Considering I don't check my reviews often, is because of the delay. Guys, I didn't have the truck 10 days... There were no scratches, per pictures I have of the vehicle before I took delivery. At the car wash,after I noticed the scratches, which were now apparent, I'm told that your machinery can cause damage to black paint and that black paint was weaker paint and more susceptible to scratching. So please, save your "it's not our fault" nonsense. I'd rather you just said sorry and I could call it a day. But whatever cockamamie "review" that was done is obviously for self preservation. The car wash service is great. However, due to no license plate I have used my vin number. Somehow 2 accounts were created and I was being billed for both. I was told that One account was cancelled and as a courtesy I received a free wash for a month and maintained my 1 account. So I thought. This was in November. Come to find out, I'm still getting billed for both. Now I've had them both cancelled and was not provided a free month or a refund for the other account for January. they were attempting to get a payment and were unable to( I locked my card). When they were able to finally get a payment, my service did not start from the date paid but rather when they were supposed to get paid For example if my payment is due on the 14 th and they received payment on the 28th. Their spot free is not spot free. You have to wipe off your car or you will have white spots all over. They don't open on time. Been here multiple times at one point 30 minutes after opening time and they were still closed. The wash ripped off my front license plate bracket and completely damaged my front bumper. They refuse to cover the damage because my car is more than 5 years old. They just make up excuses not to cover the damage they caused. In response to the business's comment this bracket was installed at Camino Real Chevrolet when I purchased the vehicle. The way the bracket mounts to the bumper you can only use 2 screws. The following was my experience and or opinions: I just cancelled my subscription from Quick Quack. I had my usual vehicle in the shop (collision repairs) therefore I had to get a rental. I went to get this rental washed and knowing that I had a long standing subscription, I didn't think much of it. When I entered the location I told the female employee of my situation BUT she wouldn't allow my rental to get washed until I call corporate. I thought this was awfully cheap and awkward as I wondered why she wouldn't swap the vehicles herself instead of making me call their corporate office on a Saturday. Regardless however cheap & nasty I felt this was, I remained calm & silent and attempted to call corporate. To my further surprise, this Perris location manager MADE ME REVERSE MY TRUCK along with a couple others behind me rather than send me through the wash and I thought WOW! Talk about treating someone like whatever, this was it. I could hardly believe this was happening but it was for real and I was living this. Conclusion, their actions ended doing me a favor cause I quickly cancelled my subscription and I just now signed with their competitor Super Star Car Wash. I just had my vehicle was at "SUPER STAR CAR WASH" and to my surprise their wash was so much better and even less expensive! They obviously had no decency or respect for customers and they don't deserve our business! That same Perris location once cracked my windshield yet I didn't even report it because that is who I am. I had it repaired on my own and yes I do regret that now. Final thoughts, DON'T EVER ALLOW A PLACE OR PEOPLE TO TREAT YOU LIKE SOME THEIF OR LESSER PERSON FOLKS! We are Americans and we have so many other options! So disappointed in this location. I pay a monthly membership for this, and try to go on a weekly basis. It seems to get worse each time I go. The staff is very friendly which is nice. I went yesterday, and first off my car completely halted in the middle of the wash cycle, I still had soap on my vehicle, along with lots of water that wasn't dried by the blower, I was given a towel to dry but it was like drying my car with a soaked towel (with so much left over water) The grounds were disgusting and filthy, trash cans over filled, with trash all over the ground. Decided to try out the monthly membership after seeing how expensive just one wash is. And from what I saw it's nothing special, no difference from the other cheaper car washes around town. For being that expensive for the best wash and to leave it dirty on the bottom of the car, water streaks, wheels were still dirty and let alone spot free rinse didn't work, just didn't impress me. Also they offer a towel to dry off the car after the wash is done, which is nice, but only if they handed actual dry towels would it make sense. I got 3 towels and they where all wet. When I asked if I could get a dry towel the person working there ( was very kind and polite ) stated they just came out of the dryer. As they say first impressions mean something and unfortunately this car wash didn't. I'll give it a go perhaps in the near future. Update 1/15/2023 I sent 2 emails as asked from the post on my response and as of now no one has contacted me back. Customer service is non existent here. read more

So I have a membership there, I pay 35.99 and the vacuums there suck. The Perris location has the worst vacuums of any quick quack. I also went last night at 8:32pm and asked to buy an air freshener. I was told I had to keep going because they couldn't help me in that line and had to walk back since they had to keep the line moving. There was no one in front of me nor behind me. I was super excited to take my kids through the car wash to let them see the neon lights, but I guess that was only available with the upgraded car washes??? That sucks because this place is already a few dollars more than the other car wash across the street, which I would've went to especially if I would have known that 2/3 vacuum stalls I drove up to had broken vacuums! Dear Sirs, I would like to file a complaint against the business listed below. After multiple washes, I noticed that the remnants of a bug that hit my windshield was still there. So I went through the car wash again and noticed that the spinning brush wheel that cleans the front of the hood, top of the hood and the windshield wasn't working. I inquired within to ascertain what the problem was. I was told that a work order had been submitted and they were waiting, to get the brush fixed. After 7~8 more washes the brush was still broken. I inquired, through email, to customer support as to why customers weren't being made aware that they weren't receiving a complete car wash for their money, a cost of up to $31.99 per wash. I received an email stating that they would cancel my subscription, as of Oct 5, 2023. They did not address the broken wheel or why they continue to deceive their customers. This location is always busy, with many customers waiting inline and paying cash. I feel that their business practices need to be addressed. Thank you read more
