The car wash staff is super nice, very pleasant and extremely professional my favorite person to detail. My car is Valentino. He puts his heart into his work, and always has a smile on his face and totally professional. He takes great care of my little Mustang and I never leave the car wash disappointed. However, when I'm gassing up early in the morning, I noticed that the gas pump is a rip off this morning. I was there getting gas. It was on $26 midway it jumped to $27 then $29 and then $31 which was very strange. And I feel I did not get the gas that the pump was registering. So I will not be purchasing gas here anymore. I will get my gas from Costco. But I will continue to support the car wash. read more

After five years of loyalty, I never expected this. I brought my 2022 Lincoln Navigator to the Arco car wash at Murrieta Hot Springs Rd & Margarita Road. While speaking with the manager about a wax upgrade, he motioned to his employee to take my vehicle through the wash. I immediately told him I needed to close the windows and sunroof first. He assured me they would take care of it. Instead, they ran my vehicle through the wash with the sunroof wide open. Water poured into the interior. When it came out, I saw employees frantically trying to dry everything to cover the mistake. The damage is extensive, and my Navigator is now at the dealership being evaluated. What's worse is that they have refused to provide the owner's information or insurance details despite my repeated attempts to resolve this peacefully. I never post things like this, but people deserve to know. If you care about your vehicle, think twice before using this establishment. This site will not allow me to post no stars or negative stars. It takes them longer but when they are finished, my car still looks brand new and it's 2-1/2 years old. I lease my car and Toyota will be pleased when I turn it in to get a new one in 6 more months. **BAD GASOLINE, CAUSED ENGINE FAILURE AND 4k IN DAMAGES** I usually always get gas at Arco. But this one specifically changed my mind.. I was on a little more than a quarter tank of gas when I left the house in the morning (August 16th) so of course I stopped by my local Arco. Filled up at one of the middle pumps parallel to the ampm door entrance since those are usually safer than the pumps on the outskirts where people could tamper with it. Filled up to full on normal 87, what my car takes. Took a drive down to Lowes in Murrieta right off of Madison then went across the street to the Home Depot. When I got into the parking lot suddenly my power steering cut off and the engine died. Weird. So I started up the car again and tried to pull into a parking spot. Barely made it. Mind you the power steering locks when the engine is off. Let the car sit for a bit while I tried to figure out what happened, nothing wrong that I could see. Started the car. Decided to try and head home so I pulled over onto Murrieta Hot Springs to make a u-turn at the Walmart intersection. Engine died again at the red light. So decided to pull into the Walmart parking lot since something was seriously wrong with my car - lord behold, engine stalls and dies again before I make it to Walmart! I barely manage to pull into the nearest parking spot before calling AAA. They come and check the car, everything is A-Okay. Get it towed to the dealership in Temecula (4 miles away) for immediate service due to engine failure. Get a call the next morning from the mechanic: "BAD GAS! It isn't clear it's cloudy, thick like gel." Are you serious??? Car was running PERFECT before I got gas at this Arco location. Mechanic has to drop my tank, flush the lines (fuel lines and injector) and try to repair what I need done. Mind you, NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Aside from the gas that ruined my engine and fuel lines. Now in touch with my auto insurer to see if they can cover the damages. No fault of my own or my vehicle, ALL ARCO! Arco's owner and employers should be regularly maintaining and checking their supposed "top tier quality gas". I wasn't the only one to get gas that morning either. So if you get gas at this location and your car starts stalling or having engine failure.. tell your mechanic to check your tank. This is BS. Called multiple times to get in touch with the manager or anyone who could help resolve this issue. Just keep getting pushed aside, go figure. ARCO, you better reimburse me for the $80 of shit gas you gave me and the 4k in repairs needed for my vehicle. I sense a lawsuit coming your way. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -Car Wash that is part of the ARCO at Murrieta Hot Springs and Margarita I purchased a PrePaid Package of 10 washes for my wife during Christmas 2016. Currently 5 have been used in the past year and a half. My wife took her car in to have it washed Monday 6/11/18. The employee(I believe his name was Adrian) informed my wife that the car wash was under new ownership that would no longer accept/honor the prepaid washes. The washes were bought from the business that was bought by the new owner which should honor what the prior business promised or at a minimum offered some kind of compromise. NOTHING was offered. Upon my wife coming home and explaining all this to me I went to discuss the situation with the manager/owner. I spoke with Adrian, who was the person my wife dealt with in a manner my wife described as, he was a complete @#$%(this coming from someone who rarely says a curseword). Adrian insisted they posted a sign for a few months until the month of May for people to use their washes. I explained to him that that was a great gesture but to have my wife come in and not offer any kind of compromise with half of the washes still unused seemed a little ridiculous. Even at a minimum offer to wash the car today but void the rest of the washes........not even that was offered. NOTHING was offered. After not getting anywhere with Adrian, I asked to speak to the owner which he said was not available, but would go get the car wash manager. So, here we go walking into the ARCO minimart where he got the "car wash" manager who was working as the cashier at that moment. Adrian informs me to wait outside, in the heat. I told him, I'll wait inside where it's not so hot. When the "car wash manager", Denise was relieved by another cashier she came to discuss the issue with me, where I went through the same issues with her. AGAIN, no offer to compromise. As I explained to Adrian and Denise, if there is no effort to achieve some kind of customer satisfaction in this case I would ensure to let as many people know that their 100% Customer Satisfaction was indeed not a practice they employ. Awful service and low class. Walked into gas station after dropping off vehicle for car wash wished for some coffee. I asked if they had any as the signs all say "empty." He said no. Guy beside me can't use his card as the card reader isn't working. Very dirty place and poor service. I then stepped outside to wait on my car wash when I notice two employees arguing and fighting, hands in each other's faces. Wow, stay classy. Very low class for a business to be ran this way! This is the best carwash I've ever had, even though it takes awhile it is well worth it! It's almost like getting car detailed!! That's not the problem. It's over 100f so I've been drinking water on my hour drive here. After Checking in my truck I discover ARCO WILL NOT let me use the bathroom. Now what? Sit here for another hour having to pee?!! The attendant says no conditions and REFUSES to accommodate me even after a $35 car wash. He tells me to go to the yogurt shop!! So wait-- this virus is so bad that I can't use your business's bathroom but you have NO PROBLEM sending me to another business to use theirs?!! Having no choice I walked in the stifling heat over there. The ppl at the yogurt shop not only welcomed me, but offered a free yogurt( which I declined). Before I left I suggested they send JASON. I bought gas and a car wash. Big mistake. The gas is supposed to be $0.20 less per gallon when a car wash is purchased, but it comes out full price because you have to authorize it before pumping gas. Secondly, the car wash was "not open" at 7:38pm, so I couldn't get the car washed that day. I returned 10 days later, when the car wash was open, and the car wash manager refused to wash my car because it's too big and qualifies as an "SUV" therefore I have to pay 30% additional. Even though the basic car wash requires just driving it through the tunnel, I was being charged extra. I reached my limit. Ripped off the $0.20 per gallon, then charge 30% more for a "crossover" type vehicle? No, thanks. I asked for a refund of my car wash fee, and I was told only the manager can do that. The manager was late for work, so he wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes, because he was "going to be here anytime." read more

