The cashiers never say hello, never make eye contact, barely say how much the transaction is, and don't say thank you. On top of that they charge for every debit transaction. Whereas at Chevron across the street the cashiers are always friendly and even say hello when I enter the store. I'm no longer going to this Arco. I've given them so many chances. It's a pain to come here and write a bad review for a dumb gas station. This place is so convenient for me, yet it's horrible. Whoever runs this store should be fired.

When I drove in nothing happened. I had a suspicion about this wash, since inside there was trash sitting in it. I went inside and told the cashier what happened. She printed my pump receipt and it showed that the car wash was paid for. She gave me a refund for that, but said she could not refund for the car wash payment, because it is on a different system. She gave me a number to call specifically on Mondays 11am-12pm and ask for Kevin. I called. The person said Kevin was already gone and I would need to be in person for the refund. I explained I had already drove away 300 miles and could not go in person, but I did have a receipt with the transaction info. I was told there is nothing that can be done to help me. The amount is only $6, but it is the matter of principal. This is the 21st century, this place should be able to give a refund over the phone. Also, the clerk was talking to another person when I called, who I think was Kevin, who did not want to talk to me. I asked if there was a better time to call for him and she could not give me that simple information. This places sucks. I think the car wash is a scam.

If you get 89, then this place might not be for you because they only have 87 and 91. There are also a couple of workers around to help out.
