Very helpful easy and was fast I'm so glad I came here to get a wash . I keep loving how fast and easy the make it

I've been a subscriber at Quick Quack for about three months and have gone through the wash around 20 times. At first, I enjoyed the convenience, but the overall experience has been consistently disappointing. Like many other reviewers have mentioned and my own experience, the microfiber towels are frequently not stocked, and there have been many times where ive been in a stall where the hoses were missing or not working at all. Those issues alone weren't deal breakers for me but what happened on June 1st absolutely was. During a routine wash, the system ripped out and destroyed my front license plate cover, bent my license plate, and caused minor damage to the plastic bumper. For context, the plate cover was installed at the dealership using a screw gun, so it was secure. No damage had also occured during the preivous visits. After inspecting the damage, it's clear something in the wash likely a brush moving side to side toward the end caught the cover, yanked the screw out, and tore everything forward. The screw holes were warped outward, and the mounting bracket itself was bent, which doesn't happen from a "loose" plate like they claim. I filed a claim on-site, and to no surprise, Quick Quack responded with their standard copy‑and‑paste denial: "We are not responsible for damage to vehicles with unsecured items." Except the damage suggests the "item" was secured until their equipment forcibly ripped it out. Another thing customers should know: Quick Quack will not release video footage unless it's subpoenaed or requested by your insurance. If they damage your vehicle, I strongly recommend filing a police report and going through your insurance if you want any chance of seeing the footage or getting a reasonable outcome. This whole experience has completely changed my view of Qiuck Quack's car washes. Not only did this wash damage my car, but over time I also noticed the usual micro‑scratches and dulling of the finish that come with these systems. The convenience just isn't worth it. I won't be renewing my subscription, and I can't recommend Quick Quack to anyone. If you care about your car, you're better off hand‑washing it yourself even a simple home setup like a rubbit car wash system will give you better results and far fewer headaches. Edit 6/4/26 - Response to Qiuck Quack Whether the plate had two screws or four is irrelevant the plate was fully attached to my vehicle when I entered your wash. Your equipment should not be catching, bending, or ripping it off. If normal wash materials can "catch" a securely mounted plate, that points to a problem with the wash equipment, not the customer's vehicle. Your response also leans heavily on the idea that license plates are "not factory-installed," but that doesn't change the fact that they are legally required, permanently mounted components of every vehicle on the road. Claiming they are excluded from the damage policy because they aren't installed at the factory, feels like a technicality used to avoid responsibility rather than a reasonable policy. It's pointless to bring up how it was secured when it would not have even mattered, the claim would have been denied either way. Additionally, two screws on a plate instead of four is completely normal and common. Many vehicles come with only two mounting points, and California plates are routinely mounted with two screws. If your wash requires four screws to avoid damage, that should be clearly posted before entering, not mentioned after the fact. The bottom line is simple: - The plate was attached when I entered, and it was damaged inside your wash. - Your equipment should not be pulling on or bending a properly mounted plate under any circumstances! I appreciate the response, but it doesn't address the core issue or the responsibility your wash has to ensure its equipment does not damage standard, legally required vehicle components. read more

Do not come to this car wash ! About 70% of the vacuums do not work! Only 10% of the towel dispensers had towels ! It's freaking ridiculous ! For what we pay monthly they should be working and fully stocked. read more

Considering I don't check my reviews often, is because of the delay. Guys, I didn't have the truck 10 days... There were no scratches, per pictures I have of the vehicle before I took delivery. At the car wash, after I noticed the scratches, which were now apparent, I'm told that your machinery can cause damage to black paint and that black paint was weaker paint and more susceptible to scratching. So please, save your "it's not our fault" nonsense. I'd rather you just said sorry and I could call it a day. But whatever cockamamie "review" that was done is obviously for self preservation. But do you realize how stupid it sounds? My car is garaged, it's 10 days old, I have pictures before I took delivery, BUT the first carwash I get damage "magically" appears... but don't worry, it couldn't be your fault! It's not like your employees told me black paint easily scratches, and that black paint is weaker than other colors... read more

The employees are friendly, smiling and busy keeping things clean and the micro-fiber towel containers full of clean towels! My concerns are the soapy water isn't always soapy water- sometimes it's barely soapy; no suds at all. The other concern is tire and wheels, or maybe I should ask- may I run through once more? Just curious. Otherwise- I wish you had a Quick Quack Car Wash in the west side of Menifee too! Thanks! read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Perris, California

I've never been harassed about the rags I use. I normally use them to wash the car and to use until I come back and return them . Yet today a worker came up to me asked me about the rags I had in the car which I was going to use and about the old ones that I was about to put back. I did not appreciate that and in other locations nobody really asks me about what I will do. It was this young man named William kept harassing me about the use of the rags. I really did not appreciate the constant bothering of them. I will probably not come back to this car wash as often as I do because it was pretty bothersome. Honestly I do not recommend. This interaction really messed up the way I feel about this location. I understand that towels are not meant to be taken, and I respect that policy. However, I was approached twice by the same employee in a way that felt excessive and uncomfortable. I've seen other customers do the same without being stopped, so the repeated attention toward me made me feel singled out and unfairly treated. I would appreciate staff enforcing policies consistently and respectfully with all customers. read more

