My first visit after driving pass for years! Totally amazed at their composition of products under one roof. It's like Trader Joe's and Pier 1 Imports had a baby Quality merchandise and wide aisles! Good prices but I hate having to go find a quarter to get a cart. And they don't have hand baskets

I don't usually like writing reviews, but the experience I had at this store was terrible. The workers are usually kind and helpful, but it seems like every time I go and this tall Caucasian man is working, he is just so rude. I believe he's a manager because he wears a different shirt and walks around like he's better than everyone. I didn't catch his name, but I really wish I did. We were standing in the aisle when he started walking incredibly fast right toward us. We looked at him, but he just walked by, shoved our cart out of the way, and kept going with a completely straight face. Shoving a customer's cart is not only incredibly aggressive, but it is also a huge liability and safety hazard if the cart had hit someone. Do your managers not have basic customer service or conflict resolution skills? At least say excuse me. I'm sorry, but I come from a family where manners matter. The absolute least he could have done was say excuse me or sorry, and everything would have been fine. I just hate when people act like that. Disgusting. Service has been friendlier, but idk if it's due to the location but this store is always trashy. Like the store front and the bathrooms were gross first thing in the morning which I couldn't understand. I was so excited to see Aldi in California. I first got introduced to Aldi when I was in the Midwest (Michigan). Think of Aldi as Trader Joe's, where they would sell their own goods while at the same time also carry other brands as well. And I personally love to try their brands/products. My favorites are their cashew cookies, which are so heavenly. Yesterday we also got their pecan shortbread cookies, which are a clear copycat of Keebler's and Aldi's really did not disappoint - their pecan shortbread was super buttery! We also love their mini muffins and granola bars. I'll definitely stop by Aldi again before heading back to the San Francisco Bay Area. As for the store itself, this store seem to be very well stocked and the isles were pretty clean, nice and organized. Staff was really nice and friendly as well. Just a reminder, bring a quarter if you plan to use their cart. read more

Aldi is a great store for fresh produce and other grocery items at discounted prices. Some of my best finds include plant based cheese, brioche rolls , and great tasting cookies. The Benton brand offers a coconut and caramel cookie that mimics the old "samoa"Girl Scout cookies but is way better. I avoid them and only buy them on special occasions or I would be in trouble. There is a nice gift/general item aisle that has cookware, candles, clothing, garden items and other home goods. If you are patient and don't mind browsing, you can find some good deals. The customer service is always good and checking out is easy and quick. read more

Based on this location to where I live and also the prices I can't ask for anything more. The employees are friendly and helpful. Last week they had a dozen eggs for $.79! Coming from HI it's almost like stealing it! They have many items that are low such as the produce section. Things like strawberries for $1.29 and grape tomatoes for $.99. This Aldi is bigger than the one from my old hometown. The store was well stocked and clean. I went during a non busy hour so I was able to shop around slowly and associates were friendly. I will be back! FYI: There is still construction around the area so getting to the store is kind of awkward and confusing. read more

I haven't been a regular Aldi shopper as their selection is limited & they don't have the brands I like on several items. However, they do have excellent prices on eggs & produce! For these items alone makes it worth going out of my way for. Produce is very fresh, too. I bought a package of Aldi brand ground turkey & it was filled with bones! Ugh! I took the empty package back into the store (with some of the bone fragments) to see about a refund or credit. I had no receipt. The cashier was so accommodating. He told me that the package with the bones wasn't typical. To my surprise he offered for me to try another package of ground turkey & ALSO gave me a refund for the price I'd paid for the initial package! No hassle. I was impressed with that policy Aldi has. I used to love this place, but I'm fed up with being charged a different price than what's posted. So check your receipt the day of! Earlier this week, I was charged for avocados when I bought limes. And on SEVERAL occasions, I have been charged a higher price than what was posted. I feel like I need to take pictures of everything to show the cashier (not that they'd care anyway). I've always just let it slide until I brought it up today when I was over charged for two jars of salsa that I purchased a couple of days ago. But because I didn't take that picture (and today there was just one salsa without a price posted), I had no proof. Also, check the expiration dates! I was on the phone with customer service forever to let them know about the well expired baby food pouches. No refund was given, and the expired baby food was still on the shelves the next time shopping. I'm just fed up with the lack of customer service and accountability. I do not recommend this store. I am beyond disgusted in how I was treated today for not wearing a mask. I am One of the few people who are medically exempt from wearing any type of facial coverings due to my medical condition although it is not physical I was treated extremely poorly by the manager Greg today. I have been shopping at the store for months without a mask, most of the employees know me and smile and say hi. I had two hands full of groceries standing in line when Greg the manager approached me and asked if I had a mask. I let him know per my doctor's orders I am unable to wear any type of facial coverings. He told me it doesn't matter and I would need to put on a mask or they will not serve me. It was more of a power trip for him then safety. Per the ADA act companies need to make accommodations for those with disabilities. He scoufed and rolled his eyes when I told him that I had a medical condition..I am not want to cause a scene so I politely set down my items and left. This review is to warn you that this place does not care about your health they do not care if you are medically exempt or have a medical condition, take your business elsewhere! read more

They have somewhat good prices but that wasn't the issue at all. If you like having your groceries thrown into the shopping cart then this is the place. They really try to get the line down which is understandable but when it involves them throwing the things you buy into the shopping cart then it's not good at all. I'm not being dramatic. I went there three times and the blonde lady did it every single time. I got sick of digging into a pile of grocery's to bag them. I had crushed produce and boxes. First time in Aldis and I'm conflicted. Not a fan of the rent a cart program, but I see its benefits for the store. Produce looks clean and full and prices were good. Not one single associate on the sales floor to assist anyone while I was there. We got to the register and our. Cashier literally said nothing. No greeting, no total, no nothing. He just scanned everything. Pointed at the pin pad and the pushed ny cart full of stuff over to the bagging area. As we bagged our stuff I monitored the front end, same behavior for all the cashiers. Wonder if its part of their lost cost model not to engage in any type of conversation to prolong the transactions.. interesting business model, but I won't be back.
