Gas is cheap but also the lowest rated quality that is legal to sell to a consumer The staff is mostly friendly but sometimes very passive. Its a good place to stop for convenience but it is not kept up well and because the gas is cheap many of the pumps are usually occupied. The layout of the lot is atrocious and the outside is overly worn and almost run down. It would work wonders if this place got a facelift. read more

This is a up coming neighborhood. This Arco is a disgrace. Piss riddled truck stop. Employees mainly the women. Completely ungrateful they have a job. Horrible My dad forgot his wallet at the front counter near register yesterday came back today for it and there was $300 missing from it when he asked the supervisor /manager to look at the cameras to see who might have token it the manager/supervisor told him he couldn't look at the cameras. when he was talking to the cashier they told him when they got the wallet to put in the back everything was intact. Beware Mimi will over charge you and demand you to pay a 2.00 cash to refund the overcharge she charged. I think she is trying to steal. She double charged on an item and decided to ask for 2.00 cash in order to give a refund. Didn't make any sense. I'll call the manager tomorrow and address the situation. read more

This is by far the worst ARCO I have ever been to. Most of the pumps have blacked out screens, and the rest only give you a few pennies worth of gas before clicking off. They need to update their gas equipment. Avoid this ARCO at all costs. read more

This was my brothers recent experience: Was just denied service at the AmPm off Bundy's canyon in Wildomar. My military ID is no good or a valid for of ID and neither is my Washington drivers License. California ID only. I asked since I am not a California resident I must not be welcomed. Do NOT Go here unless it is an emergency. I am been a customer of many gas stations for decades and I know how to pump gas. I am positive the female cashier was deliberately not letting me pump gas at one pump, then I sent to another and same problem. I paid inside and had plenty of money. The clerk (older with black hair) was wearing a mask but I could tell by her smirky voice that she was amused and harassing me. I will call their Corporate Compliance office and reporting her for playing with my money, time, and deliberately causing my emotional upset. Today I went into this store which is local to us and I support several times a week. My family and I will not be going there.or supporting this store again! I gad a major surgery on my sinuses and jaw I have a medical letter I cannot wear a mask I placed cash on counter to pump gas and was told they would not service me.I nicely explained i gave an exception and letter even disability plates. The manager came over and sai he was a privately owned company and didn't have yo help me. The cash was left with clerk and I had to go to my car and have another family member go backnin and ask them to start the pump. Manager proceeded to try and discuss how I was to blame and they didn't have to serve us. Only support local those that support there communities!! read more

Wow!!! I haven't wrote a review in forveerrrr but I just had to let everyone know how awesome this employee by the name of "GILDA" went above and beyond to help my boyfriend, myself and dogs (two lil yorkies) unlock our truck after I had locked the keys inside. If anyone knows me then they know how I feel about my dogs they are like my KIDS!!!! I was so close to breaking the windows because there was no way I was leaving them in there while Triple A came to help us. That would have been to long for them to be in the car, and yes I'm being a bit dramatic but I don't care:) I THANK ALL THE GODS FOR GILDA COMING TO THE RESCUE!!! If anyone from cooperate or her immediate supervisors happen to read this, this is the type of person you want working for your company!!! I won't come back to this am pm after 3 years of getting gas here. I came here at about 5 pm and there were 2 cashiers who were very rude. They then acted as if they didn't hear me, first, and then didn't speak English, secondly, when I asked about an apparent former employee (Reyna Marin) who was always so very nice when I came in each time. And proceeded to smirk and speak in Spanish back and forth to one another. No good customer service as I had always received with the other girl.
