7-Eleven is usually a convenient option to grab quick essentials. It was almost midnight and I needed to get a quick gallon of gas as my regular, lower priced gas station was closed. Used the credit card reader at the pump to pay. It took my card easily enough. Pumped gas until I hit a gallon on the screen. Removed the hose from my tank. There wasn't the usual odor or fumes of gasoline. I also noticed there wasn't a slow drip coming from the hose as I removed it from my tank. When I got in my car and started it up, the needle hadn't moved. In fact, the miles till empty dropped from 53 to 45 miles till empty. This after I supposedly put in a gallon of gas! How is that possible. One can only wonder if their pumps are dispensing anything as they start. I'm assuming no one checks their tank or flow of gas after they fill up. Very concerned about this location after pumping a gallon of air instead of fuel! Keep on Yelp'n! read more

Warning! These clowns are ripping people off. Went to get gas yesterday regular credit Sign says $4.24 Pump said $4.49 $0.25 more per gallon Complained to manager who told me he had no control over price and to contact 7/11 corporate. This is the literal worst 7/11 I've ever been to. The Cashier told me no lotto tickets or scratchers then made me wait for some lady to pay three different methods when her cards kept declining he didn't have me go to the other register to ring me up! So rude! I waited over 8 minutes for his transaction with her. I was in a hurry and explained that and he treated me disdainfully. Before when I've come here the car wash was broken and they wouldn't refund me. My boyfriend left a pack of cigs they charged him for and when we went back later that night they told him they would not give him the cigs. It's on camera he left them on the counter. Just hate this place it's full of nasty trashy ill bred people. It's absolutely ridiculous how trashy this place is. Please get shut down. read more

Hot and stuffy. I've only been here a handful of times in almost 8 years but the last two times I went in (within the last two weeks) got zero service. The lady who works here looked bothered and the younger guy had music on full blast when he finally came up to the register (after 5 min of me standing there) he didn't talk to me at all. I just have the sad experienced in this store. Today is Sunday July 7 2024 time 12:18 so approximately 20 minutes ago this customer services cashier was rude! As soon as l asked for a product she gave me a bad attitude! When I asked her for the product that was missing in the fridge, I pointed that it was on the floor (So she knew which one was missing) Then she brought the wrong one, I let her know, and she said that I never specified, then she went back and didn't bring me anything, and went back to ring a new customer up! I trust that everything will be recorded it and see what was the problem. Absolutely do not stop here for gas.. there are other gas stations close by including a Costco gas station. These people yelled at me because I was upset that after putting my debit card and pin # into station 16 that it wasn't working. Then to make it worse with a straight face from both the employee and the owner they told me there was no station 16... as you can see from the pictures, there is absolutely a station 16. I had to call my bank before posting this and they were trying to charge me over 60+ when my car can't even take that much gas . read more

After getting denied to play the lottery at Stop Quick Mini Market on Rancho California Road in Temecula, I decided to take my play slips elsewhere. I decided to visit this 7-Eleven and it was great! There was no line and the cashier took my play slips and gave me the tickets. Then I plopped down $4 in quarters and he said "Thank you" and didn't even bother to count them because he's smart and he knew he could trust me. read more

This location might have a smaller energy drink selection, but their employees are actually friendly and don't try to force you to pay full price when you have points on the app. They actually let you put in your app info in and use the points you earned. Also, location is actually clean! Amazing! I can't speak for the gas or car wash as I've never used it here. read more

