Not Mexican Friendly, personal experience but the cashier had the biggest smile and great service up until I got to the register with my Mexico hoodie.. he did not once look up, say my total, or anything of the sort, but was really friendly with the middle aged white woman that was right in front of me. Worst service and the longest wait we've ever had to endure for a vaccine. The guy behind the counter younger asian guy was terrible. Very slow, didn't know how to work the computer, when we asked what Walgreens carried a vaccine that they apparently don't offer at that one specific Walgreens he responded with "I don't know". So apparently Walgreens systems aren't connected or they're just too lazy to look it up. Pretty sure it's the latter. It's not understaffed, it is lazy staff, no boss to take control, there were people waiting that looked so dead inside. Not one smile in the entire room. Everyone was furious. They would call names and literally whisper them through the plexiglass. Almost like they were trying not to have to help someone. Just pure laziness at that Walgreens. This happens everytime we have to go there. Closest Walgreens to us besides this one is 20 minutes away. But the 20 min there and 20 minutes back is still less than the wait time when there's only 2 freaking people in line at this Walgreens. They should be embarrassed and should definitely start firing the lazy workers. There's people so many older people who have to come there for their medicine and they just don't care. They will have them standing for an hour to pickup a medication because only one person knows how to work the computer and they're at lunch. read more

The worst pharmacy service that I've seen, ever. I only go here because it's the close to me. My wife keeps telling me to use CVS, it's time to switch to a more reliable pharmacy with better service and good customer skills. My issues with this Walgreens has gone for far too long, years. Seems every time I go the lines are always long and there Pharmacy techs are always different, employee turnover. I spent 45 minutes yesterday at the drive through, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window then it was another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. The young Asian tech asked me for birthdate, remember this. He the said I'll be right back with your prescription, yeah! I decided to time them and waited about 5 minutes and pushed the call button, no reply for another 5 minutes. Don't tell me you'll be right back when you won't be right back. If you're busy tell me, I'll be okay with that. Learn some customer skills, let people know that it's really busy so that the customer isn't just sitting there waiting not knowing what's going on. I've also experienced a tech asking me for my birthdate and not confirming my address. I work in the medical industry and work with pharmacy's, so I know what they're supposed to ask to confirm that the correct meds are being given to the right person. I have also gone inside thinking things might be better, wrong. I keep giving these people the benefit of the doubt, constantly being disappointed. I can go on and on about various bad experiences here, but I've rambled enough. Made my mind up, done with Walgreens, as soon as I can I'm changing pharmacy's the closest CVS. My wife used to go here for my mother in laws meds. She was happy with the service. read more

Would give this pharmacy no stars if I could. They are always out of medications and they take forever to fill. The employees couldn't care less about their job and aren't very customer friendly. I've especially had bad experience with a younger male employer who has dark hair with bangs that almost cover his face. On multiple occasions he's been rude and seemingly careless. The area around the pharmacy is also dirty and unkept, literal dust on the floor. We've tried giving this place so many chances and we've finally had to switch to another pharmacy. read more

I'm a long time customer of Walgreens. All my RXs are at Walgreens for at least 20years. This is the worst one I've been to. Pharmacist is so rude. I just moved to the area from Eastvale, only 20 mins away and that Walgreens was so nice. I do have a RX that is controlled but I've been on this medication for years and it's in my records, yet the pharmacist gives me such a suspicious attitude without cause EVERY time I've gone in. Being my first time using the Walgreens photo center.. I can guarantee I won't be back. I got a text that says my medication was ready so I headed down a few hours after when I got out of work. When I got there I waited in line and they were having a hard time finding the medication for the person in front of me. Her son had to go to the bathroom so they called me up and the lady at the counter could not find my medication and two other people had to come help. I waited for 10 mins for them to find it and THE PHARMACIST found it in another bin. It was ridiculous! I pulled up thru the drive thru at 11am, and the lady said it would be ready by 12:30. So I pull up to the drive thru at 12:23 and had to wait 17 minutes to be helped. By the time they looked up my medicine they said it would take about another 15 minutes. The guy asked me to come inside the store. I wait in line for 13 minutes for them to tell me that they were still being "verified" so they had me sit down on the waiting area. I been sitting down for the past 16 minutes and they still haven't called me. The line inside is ridiculously long as well and everyone looks annoyed. Will not be coming back here again. I had a horrible experience two years ago and never came back and decided today to come back the first time in two years and Im reminded why I will never spend 1 single cent here ever again. The customer service is horrible they would only fill half my prescription and limit pain medication to a 7 day supply. My prescription was for 60 Norco I either had to pay cash for the full amount of my prescription or I had to forfeit 30 pills and only take half the prescription. Completely ridiculous policy !! I had two canvas ordered for a Christmas present and when I went to pick them up, I was told they were out of the material and it wouldn't be done until after Christmas. Went back a couple of times still not done. Got an email saying my order was ready. If I could give the rating lower I would. Over the past 10 years, Walgreens customer service and EXPECIALLY the pharmacy has gone down hill. The last time I visited this store was in January 2023. There were dogs in the store that engaged in an altercation. Not one store employee did anything about it. The line to check out was past the photo dept, only one cashier. Finally a cashier opened. I had approximately 10 items, one was a vitamin buy one get one. When the cashier inputted the vitamins, they came up full price on both. I told her that these were bogo. Her comment was that she had no way to verify that and she didn't have a scanner. I suggested she call someone or go see on the item on the shelf. She called someone but they never came after waiting another 5 minutes. The cashier finally said to me, do you still want these? I told her no I don't, I don't want anything and I left. I will never go into a Walgreens EVER! The experience I had that day was one of many. The pharmacy isn't much better. read more
