James was very violent and was cussing out the customers. He will definitely be reported to regionals. As a disabled Veteran, as a Older Brother that was trying to make my Sisters Birthday special on December 24, James cussed me out. I asked for a variety of different things like Family Ping Pong games and James only offered hostility. As a Proud United States Veteran that is pursuing my PhD, i was hurt. James told me his name was JIM. But I found out his name was James. He told me he was in the United States Military and I am Unsure if that is true.... A 7/11 employee should 'not' be cussing out their customers. I will dedicate my time on reporting JAMES for his unprofessional ways and cussing out customers. Professionals should not act this way and I will report this as High up as possible to the Chain of Command. I felt unsafe, threatened, and I felt as if JAMES FROM 7/11 on 31805 Grape Street is very aggressive. Unsafe and a Problem for my Children that come to 7/11 all the time. I informed the management and it is up to them to handle the situation. In the Afternoon things are okay, thats good and many blessings.. but during JAMES' shift.... Despite being very hard to get in and out of this is a great little gas station and 7-11 They always have the best prices around for fuel, so I stop here when headed southbound on Grape Street as you cannot access it from Northbound traffic. Warning: DO NOT come in with a trailer, huge truck, long vehicle, lowered vehicle, or if you are in an RV.
