TIDY WALGREENS... with not a lot of traffic or lines at the pharmacy. I like this Walgreens as the staff is always pleasant and I can easily find what I need and leave. The store has a lot of food, candy, drinks, make-up products and vitamins. The store is pretty quiet and you don't run into too many crazy situations. If there is a zero or negative rating, I would have picked it. This branch has pharmacy assistants that need more customer service training. The pharmacists are okay but the assistants have zero service knowledge. There was only 2 people on the line while one assistant was helping a customer. There were lots of pharmacy staff inside but only 1 was helping the customers in line. Another one just came back from a break (probably) but guess what she did even when she saw that there were people in line waiting... she did something else other than help those in line, and had to be told by a pharmacist to help out before she finally went to the counter. But guess what, her counter had a small problem (a drawer can't be fully opened) but there was 1 more open register that she can use... yeah, she didn't do it. So while the one assistant who was now not helping the customer ahead of me because of, I don't know, was typing something on the computer and looking on his phone alternately, the poor guy ahead of me waited (he could been here for more that 30 minutes because I was waiting for more than 10 minutes before an assistant helped me). So I gave them the information that was needed according to the text they sent me, but lo and behold, the assistant was asking me what I needed... so I asked her if she can see anything on their system that required me to go there and provide what they needed... and she said yes but she still had to ask me to make sure... REALLY???? I already told her that I got a text and that I am being asked to provide my insurance, and which I already did, and she still has to ask me why I was there? It's a pharmacy, duh! And as it is, they did not work on my prescription even if the text I got says that I just needed to provide my insurance info.... read more

Please if you ever need a prescription filled go somewhere else I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I get a text saying it's ready it's not . They tell me wait 15-20 mins I be curious and wait 30 they then tell me come back tomorrow. How do you not see that as a problem? Then the attitude you get is crazy ! For what ? This review is specifically for the drive thru pharmacy. The girls working the morning shift have zero customer service. No greetings. They took 20 minutes just to tell me they couldn't find the medication and then another 15 minutes to check me out. I had another car waiting behind me and they took off. It was also in the morning when it wasn't busy I was the only car. They are just so incompetent idk why they get jobs they obviously hate. Walgreens does not care about the well-being of its customers depending on medications. Prescriptions are never filled, employees do not apologize, waits upwards of 40 mins to only be told its not ready, and dismissed. No one ever answers the phone or gives a damn. You opt for auto-refill, not fulfilled . Some people are on LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS, that missing a dose is life threatening. You wait on hold for the end of time, and they disconnect. Since this is the only one in the area, they treat customers as nothing but a nuisance. I am still waiting for my medication I need to live, first time filling it they did not have it ready, came back 40 mins later, waiting for additional 20 mins to be told out of stock and unknown when it would be in stock, a week goes by still same status. I finally complain via email and miraculously it was there 10 days of me waiting because they didnt update the computer, no sorry nothing. I do auto refill this time, not delivered or filled prior to me running out, told on app would be delivered today, its still in received status. Im currently waiting on hold for 50 mins. I just spoke with two individuals at 8pm, after waiting for 50 mins to only blame me that is my insurance, when asked why the update on the app does not say so or why was I not contacted, I was scoffed at. I asked for the Pharmacist name and was told they are busy and cannot give me that information, i was put on hold for another person Ariana stated i need to repeat my whole story and told me she will not give me any information to file any complaint and she will make a note to her manager that I am maming a complaint because she does not care, then she laughed and disconnected. I am a government employee and will make sure all my clients do not go here, Walgreens does absolutely nothing but an artificial email, they will train. There is no empathy for customers anymore. I will be filing a co.plaint with DCHS regarding this come Monday. Please contact me, and not the damn store that does nothing. I want to know exactly what action will be taken. I have using this pharmacy recently and have experienced poor customer service here. There's a pharmacist named John who always puts me on hold and makes me wait for a long time. Then when he picks up the phone and he is so rude, cold and rushes you so quickly before you have the chance to say anything, and then he hangs up on you. My child's medication is time sensitive and it's not ok for a pharmacist to act like this. This pharmacist needs to be written up for poor customer service and unprofessionalism. read more

The pharmacy is trash don't even dare going here go to the only rite aid in town or even Walmart. Anywhere from here! The people that work at the pharmacy are lazy, impotent rude people! This place needs to be reconstructed and I mean to the extent that it runs without a glitch. No one has a radio for assistance a shopper needed help and she was told five times to go to the front for help and the workers are just standing around waiting for the clock to go home. I mentioned it before but it goes on deaf ears, the people who are at the register could careless I'm counting seven and there's three open this is not helping the situation, to top it off they have no bags for groceries! I recently moved into the area and chose this pharmacy because of the location. I have had so many problems getting my prescriptions filled. I had an Emergency Room doctor send a prescription for pain to be filled. It has been 2 days and I still have not received the medication. This is leaving me In horrible pain. Not the pharmacist... is acting like he is the pharmacist... again TECH.. stay in your lane.. first he says.. the last time I picked up this med was in Aug...did I pick some up at another place... NO.. Then he has to see if he has some.... then he needs to call the doctor.... then my insurance only covers 7 days then I have to come back for the remaining... All this because he is profiling. I've gone in a few time to pick up medication for my children, but this was the first time I picked up a prescription for myself. Both times the pharmacists tech was amazing and funny. The pharmacist not so much, she was a little pushing and not much help. Seems like the tech knows the computers and SOP better than her. I was in a rush to get to work and she made it a priority for me to be in and out as quickly as possible and gave great customer service. Wish I caught her name. To say these people are incompetent is an understatement. They have screwed my mother's prescriptions on 3 occasions now from giving them to another customer and not letting her pick them up because they "were already sold" to giving the incorrect amount and refusing to fix the issue. This could potentially be a life and death situation, some people need their medicine to survive. Thank God that wasn't the case with my mother. Horrible service. Bertha screwed up my purchase so manager had to help her. She was just as bad, extremely rude. I had to ask her several times what her name was and she did not want to keep her name tag turned so I could read and spell her name correctly, it was Arcelia. While I was reading my receipt I saw she missed 5 coupons so they had to ring it up a third time and blamed me because I confused her with my coupons. what a load of crap. She was just a moron. My mother uses this pharmacy for her pain medication. She has been shorted several times. When she first noticed, she tried calling the store-they were less than helpful and did not seem to take this as the serious issue it is. We insist, now, that they count her pills out in front of her before we leave the store. read more
