Visited the 7 Eleven on Grape St. this morning and omg! This has to be the most unwelcoming store ever. The guy behind the counter seems to have a problem with helping African American customers, or maybe other people of color. I watched how he treated certain customers, myself included. Customers of color, he laid their lottery tickets and change on the counter. Others, he politely handed it to them. I said good morning upon entering, he said nothing. No type of quality customer service at all. No greeting customers of color and no thank you, have a nice day. Just Close The Store! Or, Change Owners... Nope, will not spend another penny there. Decaf coffee ready to go! Employees friendly and attentive. Went out of our way to go this one, but worth it.

Great location but the owners seem non existent. After parking in the limited spaces I was instantly greeted by someone. After entering the store two gentleman were sitting on the ledge near the window and register and once they decided their conversation was over I was helped. The female workers are awesome but the two gentleman need a class on customer service. read more

check all of your card transactions after going here, tried to pay for a pizza, card declined three times. checked my account, funds are there; no freezes or warnings, pay through the app using the SAME card that just got declined and it went through no problem. pretty sure the cashier is using a card skimmer so.. fair warning read more

Matt is an angry individual and for some reason feels that he can throw cash, lottery tickets, or whatever he has in his hands at you. God forbid you tell him to fix that behavior because he will tell at you and tell you to get out. I'm not letting up because I've already contacted 7elleven and the store manager but Matt continues to work there. He has been doing this for years and I vowed I would not let up if he ever thought it would be ok to treat me like this. Maybe go to another gas station or convenience store, my money is earned with the sweat of my brow and I'll be darned if I will give it to a company which refuses to place employees who will treat their customer as we all deserve. The female cashier here named Jaymee is very friendly and didn't act as if we were a bother and I must say that this is the third time we have encountered her as the cashiering associate. This particular location also offers a gas station and it's truly a one stop shop as the selection of items are plenty. We always stop at 7's to refill our big mugs. The only thing I can possibly say is that they might need two cashiers during the rush hour and that's about it in fairness. Thank you for being welcoming Jaymee and thank the owner for making such amazing burgers. Btw their quick food is great!!! read more

I absolutely love 7-Eleven Slurpee's but this location has generic brands and they taste horrible. At least the blue raspberry, the cherry and grape, generic and are very nasty. Big difference compared to other 7-Elevens flavors. read more

Since when don't you sell large Slurpee's just because It's "7/11" day and explain the big one mess up the machines... ????!! I was told that at this particular location ( 515 Main St in Lake Elsinore)..... I never heard it's ok to turn away paying customers so that you can only give slurpee drinks for free.... I used to be a regular customer at this location, but now due to the arrogant and unacceptable explanation by certain employees I will take my business elsewhere.!!!!!!... Come to think of it I really feel this particular practice is something the executives at the Branch headquarters might need to hear about!!! I'm giving this 3 stars because it's my local spot, I come here for everything. Don't eat the hot food after 8pm, it seems as though it's never good or rotated out after that time, products are too crisp, toasted, etc. Some racist vibes from the middle eastern manager, he is not friendly to brown or black people in the least bit. All the ladies there are nice, fast and courteous. Graveyard guys are cool as hell! Wish their hot foods were consistently tasty. Condiments need to be more consistent also. read more

Worst customer service EVER. Matt the attendant was rude, and verbally aggressive when I asked him a simple question about a $1 cookie. Then when I went to request my change from a gas purchase he refused to turn on the air for my tire. I couldnt believe how rude and unprofessional he was. Im a single mom driving in the rain with practically a flat tire. His refusal was not only petty and potentially dangerous , but also against California state law. I come here often all the employees are usually pretty nice except this one man, dark hair and about 6 foot tall. Extremely rude, I could tell he hated his job . He just threw my stuff at me after he scanned it didn't even offer a bag . I had to tell him multiple times what pump I was at because he was completely ignoring me . Owners really need to think about who they are hiring here. Long story short as soon as I got out of my car the employee behind the register was just giving me a death stare. After 3-4mins of looking at the food menu he walks up and tells me "oh did you want to get some food" I said yeah and he goes "ovens closed" and walks away he didn't bother to explain why and the hours or anything. I went to the back to get a liter of soda as I was walking up to the front of the store that same guy at the register was laughing with the other employee and I heard them saying racial slurs and profanity about white people which I figure was aimed at me so I get up there and they're silent it was awkward paying because I heard them clear as day. I didn't catch the other guys names but the one behind the register is named Noel. No matter what the service is no person should feel singled out and embarrassed in a store like that I'll definitely be making some serious calls! read more
