If it's not lack of customer service, it's missing price labels on displays or mixed-up labels, or deceptive placement of price labels. Even late Friday morning, fried chicken will not be out for 1/2 hour (with a special advertised), Produce people running around with tons of boxes, empty shelves. Produce quality is declining. Didn't buy cucumber as only a few left and all soft. Bakery person hasn't put out sale rack, as she is only one in dept. And I was there the following Wednesday, and they changed their sale rack prices, so hardly a bargain. And new price is not near old so easy for cashier to miss it. Floral dept. Only one person working and trying to get out new shipment. She was helpful though. And the fresh salmon was squishy and smelly (old? or maybe previously frozen?)

They always greet : ) Let's not forget that they have great deals on the energy drinks and a good rewards program. Don't forget to hit up the soda fountain! Ahhhhhh I also like that it's attached to a Jack in the Box--perfect if you want to grab a quick bite to eat while you're there. The whole place is very clean, both inside and outside, which isn't always the case with gas stations, it's hard to find a clean station so that really stands out. The employees are always very nice and welcoming, which makes each visit even better. It makes the mornings better when you have nice employees! This is one of the better locations by far. Overall, it's a well-kept, convenient spot with great service. Definitely recommend!

First.... the pumps always have the tamper stickers on them. ALWAYS. Over the many years I have lived in Temecula, I always look for the tamper stickers on the edge of the pumps. This is so important...as this will certify that someone didn't put a skimmer inside. Next time you pull up to a gas station, take note if they have their tamper stickers on all the seams. Second.... they have free air and water for your tires and radiator. I know all Chevrons are a bit more pricey than other stations, however this station keeps up with the requirements for security of their pumps and offer free water and air. I might fill up at Costco when I am over on that side of town as it is definitely cheaper, but I can list a 1/2 dozen pumps on the south side of Temecula with ripped security seals. One which I had my card skimmed from back in 2013.

The service is very special and unique. The stores are always clean and well stocked. There isn't a lot of useless items or extra added depth of similar product. I mean, how many blueberry jams do you really need? Hot sauce in a bottle? I think a 3 or 4 options is probably sufficient. It's succinct, to the point, and uncluttered and easy to navigate. I really dig the produce cause it's always attractive and I look for the sale items. I prefer the USA items as opposed to imported so I pay attention to the labels. I also have signed up for specials and accumulative points for discounts, which is very easy to do and it keeps you in the loop. Each time you buy your groceries, have your barcode scanned to keep a record. I keep it in my phone with easy access. You will also NOT encounter five or six different prices on each item like some of the big chain stores practice! You know, those HUGE conglomerates! I've had to walk out of those stores cause I'm so confused. Internet price, member price, E price, ad price, radio price, TV price, buy 6 unit price, etc. etc. etc. : Every time I pick up a can of beans I'm looking for Bob Barker in aisle seven! This would even confuse a veteran of " THE PRICE IS RIGHT"! The bakery goods are a nice delight, and if you get there early in the morning you might find some half price items that didn't sell the day before. There's also a sandwich shop and I'm told you can get a sandwich as low as $5.00? I'm not sure if that's true. I've never done it, but that's what some folks have told me. So, you might have to check for yourself. There are those bulk bins for nuts, coffee, candies, dried fruit, and more by the pound $. There's a limited beer section but nicely curated along with a decent selection of wines. This is one area that needs improvement in my opinion. It would be nice if there was more of a beer selection and the ability to buy any single can? I believe this works and they'll always sell out anyway. Or maybe they don't want to dedicate the space? They also have a meat department, (which I stay away from) but those who do partake would enjoy I'm sure. (I refer to these areas as animal cemeteries.) I look for a lot of the vegetarian items such as plant based desserts, and faux dairy items that are actually plant based. Ie: plant butter (which is delicious) and coconut milk for example (my favorite when it comes to something to pour on your granola). There is a frozen sorbet brand they carry, "GELATO BOY" that often times goes on sale that is absolutely fantastic. I really enjoy the "3BERRY" or the "MANGO". Keep an eye out for the sale price as it's almost half price when it does go on sale! The canned beans and corn are a good value and on sale today at 4 cans for 5$! I try to buy the unsalted ones which are so good for burritos. You can find fresh flowers daily to bring to your sweetheart or maybe if you're looking for one? There are an amazing amount of coffee beans in nice plexiglass bins sold by the pound with a commercial grinder available to "chop it up" to save you the trouble at home. Parking is always accessible, and there are other intriguing businesses in this little "mini mall" over there off of Newport. If you haven't been, get on over there! Or, if you are a regular go more often to accumulate your di$count points. Be sure to say "hello" to the friendly, charming, efficient, young lady that mostly works as a cashier with purple hair and her name is Kennedy with a "C" and she's a great ambassador of Sprouts!
