This heart, not so much! It's almost like they do not want your busines. I stopped going for a few months and decided today, to give them one more try, because I was in the area. Mistake...should have kept driving to another Arco AM PM My last trip, I took a few lottery tickets in to cash. Cashier miscounted and tried to convince me she was right. Wrong, she realized her mistake, but no apology or anything. Today, I asked for 2 tickets by number and she handed me the wrong ticket. I didn't realize it until I paid and ready to walk out. I addressed it by wanting to exchange it for the more expensive ticket that I originally asked her for. She would not exchange the ticket. It was her mistake. Again, no apology or anything, but a careless attitude. She totally convinced me not to return to their store. No problem!! Terrible Customer Service! This is the absolute worst ARCO I have ever visited.

They just couldn't get anything right. So I'm back with Walgreen's. I always ordered my prescriptions online and will continue to do so. All my prescriptions were supposed to be transferred from CVS to Walgreen's. Well, as I said CVS kept messing up and of course just transferred what they wanted to. OK!! here's my first and I hope only gripe about Walgreen's and the reason for 3-stars. I called to place my prescription for what CVS omitted and was on hold a long, long time. Personally I think Walgreen's can do much better than having a customer wait for almost 10-minutes on hold. Walgreen's you can do much better.
