On 10/24/23 at approximately 12:50 p.m., the African American employee at the front desk was very rude when I asked to use the restroom after I purchased some items. He proceeded to yell and attempt to embarrass me in front of the other customers. I am a plumber by trade and when using the restroom it was painfully obvious that the toilet wax ring and possibly the flange are failing causing the feces and urine to contaminate the restroom floor everytime the toilet is flushed. Maybe he should spend more energy maintaining the restroom instead of trying to embarrass paying customers. read more

Stay away from this place, they absolutely have no idea what they are doing. I paid $100 to get my car detailed. The "detailer" sprayed the entire inside of the car with armor all, my nails were shiny after driver home lol. I'll let you be the judge. Horrible job, unprofessional and incompetent. read more

This place used to be so nice and well kept up. It looks worse than those in LA now. It's disgustingly dirty all the time. They never have towels or clean water at the pumps for doing your windshield. The squeegees are worn out and disgusting! The parking lot needs to be cleaned, went in today to wash my hands in the bathroom and no soap and the hand dryer does not work. Sink and toilet prolly have not been cleaned in a week. Waited 30 minutes for car wash before my car was ever put through the machine. I asked about it and was told. Needed to prep the car? Are they serious, spray the car and tires and drive through the machine to wash, not very good about managing people in the right spots for busy times. read more

i see other reviews complaining about the length of time it takes for carwash here. This is true--it does take an average of 30-45 mins. once, when they only had a few workers, i was there 1.5 hr. but--it is BECAUSE THEY DO A GREAT JOB!!!! Our family ONLY goes here now. I have never had carwash employees be so extremely detailed and clean every single area with such care and attention. Also, if its your first time, it usually takes longer because they have to clean everything the last carwash didnt!! so, YES it does take longer than the 15 minute basic job anyone can get at any carwash. here, you literally get your vehicle DETAILED for the price of a car wash. so be patient and enjoy your detailed car when its done! read more

There is one woman in the gas station that is so rude. The car wash is cheap, but the manager is soooooooo rude. They offer $8 car wash with 5 mins free vacuuming. & the manager rudely told me that the gas station prices for their car wash is Wrong & for $8 the will not dry my car or do the free vacuuming & the sign is wrong... What the heck? Even a drive through car wash dries your car! Don't have signs for things your don't offer. They did a good job on others cars but they have no customer service skills. The employes at the subway inside this AMPM are wonderful, very polite and know how to make an awesome sandwich. However the employes here that work the actual gas station aren't so lovely. I've seen a man handle food(hot dogs, hamburger etc.) with no gloves on. I also think they should speak better English and stop mumbling, sometimes I can barely understand what their trying to tell me. 5stars for subway but 1-2 for the AMPM employes read more

Well well, i am living just by this station, they had cheapest gas prices in town everything changed after they declared they are under new management, prices went up 10cents right away and they said if u get car wash 10cents off on your gas really? I don't know they still have same deal cuz i don't go there anymore but their prices more than any arco it's obvious you check and compare. read more

If you pay at the pump with credit/debit card, DO NOT GO HERE! This is by FAR the slowest system I have ever seen! Ever! I am writing this on my phone and STILL waiting for the debit process to continue. What's worse is that they charge you a FEE for wasting your time at the pump. Seriously, go anywhere else but here.
