Everytime I go thru the drive-thru to pick up my medication, they charge me hundreds of dollars instead of the $25 charge. I see on the CVS app that they have my health insurance card on file. They then proceed to tell me that I have to come inside and give them my health insurance information again. No thank you. I don't want to stand in line with a bunch of sick people. So, I call on the phone, and have to leave a voicemail and cross my fingers for someone to call me. I called my health insurance provider and confirmed that I have active coverage, and confirmed that it should only be only $25 charge. They are overcharging hundereds of dollars for their medication.
