They are busting their ass back there taking care of the drive through and the walk ins. Credit to the the staff but with rite aid going down and all those customers transferring to Walgreens it's a lot on their plate. Sometimes you just want a certain amount of a product and that is the best way to go. They have a fresh sushi bar! Unfortunately they are always out of spicy tuna so I haven't gotten sushi there in quite a while. If they had spicy tuna on the shelf I'd buy sushi every time I was shopping there. One thing that I like about the produce department is that they have fresh vegetables. They're vegetables are not inexpensive but they're good and I like that they always have eggplant. I never see artichokes there though. Their fruit department has something left to be desired. The only consistent tasting fruits are apples and oranges. Most of the time their offerings of berries and tomatoes are tasteless or old. That being said, this is still the best place to go for most of your groceries. You will save oodles of money if you shop here on a consistent basis. It's awesome that it's an employee owned company! You would think that would give the employees a better attitude but unfortunately there are not that many smiling faces working there. I wonder what goes on behind the scenes with management.