Disgusting. I'll keep this short and to the point, I got off work this morning around 2 am and went here to grab some junk food. By this time it is around 235 am and the guy that had long hair in a ponytail that helped me, was putting cookies in little bags. He was wearing his latex gloves for the food, came over rang my stuff up with his gloves still on, handled my money and went back to putting the cookies in the bags. WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES! This is disgusting and he knew he screwed up because he kept looking through the window and saw me looking at what he was doing. The carwash is not the same, it's been awhile since my last carwash, new crew not very good @ it. The new staff said they updating carwash system, more automated to cut down wait time, personally the wait time nvr bothered me because my carwash was superb. Even though I was going to be late, Justin, the store attendant, told me he would take care of my car. Everytime I come here the service is always subpar. My irritation today is the fact that there is a sign on their credit card machine that says they "now accept Visa, Amex, and MasterCard" so when I go to pay I asked to use my vida credit card. I was told that they only accept debit and there will be a .35 fee. I said okay so why does your sign say that you accept credit cards? The response I got was, "well we only have one machine that accepts credit cards and it's not this one so you are going to have to pay the .35 fee and do debit or pay cash." Rude, and unprofessional. I had my car washed on Friday 4/9/21. I arrived at 4:45pm. My car went through the wash tunnel, and they put it in a parking spot to be vacuumed and dried. It sat there for over 20 minutes before anyone touched it. The guy who started it already had his backpack on like he was leaving for the day. He barely touched the paint...it had already dried sitting there. He started on the wheels. Someone came over to help with the wheels so he moved on to the windows and carpets. He kept walking around the vehicle without doing anything to it. Other employees were getting done with the vehicles they were working on, but instead of helping get customers cars completed, they were leaving. One employee even brought a car up to the front to apply wax with a buffer, then he hand buffed it. I thought it was a customer's car until he left driving it. Apparently, it was his own vehicle he completed before making sure all of the customers were done. I was at the car wash for over 45 minutes at this point. The guy had not ever lifted the tailgate or wiped any of the door jams. My car and one other vehicle were the only two left, and it was getting close to 6pm. I couldn't stand it any more. I walked over to the vehicle and asked for a towel. The guy said it was done anyway. I said "no it wasn't". I lifted the tailgate and water poured out. I continued to finish my own vehicle because I had to be somewhere, and I wanted it done. I wiped around the entire tailgate...never got the back window done. Then I walked to the drivers' door and realized that there were still bugs on my windshield. I wiped the windshield and the front of the vehicle to get the bugs off. At this point I left. I then realized that he never wiped down my dash and the interior front windshield was completely smeared. I have been at this car wash before and came back because they have done a decent job in the past. I paid $18.35 for this wash, and had to do some of it myself. I will not be returning. read more

I went to pump gas last night around 7:20 P.M The assistant Jorge is such a lazy worker Its unbelievable such a lazy guy could actually hold down the night shift. He argued with me and told me that it was my fault and that he wouldn't refund my money. He also mentioned that if he was short again he would get a write up Because he's been short before from stealing, yet hes the assistant and basically can't help the customers at all.
