This is the closest Walgreens that does Passport photos which they advertise and have posted in the store. My wife and I decided to go today hoping there wouldn't be too many people. There weren't too many people, the clerk was busy with someone else so another clerk came by and asked us if we needed help. We explained that we needed a passport picture and he said that they were out of 4x7 paper and wouldn't be getting some until Tuesday. He said to come back Wednesday morning and also suggested we go to another Walgreens. If you advertise Passport photos can be done here, then do passport photos. read more

What a bunch of Yahoo's! I sent a message to my doctor to renew my prescription. They sent me a message back on 4/11@ 2:06 pm saying "I refilled your prescription." I called this dandy bunch on 4/19 & got their automated system, acknowledged the prescription & it said it would be ready on 4/21 after 11 am. I thought that was strange but this morning the phone rang & the robot message said my prescription was ready for pickup. So after having dinner I went at 7:30pm to pick it up. NOT READY!!! They said they had not heard from the doctor. Waste of time, gas & effort for absolutely nothing. Either their phone system sucks or they dropped the ball. Went to this pharmacy on crutches. I did choose this pharmacy because I know it is pretty well stocked with everything. However the knee brace I can in for was all the way in the back, literally the farthest point from the door. So I hobbled back there in my crutches. The cashier was compassionate but didn't have the sense to call someone to help me. I got my brace and walked by like 6 employees, none of which offered to help me carry my brace to the cashier. So I give them credit for at least being well stocked and the nice cashier but I really feel like the should be offering more help to injures people that come in. read more

I do agree with most of the reviews. Why four stars ? I'm talking about my recent experience. I dropped by CVS to get my daughter's prescription. It's been a week since it was sent to them. I'm wondering if they just texted or left a message at the wrong number. So, I got there to inquire. I was told that the order is there but they haven't filled it yet. Why ? They don't have it. He said the nearest place that has it is CVS Highlands. I was surprised that they did not even call me to let me know that it will not be filled as promised, which is the next day after 6pm last week. Good thing is Walgreens have it ! I was told that it might be filled in 2 hours, same day depending on CVS faxing and transfering the order to them. They texted me the next day, got the meds in 5 minutes of wait. I think between 1-2:30 pm is a good time to get anything from the pharmacy. No long lines, no grumpy customers, no yelling over the phone.... read more

If you want to die from getting incorrect prescriptions, then by all means come here. If you want to live, go to Elsewhere. I am pregnant and my doctor called in a prescription. When I got there to pick it up, I didn't realize that #1 they gave me the wrong medication that could have caused a miscarriage or birth defects!!! Then, for another prescription, they gave me a different size needle than what the doctor prescribed but they lied to me saying the doctor prescribed it. They don't even use that size of needle!!! They also charged me a very high price for the syringes BC insurance only covered the needles! Way to take advantage, Walgreens! On a side note, the pharmacy staff was dangerously outspoken with giving incorrect information and having a rude attitude with everyone who approached the counter. I have been a decade long customer at this store. No longer. I went to pick up a photo and waited for 15 literal minutes, asked for someone to be paged, waited longer. I stepped behind the counter to look under the M's. A young woman came running at me and verbally accosted me using extremely offensive hand gestures. I asked to speak to the store manager and learned that she was the manager. I told her rude and offensive behavior like this is unacceptable to customers and that she needed to take a course in customer service. She continued to be rude. Horrible customer service. Usually no one is working at the photo counter. Employees avoid eye contact and look busy with inventory so they don't actually have to help customers. Emails that photos are ready are sent automatically - however, no one checks that the printer is loaded - so photos are not necessarily ready. There is no apology or attempt to make things right. I am about to make my third trip there today to try to pick up 6 photos that were supposedly ready 9 hours ago. I hope they ask me AGAIN if I want to donate to children in poverty. I'll donate when they stop grossly overpricing medications and convenience foods. read more