The car wash service is great. However, due to no license plate I have used my vin number. Somehow 2 accounts were created and I was being billed for both. I was told that One account was cancelled and as a courtesy I received a free wash for a month and maintained my 1 account. So I thought. This was in November. Come to find out, I'm still getting billed for both. Now I've had them both cancelled and was not provided a free month or a refund for the other account for January. they were attempting to get a payment and were unable to( I locked my card). When they were able to finally get a payment, my service did not start from the date paid but rather when they were supposed to get paid For example if my payment is due on the 14 th and they received payment on the 28th. My service will end on the 14 th not the 28th. It's like I missed 2 weeks of service. read more

The wash ripped my Chevy emblem off the front, it was found inside the car wash. They are claiming they are not responsible. My SUV is a 2024 less than 2 months old with less than 1000 miles on it. I was really hoping they would take responsibility for it but no. Customer care is a joke they just say they can't help yet it's their phone number on the bottom of the email denying the claim. read more

Their spot free is not spot free. You have to wipe off your car or you will have white spots all over. They don't open on time. Been here multiple times at one point 30 minutes after opening time and they were still closed. The wash ripped off my front license plate bracket and completely damaged my front bumper. They refuse to cover the damage because my car is more than 5 years old. They just make up excuses not to cover the damage they caused. In response to the business's comment this bracket was installed at Camino Real Chevrolet when I purchased the vehicle. The way the bracket mounts to the bumper you can only use 2 screws. Management just keeps making excuses. They wont take blame for their crap car wash. read more

THEY NEVER HAVE TOWELS. It's so frustrating!Every time I ask for them before I go into the wash they always give me an excuse or attitude. I only come here because it's close to my house. I pay the top tier membership. I expect to have towels. Dry ones would be preferred, but at this rate I will take the wet ones and hope they are clean. Never have I had a positive experience here. So disappointed in this location. I pay a monthly membership for this, and try to go on a weekly basis. It seems to get worse each time I go. The staff is very friendly which is nice. I went yesterday, and first off my car completely halted in the middle of the wash cycle, I still had soap on my vehicle, along with lots of water that wasn't dried by the blower, I was given a towel to dry but it was like drying my car with a soaked towel (with so much left over water) The grounds were disgusting and filthy, trash cans over filled, with trash all over the ground. From the 2 vacuums I had to use, one was completely broken and the other didn't work. I wonder if there is new management? I don't recommend this location at all. read more

Every time I come here there is never any towels. I've been here at 8am and in the evenings smh ‍

Decided to try out the monthly membership after seeing how expensive just one wash is. And from what I saw it's nothing special, no difference from the other cheaper car washes around town. For being that expensive for the best wash and to leave it dirty on the bottom of the car, water streaks, wheels were still dirty and let alone spot free rinse didn't work, just didn't impress me. Also they offer a towel to dry off the car after the wash is done, which is nice, but only if they handed actual dry towels would it make sense. I got 3 towels and they where all wet. When I asked if I could get a dry towel the person working there ( was very kind and polite ) stated they just came out of the dryer. As they say first impressions mean something and unfortunately this car wash didn't. I'll give it a go perhaps in the near future. Update 1/15/2023 I sent 2 emails as asked from the post on my response and as of now no one has contacted me back. Customer service is non existent here. read more

So I have a membership there, I pay 35.99 and the vacuums there suck. The Perris location has the worst vacuums of any quick quack. I also went last night at 8:32pm and asked to buy an air freshener. I was told I had to keep going because they couldn't help me in that line and had to walk back since they had to keep the line moving. There was no one in front of me nor behind me. It was a poor excuse to not want to help me. I will just be going to the Moreno Valley locations. read more

I was super excited to take my kids through the car wash to let them see the neon lights, but I guess that was only available with the upgraded car washes??? That sucks because this place is already a few dollars more than the other car wash across the street, which I would've went to especially if I would have known that 2/3 vacuum stalls I drove up to had broken vacuums! Later I tried to call to tell them about the broken vacuums, but the phone just kept going to a busy signal. Little called 4x's. Only my second time here, and I don't think we will be back. read more

Dear Sirs, I would like to file a complaint against the business listed below. After multiple washes, I noticed that the remnants of a bug that hit my windshield was still there. So I went through the car wash again and noticed that the spinning brush wheel that cleans the front of the hood, top of the hood and the windshield wasn't working. I inquired within to ascertain what the problem was. I was told that a work order had been submitted and they were waiting, to get the brush fixed. After 7~8 more washes the brush was still broken. I inquired, through email, to customer support as to why customers weren't being made aware that they weren't receiving a complete car wash for their money, a cost of up to $31.99 per wash. I received an email stating that they would cancel my subscription, as of Oct 5, 2023. They did not address the broken wheel or why they continue to deceive their customers. This location is always busy, with many customers waiting inline and paying cash. I feel that their business practices need to be addressed. Thank you read more