Gatorade selection for 20 ounce bottles is really limited. That said, everything here was clean and neat. Although not a ray of sunshine the individual ringing me up was quick and bagged my things in a logical manner (you would be surprised some people like to throw drinks on top of bananas or other softer items) I like that there is a gas station. The younger guy that works here during the day/afternoon is a tool. My wife went up to the front before me and he was hitting on her and wouldn't stop talking. As soon as I walked up he completely shut down, stopped talking, and treated me like garbage. I didn't say a word to him except for "hey how's it going" as I always do. The woman that works here has been very nice every time my wife and I have stopped by. Zero complaints there. She's always respectful even when she's ACTUALLY busy, unlike the jerk mentioned before. I am Not sure why the star ratings are so low but this is by far my go to 7-11. They always greet you with kind words, always ask if you need help, and even remember your name if you are a regular. I love all the staff snd customer service here. Me and my husband always go here for last minute needs. So if you are on the area trust me this place is great! Been going here since I was a kid around '99. For the things I come to 7-11 for (gas, drinks and food), it's always been on point. I can't attest for the car wash, and the only legit complaint I have is some of the gas pump screens being damn near unreadable in the daylight for some reason, but yeah. I've always got along well with the staff, maybe that's because I'm here almost every day and they know me, but it's the first place I think of to come to put gas. read more

I usually visit this location to fiil up on gas, use the coin-op vacuum, or to grab a couple of snacks on the go. They also have a drive thru carwash at this location;Prices are $6,$7, & $8 dollars if I remember correctly. I will only use the drive thru carwash when I'm crunched for time and need a quick wash, I usually prefer to go to Offshore Auto Spa right around the corner for a mini detail if time persist. I used to love coming to this location when they opened about ten years ago. I stopped by yesterday for gas and due to an issue with the pump card reader I had to go inside to pay. The older man behind the counter was extremely rude and borderline angry with me because there was a little confusion over whether my card was a debit or credit. After resolving that he dismissively waved me off. I just spent $20 in your store, that's no way to treat a customer. I won't be back, there are far too many better options nearby. read more

This is the worst 7/11 I've ever been to, after totalling my purchase of $43.00, I then asked the clerk if I could use my bonus points card. His reply was no it's too late. Then I asked if he could re- do my purchase. Again his reply was no. I stated then I don't want the purchase and was then threatened with a bottle of soda ( he actually raised the bottle as if he was going to throw it at me). and told to get out as well as being called a Mother F. ( Resulting in him having to cancel the purchase any way). I will never return to that 7/11 or any other 7/11. Not a bad little all in one (coffers & gas stop) for commuters. It's on the way to the fwy, all good right? Well it was until the guy that I suspects may be the owner started working nights/ early mornings. My fav coffee is starting to be super bitter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a foo-foo coffee guy but I like a fresh cup of the good stuff for my morning drive. I'm just saying, the last 2 night folks working there used to keep fresh coffers in rotation in the mornings. I've never worked at a place like that & can't say why the coffee game is falling off. I suspects it'd some form of cost savings effort. Whatever it is, its creating bitter coffee and making look for another morning spot to hit before the fwy. Car wash is often down. And when it does work, it doesn't do a very good job. Make sure you tape down your rear windshield wipers and reel in your intenas, this car wash is hard on them. Also, using credit card at the pump often comes up with an error so you have to go inside and see the 'attendent'. I used to like this place, but there is a reason their prices have gone down. read more

I stopped in to purchase a coffee and use the restroom as I was from out of town. I was shocked to see the disgusting condition of the bathroom. This is a beautiful community so the rudeness of the staff and the filthy bathroom was a shock. I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned and had no toilet paper, seat covers, soap, hand towels. It is concerning that the staff must use this same bathroom so I wonder about the cleanliness of their hands when preparing the food and drinks for sale within the store. I shutter still thinking about how awful the bathroom was. I brought this up to the cashier who played 'dumb' so I purchased some soap and paper towels for them to put by the bathroom sink. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. I stopped by here to pick up a powerball lotto ticket. I've never played before and didn't really know what I was suppose to do. I filled out the power slip, and handed to a guy at the register. He might have been new because he didn't appear to know what to do. There was a lady behind the register with him who started to yell out that the ticket wasn't filled out right and that I'd have to do it again. I told her I only wanted quick pick and checked those boxes. I inquired as to how I am suppose to fill it out, and hoping she'll provide an explanation. Instead she repeatedly says, "it's not right. You have to fill out the paper again." I understand that but how am I suppose to get it right if I have no idea what I was suppose to do. She was not friendly at all.
