The last two times I've gone in, I've dealt with the same employee (Art), and both experiences were unpleasant. This morning around 5 AM, the app said I was ready to pump but the pump said otherwise. When I walked inside, he walked away from the register, didn't acknowledge me, and kept me standing there. When he finally spoke, he said the pump wasn't working and got sarcastic when I asked what I should do next. He talked over me, told me to "get out the way" because people were behind me, and the overall attitude was rude and unprofessional. Not how anyone wants to start their day. The station itself is fine, but customer service early in the morning definitely needs improvement.
