I've been frequenting this Chevron for the last month. For an unusual reason the service. The staff at this store have maintained an upbeat , pleasant attitude even with rising prices and unruly customers, in weather that is scorching. I witnessed the incident yesterday, where a woman (Madison) / (Karen) thru a 2yr Olds tantrum in the store over an ice machine not giving her the ice. So she opened a bag of ice and helped herself, leaving the unused portion there. When caught she did what most children would do, blamed others , and whined. After listening long enough , I bought the bag of ice for her, and told her it was OK I do things for the homeless all the time, and they don't whine , there great full. She then proceeded to harass the manager (Ciana) About her management skills , even though she had already offered her drinks for free. The tolerance and professionalism this manager portrayed was truly beyond me. That kind of patients is why I will continue my patronage of that store. We must all remember , with this kind of mentally challenged individuals walking amongst us. We must always show patients. read more

I'm on my way to pick up somebody in Murrieta. I stopped here to check on the gas prices and refill my coffee and use the restroom. It was a great experience. They have very clean restrooms and the staff there is fantastic they keep everything looking great. When I was in there the very sweet young woman at the cashiers area asked me if I was a member of their extra mile program and I said I wasn't and she signed me up and told me about the app. I gave them my phone number and my name and that day I got a free almond Snickers and my coffee was free as well and it's delicious. It was just really sweet of her to do to ask me it was the good kind of assertiveness and it made my day. The two gentlemen I saw that were working there were making sure the floors and everything was clean and the way everything is set up it's very nice and neat and it's easy to find stuff. I don't really need gas right now and the prices for regular were a little higher than what I'm used to but not exorbitant but I would come here any day. The service is fantastic and they also have a car wash. If they have a subscription to it and I'm in the area enough I'm going to subscribe. It's just a great all-around place. Nicest customer service ever. Daughter's friend left her cell phone at the station. Rochelle ran it out to us while we leaving. Every time we come here the service is the best. Not to mention they have excellent sodas for .79 cents (with the no cost extra mile club). 5 sodas for $3 bucks, (one was free with the club) Would highly recommend! read more

Place is ok....just that every time I come here, it seems to be full...all the pumps are taken and there's always long lines. However, i ONLY go to Chevron to feed my babies premium gas. It's high quality and seems to last longer than regular gas, or Arco for that matter. The employees here are nice too. read more

3 star rating, of course they do. CIANNA the supervisor needs retraining! I am a daily customer, went in yesterday to get my fountain drink, and it was broken, NO ICE! Temperature was 105. So I see the bags of ice cooler had bags of already open ice and very scarce and few pieces left, another customer filled up his big jug, and I used enough for a medium cup. Today the ice cooler was filled with bags of ice, fountain drinks still broken will not dispense ice but will dispense drink. So of course I am thinking well there working on it, I'll just get ice I did then go to register to pay. CIANNA comes out of the back office goes to the cooler plops down the big bag of ice and tells me Not Cool your paying for this ! I am stunned, I tell her NO yesterday your customers had to deal with the broken fountain drinks and this is what they did. She very professionally gets another customer who just walked in buying beers who she knew apparently and tells him she opened bag of ice she has to pay for it, again I am stunned. Then he says CIANNA is one of the nicest people? Then he says I'll pay for it, I pay for homeless people all the time? First of all I am Not homeless, I am dressed like a soccer mom. CIANNA calls someone on phone mgmnt I guess and asked did we give permission for ice, she said no. She tells me your being aggressive I had not said a word. I was embarrassed humiliated and was the victim of her bullying. She said your drink is free I said I am an extra rewards member so I can pay for my drink as I do every day. Chevron the fountain drink you chg for this product you sell comes with cup and the ICE! So of course you should accommodate ALL of your customers, if your equipment is broken! By giving them ICE and not charging them regular price for a product you are selling at full price with NO ICE! Reading other reviews about broken car washes broken equipment they obviously don't care and deserve there 3 stars. The temperatures are deadly outside now, Iam outraged at this supervisor behavior! Point I would be happy to pay for the $4 bag of ICE If they would let ALL customers use the ICE I paid for to use for there drinks , but that was not happening! This review is for the quality of the bathrooms! I've never been in a gas station that had clean and organized bathrooms. I was very surprised to walk in here and see the quality of their cleaning. If you're on the road and need to make a pit stop to use the bathroom and pick up snacks this is the place. I hope they always maintain it this clean. For a gas station bathroom I was really impressed. Also the cashier was very friendly and attentive to our needs. read more

The car wash they have here is really very good. It's a no touch system other than the rim and tire cleaner. And that actually gets rims looking pretty good! They have 3 levels of wash choices for $6.00, $8.00, and $10.00. The top one has rainbow wax and cleans the rims. That's the one I do most of the time. Take your time at the dryer it has a count down timer and it takes a while to dry. The pay machine is frequently out of order so now I save myself the drama of backing out and I just go inside and pay for my wash. read more

The lady who works nights (middle aged lady with dark hair and skin with glasses) nasty b$tch watch out . Was very rude . Need cash back and my card was at limit . So I need another transaction. I get it , I was actually the big imposition, I mean I need cash back for monetary purposes and she goes " how much do you need I don't have enough in my register ." Ciana was absolutely wonderful when I came in to rave about how much I appreciated the air machine working with only a touch of a button. She preceded to give me a complimentary soft drink, and that was supposed to be her employee drink for the day. I can't thank these women and this store enough for their exceptional service!! I decided to get my car wash at this Chevron station because I was in the area. I usually go to a different drive thru car wash and expected the same service from this one. I was charged approximately $15.00 for the top of the line wash which I usually pay $9.99 plus get a free scratch lottery ticket that this car wash doesn't do. Well when I got home I myself had to redo the wash. The sides of the car and the back was still dirty and not clean at all. Paid for a car wash and the car wash machine was partially broken. If you are going to run a business and charge customers for a service you should definitely make sure that that service is fully functional before accepting any sort of funds/payment. Having something up and running broken and charging people to use it is a bad business practice. The employees get 5 stars, they are very nice, knowledgeable and quick. The "no touch" car wash on the other hand gets 0 stars because it is so slow and doesn't clean as well as a car wash which actually has "scrubbers" or actually touches the car. In order to clean a car properly it needs to be touched. I wouldn't mind that my car doesn't come out as clean as a regular car wash if it was quicker! This touch free wash takes 8-10 minutes so don't waste your time using this car wash. read more

I have tried using this gas station's car wash over several months but it seems most of the time there's something wrong with the equipment, the network, a butterfly farted over South Dakota, etc. Doesn't matter if early morning, mid-day or late night, it's ALWAYS something here. My advice is don't waste your time in line (3 cars this afternoon - nobody got their vehicle washed. Do yourself a favor & your business elsewhere. read more
