I love that they have small bites and a few larger options on their menu if you're hungry and want to grab a bite to eat. I love all the available seating they have indoor and outdoors here too. I used to love getting shaved ice, so I absolutely had to try it at alpaca tea bar. I ordered the shaped ice with some condensed milk and my husband gave me a weird look and stated "eww why would you add that to shaved ice." lol those who eat shaped ice get it the condensed milk just adds like a creaminess to the dessert. I genuinely enjoy the products and want to continue supporting this business, but the customer service experience needs improvement. Customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering staff simply by placing an order.
