classic Slurpees and many chilled drinks to choose from, both alcoholic and not. I live in heritage lake and have been waiting for something within walking distance to open so i go there all the time since they first opened. The place smelled like BO so bad every time i went on different days from the employe. The employees aren't friendly, just kind want to go in get snacks pay and leave. read more

these people working there didn't let these poor kids buy their drinks and candy and were very shady about it. they told the kids that the apple pay didn't work at one register even though it worked at a different register (which i used apple pay at). the workers were very mean and being extremely shady keeping a straight face showing no empathy towards the kids. i felt bad since the kids had no other payment and i offered to pay and the workers got mad and gave me a face as why i offered to buy the drinks and candy for the kids. never have i ever encountered that and i feel disappointed that workers like this still exist. read more
