There are few things I love about this Chevron, and which I will always give them my business when I am looking for gas in this area. First.... the pumps always have the tamper stickers on them. ALWAYS. Over the many years I have lived in Temecula, I always look for the tamper stickers on the edge of the pumps. This is so important...as this will certify that someone didn't put a skimmer inside. Next time you pull up to a gas station, take note if they have their tamper stickers on all the seams. Second.... they have free air and water for your tires and radiator. I know all Chevrons are a bit more pricey than other stations, however this station keeps up with the requirements for security of their pumps and offer free water and air. I might fill up at Costco when I am over on that side of town as it is definitely cheaper, but I can list a 1/2 dozen pumps on the south side of Temecula with ripped security seals. Lady inside won't let any one in does not talk to customers. Act like she is working behind counter and won't open door. Waited 5 min at door and she would not let us in. Chevron has always been the gas station I liked to stop and fill up at but I will never stop here again. read more

Car wash is outstanding, gas pumps are clean and well stocked with paper towels. Definitely recommend the car wash though.

I like the drive thru car wash. Three options, the cheaper one doesn't come with the blow dry. You don't need to buy gas and get the wash code before you get the wash. You have the option of paying with a debit or credit card (no cash) at the car wash computer screen. read more

I've gotten gas here a few times and overall it is a good, consistent gas station. Prices are pretty comparable, but can be on the higher side. Convenient location (at least for where I drive in Temecula when I'm visiting) and not too far off of the freeway. read more

I generally like Chevron so I come here for gas occasionally. It's usually about $.10 more than the Arco across the street. It has a weak car wash that is really expensive and doesn't clean well. I don't want to say that they are cheating, but on a couple of occasions my husband filled his 26 gallon truck with 27 gallons of gas. And he isn't the type to go on empty. I don't know if the car manufacturer got it wrong on the specs or what, but it was weird. And I can only remember that happening at this gas station. read more

It is late but this is a 24 hour gas station after seeing the gal run to the back of the store when I walked up to the night window I thought maybe she needed to use the restroom or something really bad so I went back to my car cleaned it out a little bit and went back to the night window as I was walking back to the night window I saw her coming out of the back again she saw me and directly turned around and went back to the back of the building I thought how weird so I waited a couple more minutes and then I went and knocked on the window I did not see her at all at this point so I decided to Google the phone number for the gas station I called it and Grace answered the phone telling me that I'm crazy and she has been standing in the front the entire time I said excuse me I was banging on the window and I could not even get your attention she said oh yes I saw you you were wearing pink shorts and I am wearing pink shorts but she still did not help me I asked her if I came back would she sell me a car wash she said yes as she was hanging hanging the phone up very clearly as the phone was being hung up she called me a B when I got to the window she asked me what car wash and wanted and I asked her what my choices were she grabbed the piece of paper off the counter which displays the different car washes and held it up in the window as in putting it right in my face I said the $12 one please several times before she took it down out of my face I gave her the money she shook her head the entire time rolled her eyes at me gave me my change I have no idea what I did to this gal she must really not like her job or maybe she doesn't get Enough sleep during the day because it is one in the morning if you're not used to being a night owl like I am and working nights then I guess this shit could be pretty tough either way dealing with customers and in customer service you should never ever treat somebody so rudely read more

Just like any other gas station. Haven't had any issues with this location. This is the only Chevron in the immediate area. If you want lower priced gas, go up the block. Otherwise, expect to pay a few cents more per gallon. read more

If i could give this place a zero i totally would. This place has the worst customer service, the young guy who was working there decided to talk dowm to me when i asked a simple question. Of course i let him know that i dod not appreciate how he spoke to me, all the while, the manager is standing in tbe back of him on his cell phone talking either arabic or his language from india. Worst experience I've had at a car wash in a long time. A customer shouldn't have to argue with the people at the register to get things done. This place is ridiculous. Thankfully the manager is not as worthless as the help and came out and solved the situation by giving me what I was reasonably asking for. read more

This station has improved in all areas since 2009. Prior to that the only good thing would of given them a rating of 3 & that would be being generious. They are on average $0.25 to $0.35 per gallon higher than the average price around town. read more

Horrible customer service. The two individuals working inside the gas station, a middle-aged Filipino couple, were extremely abrasive and argumentative. I purchased The Works carwash for $11 expecting your standard, run-of-the-mill drive-thru carwash. You know the kind where you drive in, put your car in neutral, and drive out with a freshly cleaned and more importantly DRY car. Everything went fine until it was time for the dryer to work. The illuminated sign in front of us told us to move through and then the "Stop" sign came on. What did we do when we saw the stop sign? Naturally, we stopped like any "normal" person. We waited and waited and nothing happened. The stop sign stayed lit and we stayed wet. After several minutes, we gave up and proceeded to drive out. We parked at a pump and I went in to let the employees know about the dryer not working. Instead of being helpful or even pretending to care, they started arguing with me saying the stop sign was meant for the car behind us and that we missed our opportunity to dry my car (after all, the dryer was on an 80-second timer). I told them that there was no way of me knowing who the stop sign was for since it was right in front of us instead of the car behind us. They kept raising their voices and repeating that the stop sign was meant for the car behind us. They broke all the rules of what entails proper customer service etiquette by choosing to remain argumentative throughout the entire conversation. They could have handled things way differently by offering to let me drive my car through again, giving me a refund, or at the very least apologizing for the signage being unclear. I'm glad I was only passing through this area and will never have to subject myself to this piss poor customer service again. read more
