Gas station clerk charge me $13.99 for 4 pieces. when I asked for a 2 piece and a biscuit ($6.99 by the way.) When I had seen it I was on my way to the car to enjoy my two-piece. Come to find that I didn't have a biscuit. So when I looked onto the receipt, I seen the mistake made confronted her about it, she said " oh sorry, my mistake,and that I just asked for the two piece no biscuit" Ashley was giving me the refund and putting back the two piece one biscuit order in. GREAT WASH! I always see people using this Car Wash and I can definitely see why now. My car came out spotless and there were very few wet spots! I paid $9.00 for a premium wash and my car was given a good scrubbing, I didn't feel rushed and the machine took its time. My car was very dusty after the wind and dust that flew onto it during my travels to other places and this place hit the spot. I'd recommend it, it's one of the better gas station washes you can find in the valley! Gas-wise, I wasn't too happy as it was $60+ to fill up my mid-size SUV. Note, this gas station gets very crowded and has tight entry ways, I'd be very cautious when driving by the pumps. read more

Absolutely abhorrent service, the ladies working here gave me attitude when I asked about the restrooms, and how the men's had an "authorized personnel only" sign over it. Mind you, they didn't take down nor fully cover the sign, so my question wasn't illegitimate. If they don't want people asking then maybe they should figure out how to properly take down the mens/women's restroom signs before snapping back at a paying customer. On July 5,2021..my car was damaged in the car wash, at this 76 Gas Station. Apparently, the car wash was broken; with no signs posted. And my vehicle was severely damaged..and the owner refuses to pay for the damages. My mother and I could have been killed in this incident. Spacious with a ton of pumps. I dig that it has a car wash because that is what I really needed. Before walking into the store you will notice pictures of folks who either are Hemet famous or maybe stole something? There was no sign telling me what I was supposed to be looking at. Anyway a works wash will set you back $6 which isn't too bad. Pay before you try to wash your car. You cannot do it at the actual wash kiosk. Fee for using your debit and you need to spend more than $10. I found out the hard way annoying those behind me. My car? It came out fairly clean but a few spots were still found. Either that or I have some deep rooted guilt about how dirty I let my car get and will never see it clean. "Spots!" I will yell from my padded cell, "spots all over the windshield! I told her $20 on pump 4 and she put me on #1, when I came back to the store she said, I told her pump #1 and even repeated it to me, I was like, that didn't happen at all! They price and label items one price and if you don't pay attention they will over charge you and say that the scan price is right and not the labeled price they physically put on the items themselves!!!!!!! I went to have a quick car wash and normally drive thru car washes are decent. This one has been by far the worse one I've experienced. I wasn't expecting my car to look like it was hand washed....but at least remove most of the visible dirt stains. When I called to say that the car wash wasn't working properly all the gas attendant had to say was it was not a hand car wash and my car wasn't supposed to be spotless. As I continue to explain that they should put an out of order sign so others don't buy a rinse he started to laugh about the situation. It's kinda funny because the pumps always seem to have an issue with the printers being out of paper or not being able to read my cards. This was even after replacing them by the bank. Gas prices tend to be decent here. The Mini mart isn't too bad and most of the ladies working have been kind and respectful. I'd have to say that this is one of the better 76 stations in the area. read more

Plenty of stations to pump gas. They always have pretty decent prices. Great location in the wal-mart shopping center. Pretty nice car wash and not too bad of a price. Pretty nice convenience store with a lot of goodies. Never had an issue with customer service. Doesn't get too crazy busy either. read more

If I could give no stars to this gas station I would. My husband purchased a few newspapers this morning so I could coupon with my friends and the papers were all missing the coupon inserts. He didn't know what to look for so he brought them home assuming they were in the paper and to his surprise as well as my own they weren't. When we went back to the gas station to let them know and ask if we could get papers with the coupons and inserts they stated they couldn't help us. It seems if you regulated the newspapers on the stands better people wouldn't take all of the Ads out and leave partial newspapers for those of us paying $2 each expecting a complete paper. Not only will I never be buying anything from your gas station again, but I will make sure to notify my friends to steer clear as well. Any establishment that says call the paper to report it because the delivery man most likely took the inserts is not a company I will give my business to. read more

On Monday morning ( June 2,2014) I went to the 76 gas station at 1111S.Sanderson,Hemet,Ca . I used my ATM card to get $30.00 worth of gas. There was a big mistake on the gas stations part because they charged me twice. I found out on June 5th when I checked my account. I went in the station on June 6,2014 and spoke with Brian Agha. I do not think he believe me so I went to my Bank and got proof I was double billed. He took and copy and he wrote down my ATM account numbers. He told me this would be taken care of within 2 days. I called back and spoke with him and he told me he had given the info to the corp. office? On Friday June. 13,2014 I left a message that if this was not credited back into my account by Wen. June 18th,2014 I would take action. Well, I was lied to by this man and I still have no $30.00 back in my checking account. I am going to go change my ATM number because I do not trust him to take money out of this account, even tough this would be fraud. I reported this crap to my bank and they will take care of this. If this is not resolved within 10 working days I will take him to small claims. It is a small amount but he lied to me many times and is just being a big jerk. This man a pulled this crap on the wrong woman. Never will I ever do any business with any 76 station. All he had to do is be fair and do the correct thing.He could not even do that. This is poor business and I will spread the word. What I say is true and I can back it all up! BEWARE OF THIS MAN. HE IS NOT TRUTHFUL. This gas station has been reported to consumer affairs and the state of California. Legal Action pending. read more