My father goes to this Walgreens on almost a daily basis. Usually the drive through pharmacy. Today he gave the pharmacist a $20 bill for a $5 prescription. He asked for his change and they argued that he only gave a $5. He just came from atm so knows he only had 20's. I called and spoke to store Manager who said he counted the till and was balance so my said my father is mistaken. Do you really think as much money as he spends in their store he would argue over $15. The store manager is willing to loose a very regular customer who gas spent $1000's of dollars at his store over $15 that his employee mishandled. I go to this drugstore for all my drugstore needs! Make-ups, lotions, contact solution... Pretty much all hygiene products and candy to sneak into theaters (sorry mission grove.. Too expensive!) The service is usually OK. I come in and no one knows Sign Language, makes it trivial to shop. Wish they would hire someone to sign asl. Some of the products are a little expensive, but it's a drugstore. Nothing goes above expectation. Might be better off finding a target. read more

I just had the worst experience at my local Walgreens pharmacy. I've been there numerous times to pick up prescriptions and they've never been overly friendly but never outride rude and disrespectful. I used the app to pay for my prescription for the first time and when I went to the window the lady didn't greet me or say anything but "name". I then told her that I had a code from using the online services. She walked away...Then came back and said, "code" so I gave her the code that I was issued when I used the app to pay online. Then she gave me my total, I then stated "I believe I paid online, did the payment not go through?" Then she cut me off and with the worst attitude said, " I was just telling you your total!" She then walked away and came back, threw the medication in the payment window and said, "there you go"! And walked away... didn't have ask me if I wanted the pharmacist to explain the medication or ask me if I had any questions or even a goodbye. Unbelievable! I've never had service this bad before, and to not feel good on top of it has put me over the top. Even though this is the closest pharmacy to me I will NEVER return!!! read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I called their number and instead of answering their phone, they pick up and immediately put the call back on hold. No questions, no response. Just pick up and click... back to hold music. This happened 8 times in a row. If they're not going to answer their phone, then why not just leave me in the queue instead of acting like they're answering the phone when they're not. I get that they may be busy but at least come on the phone and tell me you're busy and need to put me on hold. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

If i could give zero stars i would on their pharmacy drive up. This is the most unorganized, lazy drive Thur i have ever been through for Phramacy pick up with a car full of sick kids! On several occasions over a 30 day period I have pulled up to have them see my car (only one in drive Thur) to wait 10+ minutes before they say a word. I clipped a few coupons and also had a $9 off of $30 reward that I wanted to use. Got all my items and went to the register. I put in my phone number for my rewards and the cashier said the coupons weren't showing on the card. She called a manager to assist because she said she had no control over how the digital coupons worked. The manager did not help us at all... she went to the other register and didn't bother coming over. All she said was that I needed to find the bar code on the app and scan it. Ummmm, that advice was no help!!! She didn't even bother showing us and she had an attitude. Thankfully someone else came out the back and was able to show me what to do. They need to train the staff better and go over how to be courteous. read more

Drive thur line is always packed. Seems like they are always under staffed! Employees are too rude, you press the button for service at the drive thru and they rapidly say they are busy helping other customers and hang up on you with out even giving their customers a chance to talk, that is extremely poor customer service!!! When they do service the 2 lanes in the drive thru they often take them out of order and make the customers even more upset!!! read more

This pharmacy will NEVER get it together. I actually switched over to CVS a while ago and the only reason I had to use them this time around was because my Doctor didn't know I changed pharmacies when she sent my medication. This time around I decided to use the Walgreens Express pass - WHAT A JOKE!!! They sent me a text so I could set this up and you're suppose to be able to pay for it prior to pick-up and once you get there, they are to have a dedicated line just for the customers who have paid this way. Once you pay, they send you a text with the confirmation code they scan. When I got there, the line was 4 people deep and they were all waiting in the line specifically dedicated for people with the pass. When it was my turn, I asked the girl "isn't there suppose to be a dedicated line for this", and she apologized and said I know, we're suppose to but we were told to serve everyone in the line. It's not the girls fault they have to do what the manager wants. This manager needs to be fired. He doesn't know how to manage or communicate with customers. Sometimes he's nice but when he gets frustrated because you can't understand him, he starts getting louder and short with you. He should just fill the prescriptions and do the consultations when needed. He's good at that. read more

