This gas station is horrendous. Reminds me of a shell gas station on Avalan Blvd in Watts. Poorly maintained, Trash all over the floor, tagging on the dividers and not to mention the unpleasant smell. Gas is slightly at a higher cost than across the street. My wife went in 9/06 to buy some Tylenol at this shell. The owner had Charged once and said the transaction didn't go through, my wife checked her bank account and it had posted, but the Owner said it didn't go through so she ended paying twice. Now the only way to get her money back for the double charge was to come back and talk to the owner again but it seems like he's never there and with out schedule with work we're not able to be there Monday. I meant to post this last week. I typically don't write reviews unless a place truly deserves it. I had a frustrating experience. I stopped to get gas, but my card didn't work. I tried again, and still no luck. So, I moved to another pump and used a different card -still nothing. I thought, "Third time's the charm?" But nope. I decided to go inside for help, but the store was completely empty. I wandered around the store for about 5 minutes before a man casually walked out, with no sense of urgency. It was a Thursday morning, and I was already running late to work. I explained the situation to him, and he casually said, "Yeah, the pumps aren't working." I asked if he could ring me up inside for regular gas, and he said said, "No, it's not working." He was kind of rude, honestly. I then pointed out that there weren't any signs on the pumps or doors to indicate the issue. That would have saved everyone time, but he shrugged and said, "Someone's working on it." Who exactly? It felt like a ghost town, and I had been standing there for 20 minutes already. It would've taken 20 seconds to put up a simple "Out of Order" sign. I ended up doing what the worker should've been doing~-walking around to let other customers know the pumps weren't working. I just expected a bit more thoughtfulness, but maybe that's asking too much to ask. Oh, and did I mention it was pouring rain? read more

I ordered a fountain soda but there was no ice available from the machine. Daniel proactively took my refill cup and filled it with ice from the back to my satisfaction. The worst gas station in town!!! The station is always shut down because they don't have internet. The pumps don't work most of the time. You have to pull out cash at the atm there that charges $5 for a transaction. Rather drive another mile to get gas. read more

I went in for a water bottle this morning before gassing up my car and when I paid It was with a $50. Working with cash registers in the past I know there are "special" buttons for bill increments unbeknownst to me the cashier instead manually input $40 acting like everything was fine I started to walk away and then it dawned on me $13 for a water bottle was not right so I turned around and asked what the price is he informed me it was a mistake if you really ask me there's some shady shit going on wether it was truly a mistake or if he's trying to pocket an "easy" $10 either way management really should be aware that their employees are potentially scamming their customers read more

Weird layout, half the store is pretty much empty. There are absolutely no promotions on any drinks (water, energy drinks, soda, etc). I've never been to a gas station that had promotions.. Also, difficult to get out of the location if you want to head back to the freeway. read more

Just needed to pay with cash for a pump and waited over five minutes while older, skinny guy at the register was having a personal conversation with the guy in front of me(they're the only two in the store). After waiting a while, I tried handing my cash to the cashier and explaining that I need it on a pump, and am told to be patient. All while this guy is chatting & not doing his job. Convenient for those days I can't make it to Costco or Sam's Club! And way better quality than an Arco, Mobil, 7-Eleven. I find that my gas lasts longer with Shell so I'm willing to spend a little more for quality gas. This particular station however has SO many stalls with loose handles!!! Seriously, someone needs to update or upgrade these darned handles. Other than that, this station can get very busy and tight. It is very clean though and safe! read more

Shell has any size fountain drink for .69/.74 cents after tax. Best bargain if your looking to quench a big thirst. There soft drink sizes range from 22oz to 54oz. More bang for your buck! Give it a try next time your at a Shell Station. read more

Employees are thieves. I lost my debit card there this week. After getting the run around from employees, the original person I made the purchase with before misplacing my card informed me she had found it right after I left at the checkout area and put it into lost and found. But couldn't find it when i was there to retrieve and ask if it was there... The manger looked for it and couldn't find it anywhere. Knowing the card was in the "lost and found" I didn't cancel it and after speaking in person to the manager today, my card was used at Target by someone, all of my money from checking account was spent on purchased items over drafting my account. Leads me to believe someone working here stole my card and is a thief and I want answers. Will not return as a customer to this business have been a customer coming here for over 4 years. I came by to this Shell and it's a great option for those nearby. You'll find this Shell Gas Station right by the 215 freeway off of the Newport Rd exit in Menifee. It is your typical Shell.. and the only pro is here to refuel when leaving Hemet as options are limited driving on Domenigoni Parkway when freeway bound. read more

Dealt with the rudest cashier I think he was the owner he looked of Arabic or Indian descent, light eyes, skinny with grey whitish hair. My chip wasn't working and it was their machines fault. It kept saying swipe and then swipe not allowed and the man said I couldn't follow simple instructions he told me to wipe my chip on my shirt, and was very rude to me. I went across the street to chevron and they said it wasn't my card it was the card readers fault. And that I should never wipe my chip on my shirt because the friction will mess it up. His attitude was hostile, disgruntled and disgusting telling everyone I know about this. Learn something about customer service and don't degrade your employees for your shitty machines. read more

Their cashier Christina is a rude, surly and abusive young woman. Beware. Her lotto machine messed up and she tried to blame me. Told me the next time it happens she's going to charge me the extra money (I had a $4 ticket and the machine wanted $8) because she's not going to lose her job over my stupid lottery ticket. Sketchy people at night time, has a history of identity theft, and very dirty gas station. The only thing that convinces me to go here is their gas is better quality than others. However, if there was a chevron on this side of town this place would be out of business in a heart beat. read more

Key pads don't work at pumps, bathroom is flooded, line is backed up but the 2nd attendant didn't find it necessary to help. overall this station is a great stop, it is always stocked and they have a worker Manuel that is very friendly and can help you find anything you need. the del taco makes this station a quick stop if your on the go or in a hurry. I visit this station nearly every day if its after 5 o'clock it will be busy and you can expect a line even with 2 cash registers going, however the staff is pretty efficient and the lines move fast. with lotto and a decent coffee bar this station is my every day stop. read more
