Immediately after, my windshield had multiple tiny new chips and three cracks that were not there before. I filed an incident report on-site, but staff were unable to provide any manager contact or business insurance information. I was only told that a manager Amber Gout "comes once a week" and would call me, which is not an appropriate way to handle property damage. I'm simply asking for accountability and proper next steps to resolve damage that occurred during your service. I will update this review based on how this is handled. Update: I now have the employee's name, company contact info, and my incident report filed, and written acknowledgement. First he refused ID from another country as proof of age( which was later backed by upper management) than when said person was accompanied by a US citizen the perchase was still refused. We verify this type of behavior by sending in two other with similar circumstances, he also refused to provide services to the supposed foreign language person until they spoke English and confronted with the issue. Why would a person be required to provide ID merely because they are in discussion over the products to be purchased. The person making the purchase was not even required to provide ID but the accompanying person was because they looked like they could be from a foreign country. The attitude completely changed once the two customers agreed that the foreign looking person NOT making the purchase would provide the ID was he treated with respect.