My Doctor sent 3 prescriptions electronically together on the same order, but Walgreens told me that my doctor only sent two of the prescriptions. I called the doctors office and they sent the request 8 more times and the NP called them as well. I called later and was on hold 40 minutes before anyone answered my call and then hung up on me. I called again later and they said they still hadn't received the order. I called the doctors office after hours and my doctor called them on the physicians line and no one answered. She ordered it again and left a message as well. The pharmacist said there were no more prescriptions that went through and said there were no voice messages. I let him know that I had been trying to get this prescription filled all day. He checked again and said my doctors voice mail had just come through and he finally filled my medication fifteen minutes to losing time. read more

I had my doctors office phone in prescription ~ I went about 2 hrs later and was told they never check the voicemail that doctor leave for new medication orders. Went this morning to pick up prescription, pharmacy should be open at 8 but they put a sign saying 820.. 8:30 comes around and a worker let's us know the pharmacist is on the freeway and unsure when he will be in. Super inconsiderate all around honestly. A line of 5 people, I had a class that I missed because of this issue. I never complain because I've worked in retail & customer service but this was ridiculous. I didn't even stay because it was a waiting game at that point. I've been going to this store for about 5 years now I have at least three Class 2 drugs that I have to pick up and in the last five years I've had at least 10 instances where they gave my drugs away to somebody else who had short-term medication even though I'm constantly coming here they do not have my medication today when I came there they told me they would not have my medication until Tuesday even though I was out on this past Tuesday I am sick of the stories they give me this time was that the manager can order enough which means they don't have reorder accounts they don't have computer systems they just have managers that actually calculate the number of pills they need each week and then order them you would think a person like myself who's been there that long going for those medications that they would have my medications always available but instead they finally choose to give away to short-term medication type people and I go without I'm done with the store I won't be back that'll take about 10 medications away from them I hope it does something to hurt them besides my telling everybody I know and hitting every site that I can to let them know they do this I'm done read more

I just wasted 2 trips here today. Ordered address labels online and went to pick them up. They said that there was a problem that they needed a photo tech for so they would call me when the prints were fixed and ready and that I was a priority. The photo tech wasn't scheduled to come in until 4pm and I was there at 130. So it's now 730pm and I just walked out because the photo tech said "yeah they should have told you to reorder them there's nothing I can do". And then just walked away with her attitude. I have Kaiser and regularly use Kaiser pharmacy. Today I had to use a Walgreens Pharmacy because I went to a non Kaiser doctor. I went through drive thru and the woman who answered was very kind and explained they do not accept Kaiser and it would be cash pay. I thanked her for explaining and told her I understood. The price of the medication was much more expensive than I thought I would be and it was a medication I will need to pick up every month for life. As I am thinking the price over in my mind the woman explains that there is a more price effective way of getting this medication using my Kaiser insurance instead of paying cash at Walgreens. Walgreens may have lost money over this one prescription but I will be a loyal Walgreens customer forever because of this employee's kindness and helpfulness. She went above and beyond to help me get my medication at an affordable price when she did not have to do this. Thank you very much for helping me save money when I need it most. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Dropped off my prescription at 530 p.m. And was told it would be 30 min. Well that was absolutely false! Didn't get my meds until 730 and I had told them I needed them as my children were being watched and I live in menifee not riverside. I wouldn't have even gone here but it was on my way home from my doc appointment. There was two girls working that did a stellar job and I feel bad they have to work for such a lazy pathetic pharmacist. The only reason I write this review is because as 7 pm came around I was frustrated and started asking where the heck my prescription was and the Lil pharmacist tried giving me attitude and making excuses even though I watched him be lazy as his workers were running around like crazy trying to get the lines and customers down. The pharmacist is someone I have dealt with before when I lived in riverside and he is a condescending prick! He is lucky I'm a dad and don't want to go to jail as I would love to slap his ugly face. I will give the girl workers 10 stars though as they truly worked hard and didn't treat anyone bad when it was busy and customers were grumpy. They stayed polite and did the best they could to keep everyone happy. I wish I had got their names so I could call corporate and tell them what great employees they were but they need to get rid of that pharmacist asap. I feel like Walgreens could be a great spot if they focused on their pharmacist having customer service. read more

Drug store is fine. But almost every time I use the photo services there are problems. Either the photos have a pink tint or are cut off... Ect. They are although good at compensating for mistakes. I do not recommend using their photo services. read more
